I absolutely love the product! But this one star is for my latest experience with them. NEVER had any issues with this company until recently. NANCY MENDOZA HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ATTITUDE OVERALL! I’m not sure why my business info isn’t on file anymore but it’s not. And even if it was never was on file I still was able to receive orders no problem. I make a order a couple days ago I get a email saying that my business ID isn’t on there OK fine I spoke with Nancy she said a tax number would be fine. So I email over the tax numbers as she asked she proceeds to tell me that it’s unacceptable and she needs to see the whole thing why do you need to see my entire tax form first of all? At this point with her shortness with the emails and nasty attitude I tell her to go ahead and cancel my order refund and I’ll go somewhere else, Because I need the shampoo for my business. She proceeds to get a worse attitude and just says will do. Then I ask her how long does it take to receive the refund she basically says that they never took the money out of my account and it was just a holding fee but wait 24 to 48 hours OK well if you guys didn’t take the money out of my account why is the money gone?

I love Nature's Specialties shampoo and conditioners. I use almost the entire line in my grooming salon on a daily basis--from the Neem shampoo to bluing. The products are all fantastic--everything I've tried from them has worked really well. I especially love "Berry Gentle" for my puppies, cats and older pets. It smells fantastic and gets them really clean without stripping their coats.Nature's Specialties customer service is top notch, as well. I came back to my salon after being gone for a family emergency and in my absence we ran low on product. Really low on product. I placed an order as soon as I could on Thursday and called the customer service line. I spoke with Nicole about my situation, and she took my order number and reached out to their internet sales folks to make sure my order got expedited. I should have my delivery on Friday! Great work at helping out a customer, thank you so much Nature's Specialties and Nicole in particular.*Edit: Holy cow, Nancy from their Internet Sales department just called me. She wanted to verify that I want to receive my order on Friday...but did I know that my 6 gallons of shampoo were going to a different state? I accidentally placed the order to go to the wrong location, OUT OF STATE. That's what I get for rushing. Geez Louise, she saved my behind! She was able to fix the "ship to" address and get the product going where it needs to go, easy as pie. Talk about going above and beyond! I love you Nancy, Nicole, and Nature's Specialties. You guys are the best.

I absolutely love your products and I wouldn’t use much else as a groomer! Products that are safe for the environment and pets skin and scents that smell good enough to make my mouth water!

Just used Yard Dog shampoo on my Belgian Malinois. She smells so fresh and clean. As always Nature's Specialties shampoos are awesome.

Great 'little' dog park at West end of area. Pretty good assortment of baseball fields as well. Very cold in the early morning hours of Winter so be sure to bring your coats & such.

Good product BUT I REFUSE to pay $25 in shipping for a $8 bottle of creme rinse!!!! Guess I’ll find something different from Chewy.com
