Lazy people in the pharmacy who don’t care about people’s health, they throw tantrums when expected work at a normal ethical pace, don’t answer the phone and don’t fill prescriptions of antibiotics for days at the risk of people’s lives, someone should wait in the parking lot for you scumbags and show you what a stupid prize you can win for praying such a stupid game, this place needs to go out of business for the good of the community , you hear that you sum bags? You need your head slammed in a car door for playing with peoples lives

If I could give the pharmacy no stars I absolutely would. i went twice today because people don’t answer the phones... the older female pharmacist very very rude and has a attitude , at that was told to wait 15min. for the pharmacist to sign off my medication .

If I could give the pharmacy no stars I absolutely would. The people don’t answer the phones and when they do they are super rude, I was told my antibiotics would be ready in a FEW minutes the drive there was about 20minutes, and when I got there they told me it’ll be another 40 freaking minutes and that was after waiting a few hours already. Freakin ridiculous honestly.

I was prescribed antibiotics for an abscessed tooth,went to pick it up around 1:30pm and was told to come back two hours later. I return 3 hours later and my prescription still hadn't been filled, come back again around 7:00pm and was told to come back the next day. My upper lip swelled up and my abscess feels worse and I'm still waiting. One of these days they'll delay a prescription for so long that it will harm someone,or even kill someone because they didn't fill a prescription in time.

Told me they would order a medication and it would be ready today. Then I get told today it wasn't ordered until last night, when I talked to them in the morning.Suppose to get a partial from Chico Rite Aid. They still haven't released it to them over three hours later, a process I was told would take seconds.They also can't seem to answer a phone in less than 18 minutes.

I will never use this pharmacy. They told me my prescription would be ready in 20 min. If I wanted to wait. I said I'll be back. Went back 1hr 20min. The young girl tells me its not ready. She was the one who told me to come back 20 minI said I can't believe this. She said I was being rude. I never cursed. I truly believe because I'm a middle age I'm being abused.

Huge Shout out to the Pharmacist team here in Corning. My wife had a botched tooth pulling and needed immediate pain medication. Upon dropping off the prescription, they alerted that since they were short staffed and very busy that I should come back in 2 hours to pick up the pain meds. I informed them of the immediate need of this medication and somehow they were able to help me out and got me out of there in 15 minutes and home to my wife. I just want to say thank you so very much to Phamacist Dereck and Assistant Angie, you guys were hustling behind that counter and made the difference for my family today. I will bring my business back, and support your pharmacy from now on. THANK YOU!!!!!!!

I’m always extremely satisfied with my Rite Aid store in Corning, CA. The service is absolutely outstanding and always so prompt. They are all so polite and kind, they always remember me by name and say hello to me. It feels very welcoming every time I visit.

I’m pregnant and unfortunately have to take insulin. It has been so difficult getting my prescriptions filled because there is always an issue. Although my doctor puts in the request, it’s always they haven’t put in the order yet and or something else. It’s hard to not be frustrated. Their pharmacist is a very nice guy but the others not so much.

I would give this pharmacy a 0 if I could. Unhelpful employees 30 minute wait on phone and then hung up before answer any question. Go somewhere else if possible.Update 3/2024 worse than before. Go anywhere but this pharmacy

I do not understand why someone would feel it necessary to be rude!! And condescending!! I went in the store to receive a wire transfer, and my original cashier was not sure exactly if the process… I patiently waited while she called the manager over. I was told I would not be able to receive that much and in fact they never give out that much…. I was confused by this only because I have received that exact amount more than once and tried to explain that, even my original cashier tried to speak up. The Manager spoke over both of us saying “Well I do not know when that was, but I can tell you we have not recently because I have been the manager here for the last 11 months!.” I went to explain (well actually it would have been two fricking days ago) but was to tired and hot to argue, so I left. This is the second time in seven days that I have caught Rite Aide management in out right lies…. If you feel it necessary to lie to your customers to make them feel smaller in front of others, you have bigger issues than you think!!LOVE THE PHARMACY!! Rylie is awesome!!

David in the pharmacy went above and beyond to help me and I cannot express my gratitude enough. I am in another state trying to help my elderly father get the medication he needs and insurance wasn't wanting to cover any. David went above and beyond to help ensure he had all his medications for at least a couple weeks while we work to figure out insurance. I have so much stress feeling so helpless two states away and knowing HE NEEDED his medication. David was caring, empathetic and SO helpful!!!! Please give this man a raise.

After trying to set up a Netflix account for my daughter, using a gift card from Visa, and failing to complete the subscription, I called Rite-Aid in Corning, and spoke to Mary, who very politely and quickly checked and confirmed that there are Netflix gift cards in the store. Thank you Mary, for saving my keister!!

Great pharmacy associates are friendly willing to help and pharmacist and pharmacy staff is through, helpful and always makes me feel appreciated. Questions are always answered throughly. Insurance questions are addressed and answered with compassion.

I wanted to comment on the incredible Pharmacist and maybe more importantly the kind and thoughtful person Son is. I travel internationally for business. The reason I mention this is because the first time I met Son I can in extremely dirty in old closed after spending the day working on my ranch while I was in town. He showed me the same respect and attention, not knowing me. He would have treated me the exact same way if I had come in to get my prescription in my suit. Like we all should, he treats Everyone this was. I also have elderly parents and he knows them by name and asks me often how they are doing. “He Cares”. It does not matter how busy or stressful work can be for Son during these trying times. Son is Always professional, kind and you can feel his sincerity for all the customers he serves. I cannot say enough great things about him and I would drive a far distance, if I had to for his professionalism, knowledge and kindness.

I needed ny meds and web says open until 9 pm so i went and took care of my 87 year old dads year old wound and then went to rite aide at 630 pm. Guess what closed. Change your web site info. Now i have to wait unti monday. Its an antibiotic. Thanks alot

My Hispanic family has been here twice and both times feel as though they’ve been racially profiled. Apparently the staff has nothing better to do than follow customers around the store making assumptions.

Slow.......extremely slow in the pharmacy. They'll tell you several times it's only another 10 minutes. Don't believe them. I'll be checking into another pharmacy sadly. It's almost 3pm my prescription was sent at 1. I'll be here another 30 minutes I bet. 😔 don't order a pizza next door thinking it will be still hot.

The store is great but the pharmacy is horrible. They said it would be a half an hour weight. Three hours later I'm still weighting... My mom is out of this RX and they don't care how long I sit here. Go to CVS IN Orland

The employees are nice and friendly considering there dealing with the worse manager. Belittling her employees and treating them disrespectful. Ive known so many people who do not like the manager. Story of her refusing to serve ice cream to an older lady. This company really needs to pay more attention to the management. They probably wouldnt be so short staffed if they got rid of the manager debra, so far 20+ employees quit because of her.

I absolutely love this Rite Aid, the pharmacist Son is so nice, and thoughtful, ack0 acknowledge me by name everytime i go in to pick up meds.. The whole store is friendly and helpful. I truly enjoy shopping in this store.

I always use this pharmacy but sense they have got the older pharmacist Jacob he isn't a very nice guy. He is actually really rude. Due to him I am contemplating switching pharmacys.

I have had a prescription called in 48 hrs in advance and still had to wait three hours til it was ready. Dropped one off came back eight and half hours later(they said two hours,) but i was at work still not ready had to go back the following day and still wait til my medicine was ready. Not even mine actalyy for my son who was one at the time. The pharamcy is slow and so are the people who work there.

I really enjoy Rite aide. I'm new to Corning after the horrific Paradise Campfire. I feel acknowledged by the staff. I use the pharmacy also and their awesome. Quick. Efficient. Friendly .

Called today was on hold for 30 mins plus for the pharmacy. Someone should answer the phone... I never see them busy in there. Seems like neglect. I'll just go to CVS next time. Just ridiculous.
