More olives than you can shake a stick at. And pickles. And more olives. And tapenades. And olives. Sure, there's also a restaurant here that has burgers and shakes (without olives). But they also have a LOT of olives.I bought three jars of olives, one jar of hot/spicy olive oil and one jar of "hot" cauliflower. All were nicely wrapped and survived the 3000 miles from here to home. Delicious.Yes, there are olives available for tasting. You want to try "Texas Hot Chili" olives or "Blue Cheese Stuffed" olives? Yep, that's available.Parking: Easy parking for the sprinter van.

This place is AWESOME! I'm not a roadside attraction type of person normally. But this place has got me twice now in the last 6 months. This time I spent over $100, and it's totally worth every penny. I didn't eat at the deli last time, but after eating their olives, I knew the sandwiches had to be great. After I finished my sandwich, my mouth kept watering, wishing for more... great job.

A great place to get olives of many types plus the tasting bar is a great way to sample some of the different types n flavors of stuffed olives. Plus there's a small restaurant and wines. A must see place on I-5. And you can order online $15 shipping.Parking: It's a small lot but plenty of parking for this place

I visited on the recommendation of a friend. I ordered the fig balsamic vinegar shake. Wow, it was good! I also got a BLT sandwich, and it was loaded with goodies. Plus, they offer a side bar to add extra fixings to your food - so I added a few pickles, more lettuce ( I love extra lettuce), olives, and tomatoes. Definitely a great sandwich and shake.

Ton's of olive variations to choose from. Lots of spices and snacks. Lots or olive oil variations to choose from. There Is a restaurant as well. Smelled delicious and it was very busy but we didn't have lunch here. Parking was not bad. There is a restroom. Staff was friendly and very helpful.

So many types of olives, olive oils, tapenades, vinegars, dips, seasonings, dressings... We can help but stock up. We also had lunch which was fast and really delicious. I had the muffelata sandwich, and my hubby had the turkey sandwich. Both were perfect. They also have a ton of milkshake options! So good!

Loved the history lesson on Corning and olives. Their selection is phenomenal and as always taste great. Their deli BLT was flavorful.Perfect “pit” stop on your way through Northern Cali. Good people. Good eats!

Very disappointing. I was here just a couple years ago and remember a true restaurant atmosphere. This time I could have been at Burger King or Carl’s Jr. No salad on the menu, no fries or sides. The burgers were good, the bread on the BLT was good, but I won’t be back. Sorry.

This olive emporium just off of interstate 5 is definitely a stop worth taking! A store packed with a multitude of olives - including a tasting station - the place also has oils, balsamic vinegars, wine, honey, hot sauces, and gift items to list a few. They also have a cafe, which I checked out - just because. In spite of an intriguing assortment of sandwiches, including a bacon jam burger and a muffuletta, I chose the regular hamburger. Their side choices were bagged chips. As I went to the side to wait for my food, I saw that the "kitchen" was nothing more than a snack bar with machines - no grill or stove. This made me immediately question whether my choice of eateries might be questionable. I must say, though, I was impressed! Though far from the best burger I have ever had, it was very tasty and had all kinds of pluses. It was on a warm toasted brioche bun. The condiment bar included things like tapenade and olives, as well as the old standards. All in all, a satisfactory meal and a stop I highly recommend on any trip on I-5!Vegetarian options: Come on! Muffuletta heaven!

Loved their sandwich. I loved that I could sample a few products first which I ended up buying three of them. I only wish they had a few more olive types to sample but the minus one star is because when I was shopping I felt like the employees were on top of me and even going in after I use the restroom when I spent over 50 bucks there today. I prob would have spent more if they were not over me and not letting me breathe and browse!

By the time we travel to California, my family and I have to stop at the Olive Pit. They have amazing milkshakes, wonderful products, including California oils, and decent wine selection. Typically their staff is wonderful but this recent trip was ruined by edgy and cranky younger cashiers.

I've been going to the Olive pit in Corning for over 30 years. I always enjoy looking through their selection of Olive's nuts wine and sauces! I know they have ice cream and other things too but I always just love the stuffed olives! It was relatively busy but then again it was a beautiful Sunday morning. Easy to find just off i-5 suggest going there if you've never been!

Fun olive museum of a store. Restaurant is pick-up order and the BREAKFAST menu isn't too impressive in addition to the considerably late 7:00 opening. Parking is great and employees have terrific good morning energy. It was a fun stop, but the food quality of the breakfast was a letdown. However for LUNCH, the Malibu Garden Burger is amazing in the category of veggie burger function (not imitating meat [thank God])! My fifth star is very borderline for how the breakfast is status quo, but parking, ambience, service and lunch is superb!

Some things never change. We stopped here 10 years ago and the store is the same today as then. That is not a bad thing here. If you like olives, you will find every type you can imagine and then some. By the way, the olives are a new batch, not the ones from 10 years ago🤗 the prices are not that high for a typical tourist stop. RV parking is available in the back of the store

I'm partial to places that have kind of a theme so that a more unique experience is offered than more standard restaurants, especially roadside pit-stop oriented places. This place is a perfect example, and the food being really good helps its case. I got the muffuletta sandwich and the blood orange shake. I didnt expect much of the shake because I'm not a huge fan of oranges, but it was done so well even I loved it.

Their olive oil is DELICIOUS and so rich. We stopped here on a road trip so their bathrooms were very appreciated. I wish they had tourist-y stickers for my overhead cargo storage!! But they did have little stickers of some type of olive mascot that they gave me. A wonderful surprise for a PIT stop (ba dum psh)

We never miss stopping when on I5 No or SoYou get hooked on the best olives in the world! Have a balsamic milk shake while there too! So fun for family. We now enlist others to stop and shops for us. Can’t buy just one jar! My fav Jalepeno stuffed olive, also garlic stuffed! Son’s fav is Habenero stuffed and Hubbies fav is Asparagus stuffed. They have a great tasting bar too! All free! You have to stop and shop !!!

This was the main reason I stopped in corning, needless to say if you love olives this is the place to be. I love the different variety of Olives that you simply won't find in a normal grocery store, the dry black olives, the jalapeno cream cheese stuffed olive, etc. Also the cafe is great, try the mufeta Olive sandwich, and an olive oil milkshake.

When I asked the family whether to rate this a 4 or a 5, the response I received was perfect... "It's a 5. They have free samples!"The people here are always friendly. The restrooms are usually clean despite the number of people who use them daily.The olives are great but a bit pricey. Despite that, we almost always stop on our way up or down 5 and always buy something when we do stop.

They have a great selection of items. Everything is tasteable and free from the oil to the olives to the jellies and spread and they also have a restaurant where you can eat ice cream right off the highway and must be for families, couples and families with children.

The cafe is a great place to get a quick meal. Recent lunch was a build your own vegetarian sandwich with an olive salad, muffaletta. The muffaletta takes over but that's fine because it's a interesting flavor and texture. ( A little messy so easier to be stopped while eating.)Clean bathrooms on the store side... And lots of olives in the store.

A great place to stop during a road trip! Free trasting of all sorts of olives, the best being stuffed jalapeno and blue cheese. They also have tasting of other deli items such as stuffed african peppers with cheese, olive oils and pastes.There is an adjoining cafe where they make their popular balsamic shakes and burgers.Support the local Corning community!

Stopped by for sandwiches on a road trip. The sandwich was so oily we could hardly eat it. The store has a lot to chose from but really overpriced. Staff was friendly. Maybe we just stopped on an off day?

Oh my! We stopped for a snack and restroom break and left with the best, sloppiest sandwich. Yummy! The blt with avocado spread was delicious! You get your choice to add about a dozen condiments that add to the fun of eating it to go...lol! Also, very friendly and fast service. They said it would be six minutes for three sandwiches and I'm sure it was only five, nice job ladies! We'll be back! The black olives were awesome!Vegetarian options: Black bean sandwich.Parking: Good size lot for RVs in the back.Kid-friendliness: Soft-serve and regular ice cream with a variety of flavors.
