Went to the opening day of the storefront. The owner gave us a tour of the farm. We learned about loofah plants and different varieties of lavender. Inside the farm store is a variety of items including homemade soap & loofahs from the farm. Organic, natural, homemade, and local finds here. This would be a great place for a little school field trip around May when the lavender is going crazy. It's nice to know that there's a lavender farm in Tehama County now.

We got to stay here overnight as part of the Harvest Host program and we got a wonderful dive into the farming world of lavender and loofahs. Caz was a great hostess and made it fun for the kids to be a part of the process and made it a fun hands on experience. Would definitely recommend visiting!

We enjoyed a wonderful evening/overnight stay at this beautiful farm. We booked through Harvest Host. The Host (Owner) gave us a tour of her Lavender and Loofah plantings while sharing her breadth of knowledge of both. We were able to do some cuttings of our own and will enjoy later. Additionally, we toured her workshop and was able to shop (little mini store (on-site)) for Loofah and Lavender handmade items. Pricing was reasonable. Plenty of RV parking available and located right off the highway. Great place for traveling RV’ers.

This was our first Harvest Host farm and Moonbeam Farm set the bar high. They were so incredibly accommodating, offering us electricity for $10, free wifi, and a full guided tour of their operation. We enjoyed learning about their organic products and how the Loofahs were made. Their country store is beautiful, full of home made products like organic Lavender essential oil, Loofahs, scrubs, lotions, soap, etc. We highly recommend their custom blend of Herbs de Provence. Our cat gave the owner TWO slow blink kisses even though she doesn't like people who aren't us (and us only part of the time!) We highly recommend this beautiful farm that is only a mile and half off of Interstate 5. You won't be disappointed if you visit.

The ladies in here are the sweetest and nicest people I have ever met. They are also very knowledgable regarding french lavender. I'm a sucker for lavender EVERYTHING. I will be going back to get more essential oils and other goodies. If you haven't visited this place, do yourself a favor and go.

What a hidden gem minutes from the I5 filled with wonderful product! The farm is adorable and the farmers are kind and generous with their time. Everything is homemade, handmade, and they are very knowledgeable! Did you know that loofas come from a plant? I sure learned a lot visiting here! Will be back in the warmer weather to see everything in bloom!

Great small local lavender and natural loofa farm, with a shop that sells related products and artwork created by the owner. We stayed the night in their field as part of Harvest Hosts RV stay program. The owner Caz was great to talk with and happy to teach about the products and her farm.

If you think loofah is an ocean product you should visit MoonBeam Lavender and Loofah Farm. Caz is the delightful proprietress of the farm. She is passionate about what she does and her tours are as educational as they are entertaining. There is a farm store where you can buy farm-grown lavender and loofah productsThe farm is open to visitors and shoppers and fully-contained RV travelers can spend the night through Harvest Host, HipCamp, and a few other sites. Check the Moonbeam website to find out more.

Great place to go, family friendly, lots of sights and smells to enjoy! They have a cute little shop with all things lavender and then some. There are great items to treat yourself with or for gift giving. I hope they get a chance to sell their items in local shops and farmers markets. The owner/farmer is a wealth of information and will take you on a tour of the farm and answer all your questions. We attended a class and learned to make lavender wands that are so fun to make and super cute! They offer several other types of classes throughout the year and I know we will be back!

Stayed overnight as a Harvest Host member. The place is beautiful and peaceful. I travel in a camper van and this is ideal for me. Unfortunately they couldn’t have a tour when I stayed but will definitely be back for it! Thank you for sharing your beautiful farm.

A great place to stay overnight as a Harvest Host member. The farm is located approximately 3 miles from I-5. The parking lot is fine dirt over hard pack and fairly level. If your rig is over 36 feet be sure to enter from the north via Columbia street. From the south, the turn is quite sharp with obstacles that will prevent a wide swing into the lot.The women are dedicated and quite knowledgeable about their products. The gift store is worth a visit and I came away with items for myself and friends.

Lovely Organic farm. They grow not only lavender, but are one of the few organic growers of Loofah Sponge. These are incredibly soft especially when wet and nothing like the hard loofah you get in the store. You have to feel the difference. The farm store also sells soaps, lavender products and hand crafted items. I will certainly be returning again and again.

The activity we signed up for was very informative and fun. So pretty to see and very aromatic. They had a family oriented event and many people making their way in. Parking was good and organized with handicapped accessible parking nearest the entrance. Everyone was quite friendly as well as informative. There were other artisans showing and selling unusual hummingbird feeders, italian pastries which incorporated lavender, lavender lemonade, lavender cookies & other fine handmade items. The tour consisted of learning the various lavenders they use for cooking, making lotions and oils. We even had an opportunity to make a lavender infused sugar scrub which actually tasted great but really meant to use as a scrub. Nothing was artificial. We learned about the timing to harvest as well as how long it takes and how long a plant survives before it out lives itself. The farm is an Organic farm and they also grow Loofah's they sell and instruct usage on. It's very interesting learning about Loofah's as well. The tour lasted about 3 hours which also included a hands on activity at the end of the tour when we went back to the field and learned how to harvest our very own bunch of lavender. Everyone participating had a great time as walked away smelling lavender heavenly. They have a small gift shop which they plan on expanding. Everything in shop comes from their farm. Their website includes more info on various events they plan to host. Prices are good and Lavender makes great gifts. If you are in the area and they are hosting an event try to get out there, otherwise this is a working farm so you must be careful not to hurt the lavenders. They deserve the 5 Star rating!!💜💜💜

Went on a loofah tour today, and all I can say is WOW! Very interesting and the owner Caz is exceptional, from her knowledge, personality, to her wanting to make our community better by offering superior, organic products, from soaps, loofahs, lavender, satchels, beard oil, roll on fragrances, even to soon having PET STUFF! A real gem to the community, and hopefully will push our community in the progressive, holistic direction we all need to be going. Blessings and continued success in your business, in the words of Arnold, I'l be back!
