It's hit or miss with the dollartree. Most of the cashiers are very friendly and helpful, their manager though always looks very unapproachable and does not put off a welcoming feeling. I do have to say that the inventory has improved. I wish that they stalked their shelves more often instead of leaving it on a cart in the isle. It would also be more employee and customer friendly if they didn't leave one cashier to handle a huge line of people, perhaps they need to schedule lunch or shift changes at different times of the day and make the customers experience more of a priority

Sadly I will no longer be shopping at the store The manager followed me around and becasue she saw me pick up two items i later put back. Once at checkout she seen me not have the items and aftrr paying for what i Got she proceeded to accuse me of stealing the items i put back and told me not to come back To HER store and said she was posting my picture on Facebook. I shop at the store alot and spend alot of money too. Now ill be Emailing Corporate about her at the location.

The store in nasty. Floors nasty .walls are nasty .roof is leaking and panels are missing .bathroom nasty . Selling old food past expired date . It the owner should be dealing with this .but it seams that they just want there $ . The corning store is so bad .the health department should be called

Giving this location a 1 star for the neat product selection & necessity. Was super hyped on my finds there & drop some serious cash until experiencing some of the most undesirable, unfriendly, & unprofessional staff imaginable this morning. The company needs some intense and quality customer service training here at the Solano st location. What a shame. Not all of the staff fit into the quality that I speak of. Some of the folks are smiling and caring. I’ll remember them with fondness, and take my business down the street where it’s made known to me that is appreciated.

This store had many items in stock that my regular store does not. I was impressed by some items I had never seen before, like the Do It Yourself Candle Kit, to name one..The cashier was helpful and nice when her line got held up by my gift card purchase. It was handled by an effective manager rather quickly.The 3 gift cards means another shopping in the future and I wouldn't mind returning to this one , even one county away.

Not bad..the outside needs a good pressure wash! Ugh! And most employees are great..a couple truly don't want to be there..lacking some customer service..agian not all of the cashiers, but ...wonder about management?

Well Dollar Tree is still Dollar Tree Dollar 25 to be exact and yes there is a lot of merchandise in there but they keep rotating they run out of one item and who knows when they're going to get a replacement but it's a place to go to pick up items at otherwise would cost a little more at the regular Box Store so yeah I enjoy going there anyway it's a good store enjoy your visit next time you go hasta la Proxima

From living here, I find that Dollar Tree provides many of products that fulfill our needs. It has a great selection and the store is seemingly clean and organized. I really love the fact that they have really good snacks and low priced icecream. Also the service there is really great because when you ask them for an item, they will not only tell you but actually show you where the item is in most cases. This store gets an A+ for helping poor college students like me get along.

Their ready to reach the highest shelf for a product they ALWAYS have sanitizer and peroxide and a few other necessary products ts bathrooms could use some TLC Otherwise, it's a great place to get the basics for a buck... who says a dollar doesn't buy much; it does at The Dollar Tree

great store customerservice isn't the best called to see if they carried a cream I was in willows so I wanted to know if it was in stock. The lady didn't bother to look cause she was at register so I asked if she was the only one working she said no so I asked if anyone else could help me nicely all she said was no everyone's in the back and hung up.....

I moved here to Corning in 2013..My first few experiences I noticed not one of the employees smiled every vist I made for the first few months...I mentioned this to one employee and didn't return for two years...today I must say I enjoy going every day with my boys they took the time to get to know me and my boys and seem so much more attentive and easygoing plus the store always looks amazing...I wanted to thank you you guys for always being patient and welcoming daily...thank you so much for effort in customer service and it always feels geuwine and not rehearsed...Love u guys!!!

Who doesn't like a good deal for a buck. Friendly staff, but when they are busy store gets to looking a bit unkempt. Some items for sale are not a good deal and are cheaply made, therefore they fall apart quickly if they even work when you bought them. If you purchase items that don't work they will exchange then, but NO REFUNDS.

This store has the nastiest bathroom I've ever seen! Needs to be restocked with TP, soap,paper towels and seat covers daily, as well as remove the trash and mop the floors. It's disgusting, I"ve mentioned it to the sales personnel and they just shrug !

I hate the service you take about not even kidding a half hour for service, plus the other workers at dumb and just stand there talking when there’s just one cashier, and a huge line up to the cosmetology aisle! This is RIDICULOUS!! Get better serious please leave the line for a reason. This shouldn’t even deserve a star.

Made budgeting easy by stopping here for sauces. Why pay $3 at the supermarket when you can get generic ones for a buck. Store is clean, and Well organized.

This is the cleanest Dollar Store I've ever been in they do a great job keeping everything well organized which is a tough task I'm sure excellent customer service they greet you when you come in the door

No less than 24-26 people in line today with only one cashier. The line was clear back to the kitchen/household wall. Manager was on break so we were all told. The manager came out of the office and saw us all in line but turned around and went back into the office not helping the poor cashier that just kept apologizing to all of us. I suggest top management reevaluate this store.

I dont know if all dollar generals are started to get better inventory but this one is for sure hostess cakes & donunts larger food selection energy drinks better holiday selection very pleased with this visit to this dollar general
