This place is Amazing! From the moment I stepped through the door I could tell this place is all about animals. The owner was friendly and welcoming. I had my Chahauia's nails trimmed. The groomer talked to my Little dog the whole time. Comforted my dog and me. We both felt at home. I would recommend this place.

This place is mom and pop fabulous! More affordable than the big chains, better service, and thee friendliest you can find. They did a super duper awesome job with my dog who was really shedding a lot. My dog was treated so good there, her first grooming experience and I could tell she was enjoying it immensely. I thoroughly recommend you set an appointment and take your pet there, you will be so happy and so will your pet!

I bring my Pomeranian in during the summer because it's so hot, and she loves to be outdoors. So I found this wonderful woman at this company, and she does an amazing job every time. She's super kind whenever I go in and is really helpful when I ask questions. Rescheduling is easy and she was really nice and helped a lot when my schedule was crazy and it was hard to find time.

Just took our 2 German Shepherds to Critter Care and they were a mess. What a fantastic job they did. All clean, nails trimmed....look like new dogs. Thanks for such an awesome job. Will be back in 6 months.

Horrible experience... baffled that a groomer would scream at the top of her lungs. My nervous 10 month old basset hound puppy had never been there before, I took him to another groomer a few days later and had an amazing experience. Please take a few minutes with new puppies so they can smell you and get the sense you're not going to hurt them instead of immediately just putting them in the tub because you're in a hurry.

I’ve brought my Malitpoos in a few times to this establishment. Four of the six times I’ve brought them in? My appointments were canceled. One of these appointments were canceled, and I was told to call them later because they were fully booked and had no time. I understand that sometimes personal things happen, and that’s fine to take time for yourself? So, I called back until I was able to make another appointment. I was patient, understanding, and kind. Again, something came up and she had to reschedule. It was for something personal. I was okay with that. I was kind, patient, and empathetic. I even tip, encourage, and thank the company every time I pick my Maltipoos up. I had a scheduled appointment for June 10th, that I had scheduled out a month in advance. I was called by the owner, on the 10th, and was told that she had a really big dog that would take up all of her time. She wanted to schedule me for the 25th of June. Keep in mind the date we were scheduled out for? There were two heat waves…. Again, I was kind, understanding, and patient. I was able to get my Maltipoos in at Waggs! Yes! Today, I called and left a message. I let the owner know that they were served at another location. Also, that I knew she would for sure find someone to fill the spot! I let her know I would continue my business with her as she did good work. About half an hour ago I got a call back. Owner: “You’re appointment was today!!!” She had a very nasty, mean tone, and attitude. I said, “Today? I’m so sorry? I was sure it was tomorrow?” Owner: without even pausing….“No, it was today! It was today!” Me: “I’m sorry.” Owner: still mean and nasty to the core, “Yah, Thank you!!” CLICK!! Like she was boiling hot mad? For real? They lost a very kind hearted client today. I hope she has a better day, and treats her future customers with more dignity, and professionalism. I may have made a mistake thinking it was tomorrow? But, I never received a call letting me know I was late at 9am this morning? As this town is two miles long. I would have been there in no time at all. I called and left this message at 2pm this afternoon? I’m very disappointed. Very. After all the times she canceled on me directly? I will still continue to be a kindhearted human being. Because that is my nature. I don’t like bullies. Better to know now.

What an amazing place. The staff is great the facility is first rate. I left my dog there for a week and when I picked him up he looked great like he had truly gotten attention and exercised thank you Critter Care you ROCK!!!

We have been taking our two dogs here for 14 years. They take such good care of our boys and they always look so much better when we pick them up from grooming.

Wow. Fantastic job cutting Bear's coat back for the summer....he's much smaller than I thought. And no more foxtails hiding in the hair between his toes. Very highly recommended.
