AMAZING! I tried using Proflowers to send my mom a flower arrangement for her 96th birthday. twice, they failed me! First, they didn't have the flowers, even though they were advertised. Second, the florist they used went on vacation. I called Cairio's, who not only got the flowers I wanted but, had them delivered the following day. They knocked it out of the park. My mom and sister raved about the arrangement, absolutely beautiful!Screw Proflowers, Cairo's is my #1 choice!

We had Cairo's do the flowers for our wedding. They put together absolutely beautiful pieces that were exactly what my Wife and I envisioned. extremely easy to work with and had no issues with a last minute addition to the order. It's a week later now and the flowers from the table centerpieces are still looking as fresh as from the event.

This was the Best customer service I have experienced in a VERY long time. Thank You for making that extra effort even though it was my negligence in calling so late. The absolute best florist in Corning California! My ordered was handled with the highest level of professionalism, I was treated with the upmost respect and, it's clear they take pride in their business. The owner works so hard for customer satisfaction and I am more then happy, although my flowers are for a sad event. I would recommend them 10/10

I called this florist and hour before they even opened (figured I might be able to leave a message) and Sandy answered the phone! I am calling from Florida so there was a 3 hour time difference. What a wonderful lady! She completely understood what I wanted and how important this was for me. My sister hasn't even gotten her flowers yet, but I know they will be perfect. I will post a picture soon. I can't wait to meet Sandy in person, she really made me feel that this was as important to her as it was for me. Great personal customer interaction for sure!! I arrived at almost 5pm on a Saturday and ordered flowers for a friend who was in the hospital in Chico. I asked if they would get delivered the next day and was assured that they would. Imagine my surprise when my friend texted me at 6:30pm on Saturday thanking me for the flowers which had just been delivered!Excellent customer service, friendly and helpful.

I love in Reno, NV and I had some flowers and balloons sent to my cousin for her birthday. Joyce was the woman who helpled me over the phone. It was a wonderful experience and she even texted me a picture of the final result before it was delivered! Great customer service!!

Claire’s offers wonderfully fresh, high quality fresh floral arrangements that are soundly made and long lasting. Their designers are extremely friendly and trained in Contemporary design styles and mechanics! They attend design shows to stay on top of current trends and floral choices! I have NEVER left the shop less than ECSTATIC!! or had arrangements delivered to me or someone else that was not the very very BEST QUALITY flowers and designs!! They would be a FIRST RATE SHOP even in San Francisco or large competitive floral market!!! TRy them if you haven’t already!! You will NOT be disappointed!!!

I just received a little bouquet of flowers but the entire thing is half dead!!!!!! The little Rose's are opened up & turning brown on the ends, the mini carnations are wilted, the flox looks like it's been sitting in front of a heater, and one of the two lily heads damaged. Not sure how long this was on a truck or what but not happy at all with this flower shop.
