On Tuesday morning Corcoran rite aid informed hanford hospital nurse they had my mom's antibiotics she needed. The doctor instructions were for my mother to take them as soon as possible since she was discharge Tuesday morning from being in hospital since Sunday afternoon. At noon I was told by the pharmacist to come back in 2 hours minutes later I received a text that they were out of stock I called them and I was told they had ordered them and I should receive a text on Wednesday to pick them up. Never received any text or phone call from them. Thursday morning I called and told them I needed her medicine the pharmacist told me the medicine had arrived but the insurance won't cover them. I told them I didn't care about the insurance I was willing to pay cash for them because I was told by the doctor my mom needed them or else she would have to go back to hospital and because of covid there is no rooms available as it is the days she was admitted she spent them in the emergency room where she was not being cared as well as being in a regular room. I informed the pharmacist the day my mother was released from the hospital how important she needed the antibiotics and discarded my mom's health by promising she would have her antibiotics and not notifying me to give me the option to pay for them.

Riteaid is awesome! Great deals, too! This store is very clean and if you ever need help the employees are more than willing to assist! I’m glad Corcoran has such a clean store to shop at. I’ve been to others and they DO NOT compare.

I've been going to this store since the day it opened for all my pharmacy needs, until NOW!! I will NEVER step foot in that store again for my medicines. Last year they accused my son of fighting with another child in the store during lunch time and come to find out the other kid pushed my son into some boxes that were all over the floor in the store. Then yesterday, I needed a prescription filled I drove up to the drive thru window and the lady pharmacist questioned me about "Why I needed the meds, and What medical conditions I have been diagnosed with", when I explained to her that I was diagnosed with CANCER and I had serve pain in my leg, she told me to come inside the store so she could see for herself that I was hurting.

Pharmacist is very rude and yelled at me about not understanding that he said an hour wait, my rx was supposed to be available 3 days ago though. Everytime I encounter this specific pharmacist he is totally unprofessional and unkind.

Medicine is never on time and they make you go like three times in one day just to tell you it's not ready! I went there saturday and It wasn't ready and I went there today and Still wasn't ready! How annoying is that! You go there because they are open weekends and they still don't manage to have the medicine ready! Is just a waste of time and gas! That is extremely annoying seriously! R&M are much way better, they have your medicine in 15 mins most 30 mins!

I was buying some snacks during lunch and my total was $4.10. I had a 5 dollar bill and the cashier told me if I had ten cents, so she wouldn't have to give me 90 cents back. I told her no and then she said," OK don't worry about it ." And gave me back a dollar. Thanks Elizabeth

Esta tienda es una de las mejores de Corcoran la atención al cliente es satisfactoria siempre están dispuestos a ayudarte la limpieza y la decoración en este lugar es admirable tiene una iluminación hermosa. Los inconvenientes que encontrarás en este lugar son los precios que son mayores a comparación de otras tiendas de Corcoran pero vale la pena por que se ve la atención que pone el personal a sus clientes. Si vale la pena gastar unos dólares más pero si quieres no gastar unos dólares extra te recomiendo visitar otras tiendas de Corcoran.

Fui a que me surtieran una receta. Me aseguraron que estaría en 1.5 horas. Regrese después de tres horas para asegurar. Y al regresar, aun no habían hecho nada y me dijeron que regresara después de una hora más. NO ESTÁN CONCENTRADOS EN SU TRABAJO O NO LES INTERÉS ATENDER BIEN A SUS CLIENTES. ACUDIRE NUEVAMENTE, Y SOLAMENTE, COMO ÚNICA OPCIÓN.
