Updated 1/23 Review.Still give the place 5 Stars and it continues to be the hidden gem. When you drive by...Stop and enjoy!!I had the special again and the thick cut prime rib was simply scrumptious. Cooked exactly as requested and was perfectly seasoned. She loved her double cut pork chop that was very moist and tasty..this place is becoming one of our favorite places. Added photos to show just how good the food looks.From the Service side, They remember their repeat customers and always know the entire menu. They stop by regularly to make sure the experience is awesome. Make sure to check the special. You won't be disappointedMy First review of this gem:Grabbed the special that Jamie suggested and it was amazing as was the service. Nice New York steak with all the trimmings. Good place to stop on that long drive into the mountains.

Visited for breakfast. Located in cute little town right next to tesla supercharger. Tasty food and decent service, price wasn’t too bad. Four breakfasts and three drinks were right under 100 with tip. Coffee was okay for me. Omelette? had hash browns underneath, which we were not a huge fan of the format. Vegetarian burrito was good. My son liked his blueberry pancakes.

Place is cute and inviting, but when walk in the place is always kind of full but staff seem aloof. Each of the 3-4 times we stopped this summer, no one is answering questions freely or helping sell us on items when we're undecided on what to get and seeking info, even asking preferences. It may just be the younger age of the servers, but every time we have left there has been an air of disappointment at the feeling of having to "pull teeth" so to speak.It's a nice stretch/coffee & treat break up to the areas we frequent, but not sure how much longer we'll stop.Review does not cover the regular food because we've never felt comfortable enough to look at each other and suggest "wanna just eat here?" and have always just eaten further down the road.

Breakfast was nice. A bit $$.The decor is upbeat as it is a dining with sports bar feeling. You have to see pics. The kids enjoyed the blueberry pancakes and gravy with sausage and biscuits. I actually qualified for senior breakfast., ha, ha. Now time to check on the car charge and head outta Dodge for boarding with the kids. As always , post your adventure, wherever it may lead you. One of the freshest,most delicious breakfast I've had in a long time. Biscuits and gravy was homemade that morning and was great. Service was prompt and friendly, The place was clean . A bit on the pricey side but so worth it.

This is not a place to "grab a quick bite." But, if you have the time, it's worth the wait. We all ordered the panini sandwiches & they were all great. Quality ingredients, clean restrooms, friendly staff, & pet friendly porch areas with shade. The town itself seems a bit like something out of a Twilight Zone episode -- it is almost TOO idyllic 😂😂 just kidding! It is actually a very peaceful place to stop and take a break from a hectic road trip.

Tasty pork chop! And best french fries w aioli you ever had. Try the bbq chicken Cobb salad if you like blue cheese dressing. The rib eye is also la bamba if you are there on the days it’s on special! Good home cooking good portions good value overallDietary restrictions: I can’t eat flour so the salad no croutons and dressing on side is my go to meal

This is my favorite place to eat in copperopolis. The food is great, the staff is attentive and it has a great vibe altogether. 1 caveat, their side salad is tiny. 2 bites and you are done. That being said, the full salads are awesome. I highly recommend the shrimp tacos. Yum! I d miss the chicken salad with balsamic vinaigrette. Last time I was informed it is a seasonal salad. Bummer, it was so good, and I don't even like tomatoes. But yep, they were good too.Vegetarian options: Great salads but that is about all for vegetarian.

Taco Tuesday baby! We saw a sign for their rib tacos on the way to another nearby restaurant. We decided to check this place out instead. What the heck...and we were so glad we stopped by! Great atmosphere, great happy hour special on draft beer and great service. Oh, and the salmon was excellent too. We will definitely come back!

Terrific spot for breakfast, we enjoyed the standard egg breakfast with bacon and a side of biscuit with gravy. The sausage gravy is excellent. We also stopped in for cocktail the following day and had the wings and gravy fries which are out of this world delicious

Onion ring and fries tasted store bought. The BLT with avocado didn't have a good ratio. I was searching for my tomato and avocado. The lettuce was literally A piece of lettuce. One of our children ordered the grilled cheese from the kids menu and although "melted" together it was not melty when it got to us. Food tasted edible but not great. Sorry to say NOT worth the price tag that came with it. We personally won't be returning.

I moved to Copperopolis in June, and have now eaten at Baldis four times over the course of that time frame. Twice for breakfast, and Twice for dinner. Coffee was hot, and the Cheech n ChimmiChong burrito was something to write home about. Service was great both times, and prompt. The first time visiting for breakfast one of the owners came to the table and introduced himself (love small town vibes, and family service). For supper I have ordered the porkchop (not usually my speed) and it came with greenbeans and potatoes. The greenbeans were crisp , and the porkchop was the best I have ever had (very profound statement). The AHI Tuna to start, was perfect; tuna perfectly seared and melted in my mouth. This most recent trip my sister and brother in law were visiting from Pittsburg, and the salmon was great, as were the specialty mashed potatoes and geeen beans. The Canolis for desert were a very nice addition. Support local and check out this gem of a restraunt , you won't regret it.

Best food in 200 miles. Real food, cooked properly. There isn’t a bad thing to say about Baldi’s from the staff to the place to the food. No surprises here. You’re always going to walk away happy. Don’t forget Jen’s Bloody Mary

The food is pricey but it is quality. Another review said the fries tasted store bought - I completely disagree - I thought the fries were great and were really different from other places. Everything we had was surprisingly delicious. Shrimp tacos were amazing. My husband had a grilled chicken sandwich with cheesy bread that was out of this world. The service was also great. We’re definitely coming back.

My fiance and I enjoyed our time here! We came for our 10 year anniversary, and we got an appetizer, dinner, and dessert which came to about $130. It took a little while for us to get our dinner, but the service was speedy otherwise and the employees were so kind and checked in with us consistently!

This was a repeat visit. I can't help but order the pork chop. It was amazing last time and once again amazing. We started with the spicy Thai lettuce cups. They were great. My wife had the Chicken platter and loved it. Great service. Sat outside. Very nice. Will be back.

We went here with our family of 7 on the 4th of July weekend. We had a very short wait, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious with a variety of choices. We had the fried green beans, crab sandwich with real crab meat, and Blta. Everything was flavorful and the portions were great. Highly recommend
