I would give 0 stars if I could. They tried to charge us 1k a day for boarding one of our dogs. Yes that’s right 1k! When we asked why, all they would tell us was that it was due to her age.While my dog is 11, she isn’t on any medications, and she’s in good health. At home, she mostly just relaxes on her dog bed. I doubt they even had to walk her.They eventually removed the charges and only charged $55 per day which was what they were charging for our other younger dog after my husband threatened to just go and get the dogs from the back himself, but they really tried it!My guess is someone was trying to run up the bill and pocket the difference for themselves. I’ve used pets hotel before without problem but not this location. We will not be back!

My Chihuahua needed a long over due nail trim. My usual groomer closed up for two weeks so I went to another groomer and they were closed also. So I remembered that I saw a sign while at PetSmart about nail trims. So I stopped by answered a few necessary questions about my dog and within 20 minutes we were out the door. I am very happy for the prompt service and the price was very reasonable. I have found my new groomer!!! Well done PetSmart Grooming in Concord, CA

Horrible customer service!!!! I had a 7am appt with Andrea and got here just before 7:15. I was outside trying to get through the doors which were closed. I was knocking and employees inside saw me and ignored me. Then another customer told me to push the sliding doors apart. I do and finally get back there at 7:20. The groomer there went in the back to find me groomer and then told me she was stuck in traffic, but that she could not take my dog because I’m late and Andrea has two other big dogs to groom today. 1) No, I was not late. I was outside before 7:15 but there were no instructions on what to do when you arrive before store hours. 2) I’m still here at 7:55 and Andrea is not. Andrea is late, and what she has on the books after she is late is none of my concern. The groomer there told me that she could have gotten him started? And relayed any information I had to Andrea? I wouldn’t have felt comfortable with that regardless. I would want to speak to the person I am leaving me dog with for hours and how would this groomer start me dog if she was already grooming another dog at the time? My dog would have been left and ignored until Andrea decided to come in. The actually audacity of blaming the customer for being late when the groomer is close to an hour late the appointment is wild to me. I am very disappointed.

I keep asking them for short hair cut, but the hair on my dog is still long. The last time I had them pull their samples and showed exactly what length I wanted but that was not the case. Very disappointed since I paid with tip and tax 100

We had our two cats at PetSmart Hotel in Concord for four nights and we’d like to thank all the staff for taking care & giving love to our furry babies. Our cats tend to be shy to very shy with other people and I was a bit nervous to let them overnight somewhere else, but we had no choice due to some renovations at home. However, they were so well taking care of (including having their beds washed – thank you!!) that the minute they were home they behaved as if they've never left – no hiding, no crying, just happy to be back. The notes were also much appreciated, too! We’ll choose you again, if needed.

Yeah, great place to spend time, scape from heavy sun and sometimes have some fun. Very clean nice and plenty space, very well keept.There is a playground fro kids and coffee shops dinning places an other businesses around.

Haven't used their service, but it looked clean, pets seemed happy, and even later in the evening - there was a guy sitting down on the floor playing with the various dogs. Seems to be what you would want with a doggie daycare!

They are understaffed because an emergency but still arrange to finish the appointment. Staff are super nice but doctor seems very busy.

Horrible service. Have tried to book appointments online and have had them cancelled when I showed up due to groomers being “sick”. Very unprofessional.
