Scheduled my puppy his very first puppy bath. He is a four month old Mini Doodle. I know not the easiest client. My score for his groomer Alex is 5. She was awesome with London. Very patient. She did an excellent job. He came back to us smelling fantastic. Looking like a little Prince. Thank You so much Alex!My score for the front desk workers would be a 0. My wife walked in. She waited for a bit until they acknowledged her. Only to let her know it would “Be a few minutes”. Turns out we had arrived as these two were ordering their lunch…. Ya know. Priorities. They were ordering sandwiches. One of the girls was reading the menu to the other girl working. Going down the list of every topping and dressing option offered. When reading the order back the one girl says “No. I asked for pepperoncinis not banana peppers!” Then they get into this whole back and forth about the difference between the two. Don’t worry- we are still waiting through all of this.I actually meant to book at another location and booked Willow Pass by accident. We will be using Ygnacio location going forward. My wife and I both work in the customer service industry. There’s no way I could put myself through this check in experience again.Shout out to Alex for holding it down. You’re awesome!We were in on 1MAR at 12:30pm. Again- front desk staff being the issue if you want to look into it. I will just never forget that lunch order conversation. It went on and on. Not the lasting impression you want your customers leaving with.Included pics of the freshly washed pup!

This store and who ever handles the door dash orders sucks! I’ve had more than two bad experiences with the woman who does these orders. She’s incredibly unhelpful and has no idea of what customer service is. So I hope a district manager reads this and contacts me directly. I also contacted petsmart customer service directly. The customer service line is always extremely helpful. The woman at the store level has no clue of how to help customers or provide them correct information of how to help them. Please reconsider her position. Something should be done. Or she needs training.

They have an excellent selection of cat food both wet and dry. The prices on some items like cat treats are good. On some wet food they give a discount of a penny per can when you buy 24. Big deal. It makes me want to not buy 24 cans to protest the lousy discount. Plus, I signed up for their loyalty program. I went there two or three times and there was no problem finding me in the system. When I gave the cashier my phone number the next time I was no longer in the system. I lost whatever credits I had earned previously.

Holland was beyond helpful. Went over and above from the time I walked in to the time we got out the store. Very nice, fun to talk to.and a great employee. She deserves to get a raise for such a good and nice employee. Will definitely be back soon!- Michael

I have always had a pleasant experience when shopping there, the only thing I can say is that almost every time I am in there and have needed some help, I cant find a worker on the floor very easy. With that being said, it's not a complaint, just maybe a suggestion for the employees to walk the floor a little more and ask customers more often if they need any help. Other than that, I would recommend this place for your pets needs.

This PetSmart is the go to place for all of your pets needs. We were looking for a specific blend of dog food that we were no longer able to find at our local membership store. They had the blend we were looking for at a competitive price, with quite a few options available. They also had a full line of holiday products for pets. They also have veterinarian services and pet boarding services. It's definitely a full service location for all of your pet care.

I needed to do a return today but i didnt have a receipt. Bryan was very accommadating and took care of our needs without a hassle. I appreciate the time and the professionalism that Bryan displayed. They always have everything that I am looking for to make my little baby 😺😸 all the time! They have all the different food varieties for 🐕 and 🐈 and also different treats and toys! And you can bring your 🐶🐕 while shopping too! You can try and bring your 🐶🐕 in to go shopping with you, but I can't do that with mine cause my baby 😺 is afraid of everything including his own shadow! I don't know!! Below is a picture of my baby who is always always asking for treats! And he bites me when he doesn't get what he wants!

Petsmart gets a bad rap, but this one in my local neighborhood has always been the place to go to for my pets. Great trustworthy employees and a clean store are my biggest takeaways.They have pet adoptions events on Sundays for any families looking to add a new kitten or pup.

Love Grace. I have two special needs pups whom I bring for grooming. One is 17 and nearly blind and deaf. He's a longhair doxie and needs regular grooming and teeth, ears, nails done. He has a heart murmur.My other is a schnauzer whom I groom every 8 weeks full cut. He has anxiety. Both were rescues. Grace is patient with mine and takes her time. I do book express services which I pay extra for but then she does all services without them going into a holding cage.

Fun for the whole family, very nice staff!! finally got my son two parakeet's he really wanted for Christmas. Stay away from the adoption center as you may end up with 2 or 3 cats like we did. Thanks PetSmart ❤️

Made an appointment ahead of time show up and both my puppies get send home because technicians found a knot on their fur come on now cut the knot and give them the bath. They didn't want to work they were rushing to go home repeatedly saying they close early today. Kaylee and her other long hair partners were rude to me and my kids said I don't wanna talk to you go me and walked away . Manager showed up and did nothing . Certainly taking my business somewhere else horrible customer service and poor people skills . Treat customers better your business run because of us .

The worst grooming ever! Originally I booked at Walnut Creek store. They cancelled on me and sent me to Concord branch! An hour before the appointment they called me saying they were closing early and you need to bring the dog earlier. When we took him, they said we need to shave the dog! We cannot accept him! I have a samoyed, if yoy shave a Samoyed, the hair will never grow bavk!!!! I cancelled the appointment and will never go back there! These people are crazy!

Always a good store to find what you need. Added a new Pet Hotel the staff are great with fur babies. The play room windows are open to the public so you can see the dogs play. They also take cats!

Nice store. Ran in to use the bathroom on the way to a concert because PetSmart is a place I trust to be clean and I always buy something for my girls(2 dogs). Long check out lines but quick and friendly, easy to find everything, nice layout, very well kept for a slightly older store.

This store seems to always be understaffed, even before covid... The photo shows the long line. Also the security alarm is beeping loudly and nobody is shutting it off. What a disaster today! There was only one cashier when I arrived with already several people in line. I often have to wait for assistance to pickup online orders because there's nobody else around but the single cashier to get it for me. Probably poor management.

Great place to go to get pet food, but watch out buying any live fish... my experience has not been good. However, they do guarantee their fish for 2 weeks. This should give you enough time to see if they will live in your tank. I have had to bring back some $$$ dead fish and haven't replaced them... yet

JUST FOR DELIVERY DRIVERSEnter through FRY WAY to the Dock alley from the corner (weird turnings, be careful) and you will see only open Dock Ramp. Slide Tendams otherwise your trailer will be too low. I don't know who design PetSmart's Docks (always worst and challenging) Dive Safe 👍

I just had my dog stay at the Petsmart hotel for a week, and was fairly unhappy with the condition that he and his bed items were in when I picked him up. He had urinated all over everything which is so unusual since he is housebroken. It seems that they did not allow him out to use the restroom at regular intervals. Sadly, I won’t be going back.However, Isabel at the front desk was amazing and kind and would send me pictures when asked, which is above and beyond what her responsibilities are.
