As others have stated, I’d be lying to you if I said this place was budget friendly. But, you get what you pay for. The quality of everything here is fantastic, especially the refrigerated food. I’m spoiled because I can literally walk here with my dog but parking here is always a breeze. If you are looking for premium food for your pup, I don’t know of a better place. Super helpful, friendly staff, and they have an awesome selection of toys, treats, and food. I love that no matter what I get here, it's high quality and full of healthy ingredients. My pup cant wait to play with all his new toys from today's haul!

Came in this weekend looking for a few things for an abandoned dog we had just found. One of the associates (Stephanie if I recall correctly) went above and beyond to help me with the right food, snacks, and toys for the puppy. The store is truly part of the community, not simply an outlet of a large chain!

Extremely friendly and knowledgeable...I'm fostering kittens found...and the staff was more than helpful with tips and information on what to do...Added to the amazing self bath area for your dog's....we've been using petfood express for years but this location is slightly above in cleanliness and friendliness ...with that said, all the locations I've visit from San ramon/ danville to concord/ Clayton have been great 🦋🙏🏽🐾🐾🐾

My family found a lost dog in our neighborhood that we couldn't find ID information for. Animal Services is closed Sun/Mon around us, so we took him in for a shower here before taking him in for the night. The staff were incredibly kind and patient while showing us how to operate the self-bathing area. After hearing us explain the circumstances and directing us to their community board to post our information, they gave us the service on the house. We will be back again for our own pets soon!

They have great employees there! They are fun to talk to and have great advice. An employee made we quite happy when he price-matched an item for me, and I saved big $$! I was really pleased with my experience there that day, and every other day has been great, too. Petco on the other hand has very cranky employees. Don't go there unless you have to.

The people here are always friendly and available to help you find something. Took both dogs in for a pet wash and able to wash both on one token. Wash area very neat and clean. The pet washes are a little pricy but if you get 4 tokens for the price of three and can wash 2 or more dogs on one token, it is reasonable and MUCH easier than using the tub at home.

Taking your dog here to get a bath is very convenient. Everything is given to you including option for what type of soap to use depending on what the dog needs. Towels are provided too. One thing is the tokens for the baths are relatively expensive ($15), if they were about $5 cheaper I would give this place five stars. Other than that the service is great and the people are friendly.

I also love the way your employees are very knowledgeable about different brands of dog food. when I come in to get food for my dog I always feel my dog who is my family is getting the very best food. I appreciate how clean the stores are and how they have different treats that you can take to give your dog to try out.Ty

Friendly staff always. Very sweet to my old girl who was stressed out about getting a bath. The manager I assume was a guy on 7/15 was very nice and also let us have the bath on the house.

Love coming to Pet Food Express. The staff is always extremely friendly and helpful, the facilities are clean, and they always want to give your pup a treat for just entering. I love coming for the bathing facilities because everything (water, towels, shampoo, blow-dryer) is provided, including clean up!

Everything is easy to locate. Personnel are awesome and the manager, Angie, is VERY hands on and extremely knowledgable about the store products.UPDATE: Well, it's seems Angie left the PH store and has moved to the Danville store. Cudos to the Danville store. Their store just got 100% better.

Love this location. They have the doggy bath stations and the staff are all really friendly. Last time I was there the person working gave us some free food samples for the pup to try out.
