Omg! I love this place. I have visited the shop twice and Matt is Awesome! He provided me with great information on all the birds and he provided great tips on being a first time bird owner. I was able to spend time with some of the birds and really get to know them.I highly recommend visiting Feathered Follies. This is a really great group who are very knowledgeable about birds and really take amazing care of their birds.

The staff here are friendly, knowledgeable, and are always willing to help with what ever questions I have about my birds. My birds also enjoy their Phoenix Mix food, and I even take them there for grooming every so often. All in all, this is a very solid place to visit, I highly recommend!

Feathered Follies is an amazing place for anything parrot related. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and the standard of care for the birds is great. I have boarded and groomed my bird here multiple times and he always comes back happy and well cared for.

Been coming to this location for a few months now to get my Conure groomed, and they always provide excellent service. They were also able to make recommendations on what kind of food to get them and how to take better care of them. They also have useful resources on what food or products are harmful to your birds which I found very helpful. This is the only location I bring my birds to, toget groomed or for their food.

We came 3 hrs to meet and adopt Romeo. We spent 2 hrs w/ him 1st day and 1 1/2 hrs the second day. The staff was very knowledgeable and was able to train us on how to care for Romeo. I would highly recommend FEATHERED FOLLIES.

The birds were well varied and taken care of and healthy, the owners even gave you good advice and great first time purchase which makes this place my first to go place when it comes to birds even tho it takes me a 3 hour drive!! Its worth it!!

Have been going to Feathered Follies for years ever since they were in Walnut Creek. The new location is quite small and I found that they didn’t have the same selection as the past with carriers and perches for smaller birds, but they are still super nice and I love their selection of foot toys. I rather buy in person than from Amazon. Our bird loves them too! I like all the work they do for birds too.

I have never been to this store physically. But I ordered some of their Phoenix mix for my green cheek conures. It took a long time for them to accept the food, but once they did, they absolutely loved it. It is full of all kinds of nutritious and tasty ingredients, and I have noticed an increase in their energy levels since they started gorging themselves full of the delicious mix. The owners sent a kind note with my order too. This store believes in the safe care of birds over profit, and I wish more stores were like them.

This place was amazing! Staff was kind and they seemed like they took care of my bird. I got my bird from this place In October 2019! Staff was kind. Pricing maybe was a little high but overall nice enviornment. I will come back 1 day!!

Although I haven't been to this pet store physically, but I'm most interested in the Feathered Follies pet store. Mainly due to the fact that it's the only pet store closest to me with the most positive reviews! Currently, my rating is four stars, but hopefully, after I visited the pet shop, the rating will be higher!Also, I have a question, I'm looking for a certain specie of parrot which is called "White-crowned Pionus." I was wondering if you have that parrot for sell. And if you do, please let me know!

I had absolutely terrible experience with feathered follies. I adopted a beautiful lovebird. Although the website says they want you to take time to confirm you “mesh” with the little bird. NOT! Just happy to take my money. I absolutely loved the bird. unfortunately my 94 year old father who I take care has fallen Very sick. I could not care for a bird while being in with a very sick father in John Muir emergency room. After spending ALOT of money with Mercedes, I guess the owner, she would not cut me a break. Dying father, expensive bird with no care to give me a bit of refund. I would never adopt a bird, money hungry, mean person from her.

My husband and I went in yesterday and the woman who helped us was so patient and kind. She was very helpful with providing us answers to the questions we had about our pigeon, Annie. This was a very cute little store, lots of fun things to see and buy. We will definitely be returning.

I can't say enough about this place and the staff. We didn't get our birds here but when we went there I wish I had. Their staff is amazing we took our two birds in first for grooming and she was so kind and worked with my daughter to show her how to properly handle them and gave her so many tips. Then months later one of them hurt her foot, we called what seemed liked every Vet in the entire Bay Area and no one could help there was no vet that could even fit her in to see her. Finally 2 days later, I called Feathered Follies and they told me their groomer can take a look. She was able to fix her little leg, she is fully recovered . This place is beyond amazing, they take such great care and pride in what they do. Anything for birds- this is the place. So grateful we found them.

Love love LOVE this place! Great staff, so friendly and knowledgeable. They are always happy to let me play with the bird and answer my million questions. They keep the place emasculate and the birds are well cared for and loved. I am happy to support Feathered Follies! Also, on their website the recomend an avian vet and an avian trainer(s). I went to the vet, 5star treatment there as well! They are a great business and they have not steered me wrong!

Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They treat all the birds like their own pets and take care to make sure each human is matched with just the right bird. They also do a great job grooming my birds, treating them gently even when birds like my Hahn's macaw try to bite them (sorry!).

If you have a bird then you should shop here. I love this place. They have every kind of bird that you can imagine. A great staff that is most helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I love the toys they have for the birds and so does Petee. I will always continue to bring my business to Feathered Follies, I believe in the work they do here and love to support this business because of the care they have for our feathered friends.

I've been a customer for the past couple years, looking for any number of random food/treat/toy/perching items over time- and this store is the only one that has it all, or even close to it. The array of products is fantastic, and match this with their friendly and knowledgeable staff, you've got it all. Out of the many bird stores in the Bay Area, this is the one that rises above the rest and has kept me coming back time and again. Their new space is bright, colorful, and filled with everything you could want- simply a wonderful new chapter for this legacy of a business.

I love Feathered Follies and they had a wonderful stock of toys at my last visit. It is very clean and everyone was very helpful. I am so pleased at the improvements the new owners have made. The former owner let it go down so badly that it always made me sad to go in. Great turnaround. Just hope they don't continue to breed new babies. Captive birds are not fair even though I loved my pet birds.

We take our green cheek conure her for boarding when we can't take her with us. She loves it there! The staff are great, friendly and very knowledgevery. They will groom your bird if you want.They have a nice variety of supplies for all birds. I would recommend this place to anyone who owns a bird.

This is a unique store they only sell merchandise for birds. Plus they groom Birds. It's a long drive for me to get to the store but I can get everything I need there. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They also sell Birds. I would give them a 5-star rating if they sold more variety in seed sticks.
