I brought my cat here after she had been in a cone of shame for almost 8 weeks recovering from a tail injury. They had good availability for an appt on my day off and were great at communicating the services included. They listened to my questions and concerns. I also appreciated that they came out and asked me if they could do a flea treatment after taking her back and seeing she had fleas. It was only $15 extra so I was cool with it. The appt was about 2.5 hours and they called me when she was ready to be picked up. She came back all clean and smelling like flowers 😹 I would recommend them to anyone with a cat who is terrified at the thought of having to bathe them at home. The staff at Clip n Clean who bathe cats are the true heroes 👏

An amazing place to get your cat groomed! Customer service is on point and I love the fact that you can see your pet being groomed, which is a pretty awesome experience. I had my 12 pound toy poodle nails done on 3/7. When i got home I noticed his left rear dueclaw was not clipped. On 3/13 he was groomed very nicely by Grace, the same person who did his nails. When I picked him up, I questioned the $90 cost since he didn't need the nails done. Cliff the cashier/manager proclaimed that he in fact needed his nails clipped. If the nails were clipped, why did she miss the nail they didn't cut on the 7th? When Cliff tried to explain the nail aspect, I knew I'd never return.

The staff is incredible, especially Ariel !! I have a nervous 60lb senior dog. Ariel was amazing at making him feel comfortable and he behaved very well for her. She communicated very openly w me about the process ! We love clip n clean and won’t take our babies anywhere else for grooming !

Took my long haired cat Belle here for a sanitary trim. They were amazing and incredibly gentle. I was able to go into the room and make sure the trim got all of the problem areas. Was in and out in less than 10 min! Will 100% be coming back here!

I've been taking my dog(s) to Clip n Clean for years. We (me and the dog) always get prompt, friendly, and expert service. Even though my dogs only get "manicures," the trims I see on other dogs there look great! So thankful for Clip n Clean!

We recently brought our dog from our hometown so this was his first grooming experience in the United States. The staff is really friendly. Kassandra was our golden retriever's groomer and she did an excellent job with him. She was patient enough because he really doesn't like the blow dryer. Thank you, Kassandra! Been going here for years - they’re great. Today, I took my super fluffy Pomeranian in for grooming and asked Jan to “trim him up a bit.” Kind of scary since he has so much hair. He has never looked cuter! Thanks Jan! You’re the best!

I took my dog here for grooming. I received a call before pickup mentioning he was squirmy and scratched the groomer in the face and arm. My dog weighs 10 pounds and 1.5 years old, extremely loving and friendly. This statement was totally outside his character. He has never received such a remark from other groomers in the past. I was told he was very matted and that if I didn’t comb out all his Matts before bringing him in next time they would shave him bald. I asked on the phone call if he was ok and they claimed he was. However, when I brought him home he was licking at fresh wounds created by the groomer. If she was having such a difficult time I wish she would have not continued with the grooming service. My dog is very sad and traumatized. I definitely will not be returning here!!

Took my pup here today and had the best experience. After another shop (box store) canceled my appointment the day of for the second time I was hoping to find a local groomer. Next-door came through with great referrals with Clip N Clean getting huge support. Called at noon to make an appointment and they were able to take him right away. When we got there the place is very clean and welcoming. We were immediately greeted by name (his, of course) filled out the intake form and I was out the door in 5 min. They were very sweet to my anxious senior dog (14 year old aussie) and he seemed comfortable. An hour later I got a call with the 15 min heads up so I could be there when they finished up. Great price for a full cut, bath, nails and teeth brushing. They did a great job with the cut and more importantly he didn't seem at all stressed while he waited for me to pay. Can't recommend them enough. Will be our groomer from here on.

Clip N Clean is the best spot around to take your dog for grooming and the only place I take my dogs to. Grace grooms my dog every few months and does a perfect job every time. They take great care of her while she's getting groomed, and the staff is very friendly.

The only pet grooming business I've utilize that will "Quicky" schedule your appointment. It's fantastic when you have a busy schedule and need to get your pet groomed. They are fast, efficient, friendly and they do a WONDERFUL job! Lots of heart and love in this place!❤ I highly recommend CLIP N CLEAN PET GROOMING!

NEVER BRING YOUR HUSKY/MALAMUTE OR DOUBLE COATED DOGS HERE. They will completely SHAVE your dog without asking prior. Anyone who knows anything about this breed knows it’s crucial for them to have their double coats to protect them from the heat, rain, cold - eta. Shaving them will cause severe skin conditions and will NEVER grow back the same. It takes YEARS for them to start growing even one layer of their first coat. Husky’s only get shaved when a licensed professional VET does this for health reasons, after sedating the dog for painless, stress less experience. This is malpractice, and they should be ashamed of themselves for doing this. If you love your huskys, BRING THEM ELSEWHERE.

BEST experience at Clip N Clean with Ariel! She was so calm, sweet, & gentle while trimming my very nervous doggy. I can’t express enough how grateful I am that I was able to hold & comfort Minnie while she trimmed her nails. It was by far the easiest, and most relaxed I’ve ever seen my pup during a nail trim. While the staff were friendly, they were clearly overbooked or understaffed when I took my cat in to get groomed. They did a very rushed job—the shave/trim on her belly was uneven, and they didn’t trim the fur underneath her paw pads even though I specifically asked them to do that. I also asked that they trim the fur around her butt, and that area is barely trimmed. I also saw them brush her and they only brushed her for a few seconds. When I took her home, there were clumps of hair on her body I needed to brush out. Overall, I’m very disappointed. I’m not really sure what I even paid for. I will be trying a new grooming place moving forward.

I took my 2 miniature schnauzers to Clip N Clean for the first time, and I am very happy with the results. Jane is very calm and listen to my requests as how I would want my "kids" groomed. She did an wonderful job and I left with next appointment booked. All ladies over there were very friendly as well. Thank you!

I called to get an estimate to get my dog groomed. I told them about my dog and was then told it would be $65 to $70 for a full groom. I made my appointment for the next day and just before they brought him back I asked how much it will cost. I was told $85 and that anybody can say anything over the phone but once your dog comes in they will give the price. I walked out. They jacked it up to much. I did tell the person on the phone he was about 20lbs. (He had just been weighed at the vet) He looks bigger than he is with all of his hair grown out.I hate when people lie about what's been said to cover their own rear. The owner is not an honest person!

I took my dog for a nail trim and they were super fast and efficient. Literally in/out in 2 minutes.If I could tell you how horrible my dog acts and how anxious I get when I have to trim her nails you would be stunned.

Our dog is always excited to come to clip n clean! She loves to get her nails done and we get the best walk in service! Somebody is always able to take care of a walk in. I highly suggest coming to clip and clean. From start to finish you know your dog is in great hands.

Nice and friendly service. I think their prices are a bit high. Got my dog and cat bathed and nails clipped, $130 dollars! Their was no frills or thrills included with this and my dog still had a stank about her. When I give them baths at home thats never really an issue for at least 4-5 days. They do take pit bulls.

Best dog grooming around. I moved to Sacramento and still take my chi poo. My Roxy is a extremely anxious and Jan is absolutely wonderful with her. I have tried one other groomer in Sac and I will only take my dog to Clip n Clean. Jan is just amazing. The other staff are great as well.
