I met Matthew in August 2022 when he first came to my residence. Since that time, he has demonstrated himself as an “A-1” Clark employee, one of your best, in my opinion. The following descriptions support my statement:1) he has displayed integrity and work ethics in words and actions. I find him to be a respectable, reliable, and dependable person. He shows up promptly for my preferred 0800 appt. time with a smile, pleasant demeanor, and a friendly greeting. He performs his job with high quality work, with the organization’s values in mind, and with respect for my property.2) he has exhibited communication skills. He listens actively to my concerns, both current and potential by offering alternatives/temporary solutions and calls me for updates until he is able to come for an unscheduled visit.3) he has illustrated Clark’s occupational competency by being a problem-solver and responsible person with consistent actions. These are evidenced by his knowledge and skills of his role and exemplified by the application of his responsibilities with the aim of excellent results.In summary, Matthew is a high-performer, self-motivated, dependable, independent, solution-oriented mindset employee with a culture fit.

Clark pest control started off very smooth and for the first few months service was amazing. Little by little the service dwindle down to them putting a note on our door and saying thank you and not doing the service. I called them multiple times letting them know there was no service done, but we were still getting charged.

Please don’t let these people come into your house. They’ll damage your furniture and they will not pay for it. We would have bed bug inspections from them because we were leaving in an apartment complex, I think it was mandatory or so l thought it was. Well long story short, they came into my apartment I said we had bed bugs and they had to do a treatment, they ended up heating the whole apartment and damaged all my furniture. I remember that 2 weeks prior to them coming into my apartment they had treated the apartment below, these people were infested with bed bugs, they instead of leaving their clothes inside the apartment for the treatment, they left in their balcony. It was piles and piles of clothes.

Very happy with the overall experience. We were invaded by ants for the first time in decades. Clark took care of the problem on their first visit. Subsequent visit we only had the exterior sprayed but the result was the same... no more ants!

We were using a different company which was sold to Clark Pest Control. I was a bit surprised to see them but the service price had not changed and the Technician explained the service transfer. On their second service, I found that the Tech had gone beyond my expectations when he cleaned the spider webs from my outdoor wooden gazebo. The roof is rough wood panels and from experience, pretty difficult to clean. I was really pleased! He also listened when I said that we wanted to keep the good bugs and didn't want a blanket spray. He explained how he would proceed and was trained in how to dispose of the nuisance bugs. Good job!Services: Bug & insect extermination, Lawn pest control, Ant extermination

I would not recommend using them after this experience.The service was usually good. I had 1 other issue with them in the past but nothing to write a review for. Charged $75 for a termite inspection that has no value what so ever.But after my last service experience with them, I am angry and would recommend working with any other company.They were suppose to show up to service my property, I received a notice on the door but they did not do any service on the house but they left a bill.I was home all day waiting for them because the back of the house really needed to be treated. I called them after noticing the bill, I said no one knocked, and considering I was working all day from my computer sitting in front of the window, I did not see anyone doing service on the front yard.They said they would look into it and call me back. Didn't hear back from them until they were requesting payment.I explained to them that no one showed up. Now they are tell me I am the liar and are still charging me.So, bills with no completed service is what you can expect from Clarks.Service: Lawn pest control

We still have spiders and ants all over the house. We also have dogs and have repeatedly asked them to call before showing up, so that we can keep the pups in the house. More often than not, they show up unannounced. #1 someone might get bit. #2 I don’t want my dogs around that poison while they are spraying. #3 They often leave the gate to the hot tub open, exposing our dogs to a potential hazard. The cover is not made to take any weight. We built a fence around it for a reason. We’re currently looking into other pest control services.

They are awful. You’ll rarely have the same technician come back to your house when you are a regular scheduled customer. I gave them so many chances. They don’t show up. They were sometimes defensive. They could not trap the gophers as most didn’t have any experience. Forgot to check traps. I had to call them back to do so all the time. They talk like they know what they’re doing but they don’t. They go through so many employees and constantly switch them around to different routes. Clark's is so well organized and professional. Don always takes the time to say hello and asks if we have any particular concerns. He has helped us on several occasions when we have had specific issues with spiders, cockroaches, and wasps. This might be a biased review, because I work there, but my parents have used them for years prior. They've always had excellent service and knowledgeable techs/inspectors. Behind the scenes, I'm impressed with their desire to do the work right the first time. I'm still learning, but it is a professional outfit with a desire to really help the customer. I look forward to many years of putting that same effort towards my own Customers.

Robert came to do an inspection, he was so kind and nice. Gave us lots of information and help guide us to the best decision for our home. His inspection was very thorough and looked at all our concer areas. Amazing, will definitely be calling him if we have any other issues. I used a local company. They were great. No pests. Then Clark bought them, and ever since it has become progressively worse. I now have black widows all over the outside, and rats invading the inside. I'm disgusted, and Clark doesn't seem to care. If I can ever get ahold of them intend to cancel.

Clark is prompt in the commitment of our standing appointment. We have not any ants since we started using Clark Pest Control. We have also had some unexpected wasps in our yard and had to call Clark. They were very quick in taking care of the problem and educating us on the type of wasp and their migration. Highly recommend Clark Pest Control for your bug issues!

After two visits, and spending $200 for the Clark contract, ants are just as bad as when the fellow came out for the first time six weeks ago. The Clark technician installed a few traps in the kitchen and master bath, and placed some bait outside, which appeared to us to be a once-over-lightly effort. Our house is spotless, so no issue there. We had no guarantee of eradication in our contract with Clark -- just the promise of more visits (which we would have to pay for). Would not recommend Clark, based on our experience.

We have had Clark Pest Control service since 2011. When we first stared we would have a different tech each time since we wanted Saturday service but after a year or so we changed to a weekday service and met Jeff. We never wanted anyone else after meeting and talking with him. Jeff Beringer is knowledgeable, thorough, and cares about his work. We have never had to do a callback for any issues. We are very pleased with our Clark Pest Control service.

No complaints about the service - their techs are very nice and show up on time. They have done a good job of taking care of both our Argentinian ants and a mouse flare-up. But they charge charge charge. Seems like we're getting bills constantly for $110, $45, etc. Even though we have a contract.
