Clean store, healthily stock and maintenance. Purchased a Purple tang a few weeks back. After acclamation it was already picking algae and taking to dry food as well. Great addition to my 210. Couldn’t have been happier. Will be purchasing fish from this place again.

Amazing shop to have in the East Bay! Always clean and inviting when walking into the shop. They have a great selection of dry goods, corals and fish on hand. Also very knowledgeable of their product(s). If you’re in the area they’re must stop by kind of shop.

Stop by here the other day to check it out. First time coming here, since it is about 15 minutes away from WC.Overall I would say the place is good if you are shopping for corals. The torch coral selection was pretty good, meaning that you are able to see a variety of them next to each other. The lady that was helping me out was very nice and the customer service was great. She walked me through all the names of the torch corals that I asked about. I recommend stopping by and taking a look at torch corals if you ever wanted to buy torches online, I can almost guarantee that pictures that you mostly see online are not what they look like in real life (In most case).We were lucky enough to see the ASD holy grail they had. It was by far the best looking Torch Coral!Since our IM 15 was a week old, we decided to pick up a little dragon soul for a reasonable price.

Claikid corals is the spot! The customer service is unmatched by any other store I have been to over the last several years. The knowledge he has is unreal and willing to share! They are always accommodating and will order you what you need if they don't have it, from live stock to equipment! I have had nothing but great experiences with them, I have fish and coral going on over a year now from them. This is my go-to spot!!

Top notch coral, knowledgeable staff, clean tanks and an excellent selection. Highly recommend. They’ve constantly improved since they opened a few years ago, and it’s clear the team there cares and just enjoys what they do.

First impressions was impressive. Very clean and open layout. The corals and marine creatures appeared vibrant and healthy, with a variety of unique specimens on display. Crystal clear tank water allowed for the stunning colors of the corals and fish to truly shine. I had the pleasure of conversing with several team members and even received advice directly from the owner - everyone was friendly and incredibly helpful. There was a raffle held during my visit featuring fantastic prizes, ranging from high quality pumps to a complete all-in-one system and stand. I believe there was a frag swap organized by Bay Area Reefers (B.A.R.) and hosted at Cali Kid Corals. If you're in Northern California, this shop is a must see. Well worth the two-hour drive highly recommended! 👌

Great for all your high end coral and fish needs. Cos is a great store owner and really takes pride in the quality of items he brings in. He hosted my local reefing club (Bay Area Reefers) twice for frag swap events and even provided food, drinks, etc. Plus they're open Sunday now after our feedback!

Cali Kid Corals is a great local aquarium store. They have a large selection of corals and in particular high end corals. Sign up on Facebook to know when fish shipments come in. They carry a lot of fish but they sell out quickly. Great staff. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Heard about this place opening up, and was closer to my house. Was expecting High Prices due to the Cali Kid name, and had procrastinated stopping by due to that.... We were in the area, and decided to stop in. I was pleasantly surprised. Super fair on pricing, and they carry a ton of corals and fish.Employees are super friendly and knowledgable.The best thing about this place: It does NOT smell like a fish store. I had the wife with me, who hates anything fish store related. She loved it. The store was clean, organized, and again NOT smelly.This is my new go to store, glad I stopped by! Can't wait to swing by again!

When ever I'm in the area I like to stop by here. This is by far the best shop in the area. Store is very clean and always well stocked. My only complaint is that I live too far from this place for it to be my goto.

Completely over priced. Had no fish food. Scolys were $500. We could get them half that price. No fish, only 1k clown fish. Like double priced on everything. Won't be coming here anymore.
