Great compounding pharmacy. Very easy to work with, communicative and friendly! I save a TON of money buying through Bandana than I would going through my vet, and the meds hit my doorstep on a regular basis. Happy dog, and happy customer!

I emailed an inquiry to them prior to my first order, since that might reveal something relevant. I got a prompt, polite and substantive reply. There was another back and forth, and their response was actually more than one might expect. My product required vet approval, and I received shipment (free) to Michigan seven days from ordering -- two less than promised. So, my first experience was excellent.

We have used Bandana RX for our dog’s prescription medications for the past 3 years. All I can say is their prices are low, their customer service is great, and their deliveries always earlier than expected. Without this company’s low prices, we seniors, could not afford to treat our boy for his Cushings, so thank you, Bandana RX for not price-gouging like so many major pet medicine companies do.

Second review.....the company definitely made amends to the issue. Will continue to use them for the medication.First and last time user. Still say they don't have my prescription after I mailed it more than two weeks ago. Cancelled my order today, we'll see how long it takes for a refund.

After getting the run around from numerous local pharmacies I happened onto Bandana RX. Great service, affordable prices, helpful staff. They will make it possible for me to keep Noballs with me and minimize his ailments.

Edit: I recieved my order and they expedited the shipping (2 days). Talked on the phone with one of the reps. They were very apologetic about the misunderstanding and immediately worked to resolved the issue.Original review: They have delayed my order 4 times. I've emailed and called them multiple times stating they need to call Vetco Vaccination Clinic and not Vecto total care since it is not in their system. Each time they would wait 6-10 days and get back to me saying my prescription has been denied because vetco total care didn't have my prescription. Each time I call vetco vaccination clinic and they tell me yes I do have a prescription. Then I call these people and they tell me ok they will call the Vaccination clinic just to repeat their previous mistake.

I love my vet. Don’t get me wrong. They give my animals the very best care, but they charge ridiculous prices for medication‘s. This company is absolutely the most reasonable out there. Easily 50% off from what I pay at the vets office. I love pet VM. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my pets medication’s. My labrador is on medication for allergies (Apoquel), joints (Meloxicam), and Gabapentin. I’m just really glad I found this company. I can give my dogs the care they need at a price I can afford.

First time of placing an order for our doggies monthly heartworm/flea meds..For what it saved in cost it was well worth the wait . Had no problems and customer service rep was quick to reply to my email. Although I had to mail in my veterinarian prescriptions it wasn't an issue. Would be great if I could have sent photo copy of it, but I realize it's probably a security regulation... Anyway,,,, I'll be back with future orders ... Thanks Bandana RX

We've been using Bandana Rx for at least a year now and haven't had any problems. They're thorough, detailed, accurate and respond very quickly with email confirmations after each order or autoship. Their prices are the lowest I've seen. They're based in California and I live in Connecticut you would think that would change my mind but no. That's because their prices are most competitive and they're fast with processing orders and getting orders out fast. My dogs are aging (large shepherd mix almost 12 yrs old) and one pup had more health issues than the other. 2 of their medications are on auto-ship and the other is for pain/Rimadyl but as long as I remember to order it, Bandana always does their part. Great company/no complaints!
