No need to look further for feeders, supplies and fantastic customer service! This is my go-to place for mealworms, fruit flies and roaches. I even got a few pet anoles (adorable) from them😁 Everything always arrives as advertised and 100% alive and healthy. Customer service goes above and beyond even when it was my mistake in ordering! They are easily reachable whether it be on the phone or in a text. They have truly been there for me as a customer every time I had questions or needed to make changes. Highly recommend!!!

It's literally a one-stop shop, lol... They have pets, feeders, enclosures, and supplies. I've been coming here since 2013. They have everything you can think of except live feeder mice. They do have frozen-thaw feeder mice, if that's what you need. The staff is always amazing!

I live about 40 miles from this store and therefore, order my worms from their website. I have always received the worms the next day and in good health. Easy ordering, fast shipping and worms alive and well....it don't get no better than that!

If you have any need for feeder insects, Rainbow Mealworms is your best bet! As a keeper of several different reptiles, I purchase all my insects through RMW and am beyond satisfied every time. No dead bugs or excess poop, shipping is fast and convenient, and you can't beat the price. They provide plenty of food for the hornedworms which just a huge plus. They will continue to receive my business for years to come. Highly recommend!

Great store and great prices! Friendly staff for the most part. All the inside staff is friendly and fast paced. Except for the girl with the colored hair. I believe purple, she doesn’t seem to enjoy her job and seems annoyed when customers ask questions.

DO NOT ASK FOR A REFUND EVER!!!! Sad customer service.Thank you for responding, however it was only 1 order that this was over. If I look at the other reviews it is a common thread through your business. Years of great service and then a bad order and banishment. That's the "returning customer" part that seems to be lost.I was a longtime customer ordering frequently and had the same experience as so many others I see here. I had an order that was miss shipped and was sent on a long post office journey. When I did end up getting the poor crickets were dead or on deaths doorstop. My mistake came when I simply asked for a refund. Usually companies oblige and take care of their customers to maintain the relationship and future business.Since then over 10 times I have tried to order crickets and worms for my 9 yr old daughter, who is currently breading leopard geckos. Each time my order is cancelled and immediately refunded. I have called in to talk to someone to see if I could make it right and they put me on hold, hung up on me and permanently blocked my phone number.I am sure Fred took care of his clients in the past and from reading about the new ownership they wanted to take the customer service to a new level. After reading all the negative reviews I see this has sadly not happened. If anyone asks for a refund they begrudgingly do so and then refuse any further purchase. This is the complete opposite of what it means to take care of your customers and help generate future business. I do like their product and wish we could continue doing business but it is not the case. My advice again is DO NOT ask for a return or you will be banished to a life of hungry lizards.

Excellent customer service, although I never called or spoke to anyone, They made sure to send me multiple updates regarding my order via Email. (ie, when it shipped, eta of delivery, ect.) Received my order fast and on time! Packaging was very well done! Actually very impressed on how they took pride to insure everything made it safely. Each container was adequate size, not too small or too big, and even had tape to ensure the containers wouldn't break open (have had other companies poorly package and worms were all split in the box). Ordered some feeder lizards as well, slightly larger than i initially expected but that's OK!, and they arrived safe and sound, they even had some tissue balls to give them some added padding so they wouldn't get jostled around during shipping. Will definitely be ordering from this company again for my feeding needs!

So, this is one of the best places to order feeder insects if you are unable to breed them or purchase locally. Even then, Rainbow mealworms has amazing prices compared to some local stores. You can purchase 1000 mealworms for just $8! That's less than what I pay for a 100 count at Petco.I raise praying mantises and so far, Rainbow mealworms has been the only reliable website that has the insects I need. I'm unable to culture my own roaches right now so their flies and banded crickets are why I can own mantises in the first place. Mantises go bonkers for any flying food and banded crickets are a healthy cricket variety they can eat. Just always make sure to keep the cricket set up clean to prevent diseases!
