I was able to book same day grooming appointment. Jacquelyn was able to help me with my dog. She did a great job with her! It was my dogs first time getting professionally groomed and my dog was super shy but Jacquelyn was very kind with her and handled the service very well with her. I love her new paws. I shopped around and found a new coat for her and everything that she needed.

WARNING BLOODY PICTURE !THEY CUT MY DOGS EARS Don’t ever take your dog to get groomed here . This happened on January 17 , I went twice to complain and they said ITS NORMAL and they were going to talk to corporate & its taking them a long time to get back to us. It’s March 5th and I haven’t heard anything . The second pic is him sad , he was not acting the same had to take him to the vet

This place added $20 onto the cost of a brush and trim for my dog for 30 minutes of extra brushing. What am I even paying for here? I've been taking my dog to the groomers for 4 years now and I've never been charged extra. That's one way to get no tip, I guess.

If I could give zero stars I would. A friend recently took her puppy here to get groomed. He was in perfect condition before he got dropped off. After picking him up his back legs weren’t working. They have took zero responsibility and claim he was fine during his grooming service. This isn’t the first time I’ve heard bad things about this location. Years ago a dogs tongue was cut during his grooming service. Please don’t take your pets here, do your research!

The people inside were nice and welcoming, the only issue was that they completely messed up my dogs hair. The only thing I liked was his face but other than that no. I love my Teacup Maltese hair, I didn’t want it short and I thought that they would try their best to detangle his hair without cutting. The lady said that she’d have to cut it but that she’ll try her best not to cut it all. There was never mention of shaving all his hair off. Anyways my dog is now shaved completely and I was really upset. I didn’t say anything due to the reason that my dogs hair won’t come back, so saying something would just be a waste of my time. I did wish that they would have consulted with me before proceeding to fully shave him. Mind you he only had a few knots, and I had heard many clients and employees be able to detangle knots. My last groomer who now retired would always de tangle my dogs hair . So I’m very disappointed of the results I got from PetSmart. Another point I’d like to make is that my dog has not been eating nor has he been active since yesterday. He has also been shivering all day and has been scared to even go to the restroom or play outside. I believe that they also were laughing at how my dog looked, I’m not completely sure about this but my hunch tells me so and what I saw made me believe so as well.

Compton petsmart lines stay ridiculously long. However some of the people are very helpful once you get the assistance you need. I had three different associates tonight and they were all nice and informative.

Petsmart has everything I need to keep my pup in all the dog food n treats she could want, INCLUDING a Wonderful trainer at the Compton store... Jessica is Great! So nice n patient for Zoey who has the attention span of a 2 year old in a 7 month old body!

Took my 23 year old dog in for grooming and was very pleased. His hair was cut beautifully, he looked like a "pup". They quoted a time when he would be ready and it was right on target. Will definitely go back.

My baby (Yorkie) Mila always looks Amazing after her grooming , she’s always so very happy when I pick her up . She’s such a Diva and looks like one after she’s groomed . Benny her groomer is great !!! Love this place!!!!!

was picking up food and there were 2 dogs in the parking lot, i asked the manager if they could help me leash them if i bought 2 of them while animal control comes since they were going to be an hour and the dogs could get hurt and the manager said they won't help me. one of the dogs ended up getting hit by a car in front of the store in parking lot. i would have hoped a pet store would have more compassion for peoples pets that are in need of help

Had to drive far for a very very bad customer service experience I had with this locationFirst they have items on the shelf’s that are empty boxes then they go to check out back and nothing is in stock, I asked if he could help me any way possible or call another store, (Luis) his response was we can’t call you have to do that, no sense of urgency to help me but tell me sorry you have to deal with what’s in stock, why have empty boxes making customers think items are available, now I am driving far again empty handed, what kind of customer service are they running thereStore manager louie holguin has been told by his own employees that, those empty boxes have caused arguments with customers but he seems to not care according to a worker that mentioned it to me. The store number is 2244 will never come back here again ! And I am also calling customer service to complain.

Manager is extremely unprofessional. The worker unfortunately didn't know how to answer questions regarding sales prices or displayed signs and had to ping the manager for any questions we asked. The manager lied about the displayed price, even though we saw the signs and took pictures, saying they no longer applied but all of the sales signs said they dates were valid. Had a very unprofessional tone and attitude and lied directly to our faces about the signs being there at all (she removed them) and for the sake of not arguing, we just bought our other products and moved on but I'd definitely recommend going elsewhere or taking pictures of sales signs if you want them to be honored. (For reference, the signs were black friday sales signs with the price stated as being valid November 25-27. We took pictures as proof.)

I used to work here a couple years back and it was always clean and customers were well taken care of. It’s under different management now and it’s dirty, outrageously poorly stocked, and employees will literally look at you and say that’s not my job, you have to wait in the line to get some help. Mind you there’s only one cashier open and the line reaches the back of the store. Apparently you also have to wait in line to pick up an online purchase. Why would I have to visit the cashier if I’ve already paid for something that’s bagged and ready to go with my name on it?

I always had a good experience until I met Charmaine. She is rude I don’t know how she still works there. Bad customer service, attitude all the time. I have come across her 3 times and all 3 times she has been rude. The first time she made me move away from the shampoo i was looking at to help another customer even though I was trying to look too and I was there first. 2 weeks later I went back to look at hairbrushes for my dog and she’s was like excuse me and when i moved she sighed really loud and was like i’ll just go the other way and rolled her eyes. The 3rd time she was cashier, I was in line near the first cat aisle and she told me to back up even more even though there was a large space between me and the register.

VERY RUDE EMPLOYEE. Went in today with my chihuahua and when I went to the register to buy my items, the cash register woman was VERY RUDE. I asked her a simple question and her response was,” Can you wait I haven’t even scanned the items yet.” I told her it was just a question and thought there was no reason for her to give that attitude to any customer. She is an African American woman with a name that starts with a C. Then on behalf of that she judged us by saying that we stress our dog because we don’t buy him treats. If she treats customers like this who knows how she might treat pets! You’re better off going somewhere else where you’ll be treated with with good customer service and respect.

This location is always clean, organized, and the employees have a sense of urgency. They get you in and out, ready to help you with any questions you may have. Need to do an inventory check from time to time though, needed a baby kitten bottle and didn't have one.
