Best place to shop live salt water fishes with very enriched stocks and fairly cheapest prices I have ever seen in a LFS.We drove 6.5h from San Francisco to LA to visit and pick up our orders. Their stocks have very high turn over rate, so better call the owners to place an order and reserve the items you are interested in :)

We started our tank about a couple of months ago, and both of the guys are extremely helpful and knowledgeable about helping me and my husband out. We're pretty new to the hobby and they're very nice about answering all of our questions. We are pretty much there weekly. good deals too! Love how they post their stock updates on Instagram.

A little hole in the wall fish store but really nice inside, i wasn't expecting to see so many coral and fish. It blew my mind. I bought 2 tangs for the price of one. Highly recommend, It was worth the drive from Lancaster.

I found this store kind of by accident while online looking for a new aquarium stand. It was listed as a local distributor for the particular brand of stand so I gave the store a call and spoke to Jayson. Initially I got a very good vibe when speaking to him as he was very polite, professional, informative and willing to converse also he seemed to have a passion for what he does along with experience that only adds to the helpfulness and information he conveys to customers. Some time later after our initial conversations/texts, I was in the position to go ahead and order the stand and canopy which would be built and then shipped from Texas via freight to the store. Jayson was once again very helpful and communicative in the process of the order, shipping, and final receipt/customer pickup of the stand/canopy. He reached out to me with updates, what the status of my order was, what information he obtained from the manufacturer of the stand/canopy all the way through to the end. When the product finally came in after about 6 weeks he was quick to inform me and even gave me assistance to load it into my truck. Along with all that, I feel Jayson operates his business with integrity and good values. In my whole experience ordering this stand and canopy some things had changed due to the pandemic and the cost of some things but Jayson immediately offered to assist in that situation, citing that he had made a statement and he would honor what he said even at his cost. That conveys to me an honest man with integrity. I can appreciate that. I live about 85 or 90 miles from this store, and for a fish or two that may be a stretch but I can say I would certainly do business with this store again on another major purchase perhaps an aquarium or other larger purchase. I spent about $1500 on this stand and canopy and have no regrets that my money went to this store, the experience was excellent I would definitely bring my business to Jayson and his store again in the future. Thanks again Jayson, can’t wait to get my tank up and running soon!

Friend of mine introduced me to the hobby and took me to Ellis Aquatics, Jayson is very knowledgeable and has answered all my questions ( i tend to have one after another) and has had the patience to answer them all! Ive bought just about everything in his store since its reliable, and priced right! I keep going back just about every week for something new to keep adding to my set up! #1 place for corals. We religiously shop here on a weekly basis. Their prices are incredible and their selection of corals are out of this world. It’s the only place we will get our Saltwater and RO/DI water. Never had any pest in our corals and haven’t gotten a sick fish there too.The owners are friendly and will help you with any questions that you might have. Can’t wait for the new store to open.

This by far the best specialty saltwater coral and fish store I’ve been to in so cal. Amazing selection of corals from softies, LPS and SPS. Great service and knowledge from the owner as well. Picked up a dragon soul torch and couldn’t be happier. Will be back soon for more!

Great Store, Good Selection, Nice People and Fair Prices.One thing I was surprised about upon bringing the frags home was the amount of Aiptasia I found on them. Aiptasia is always a bit of a red flag when it comes to deciding who to buy frags from, but its pretty hard to avoid when you have as many frags as they do. I didn't notice many other pests on the frags but there was definitely a few things I saw coming off during the dip and is the reason for not giving 5 stars. Other then that I was very impressed and will most likely be going back.

This place is so awesome. The owner goes above and beyond for his customers even offers help through text message if you need it. I drive over 100 miles just to come to this store. They have a large selection of corral and fish. Totally recommend this store to anyone with a slat water tank!

One of the best places to buy live coral frags. Not very big but very good selection of SPS, LPS including montis and zoanthids etc. Small but good selection of reef safe fish as well. I've bought several pieces over the past eight months: maxima clam, pink Montipora, favia, acropora, anacropora, clove polyps, ice fire echinata and trachyphyllia. I have not lost one piece, all were very healthy and remain that way.
