It's a nice place, nice staff, but there's not enough animals, all I saw were birds, great selection of medicines, vitamins, and food, there's even a vet there

One of the BEST pet shops I’ve been too. Once I went in there, I didn’t expect so much variety of different medications & items in regards to your animal(s) being sick. They give shots onsite for dogs as I had seen when I walked in to purchase a rat for my snake. Also had GREAT prices.

Bought my hamster Pumba here and deworm and vaccinate my dog Pelusa. Large variety, friendly staff. Pelusa es muy inquieta pero saben como trabajar con los animales y nunca tenemos problemas cuando le tocan sus vacunas. I trust them with doggie! Buy my cockatiel food and treats/toys here also. Highly recommend! These are my babies!

Worst pet shop ever. First off, I called and asked if they had super worms for my bearded dragon they said yes, so I drove all the way from my home in Carson, and they didn't have any. On top of that, the wait time was ridiculously, and there were only 3 customers, including me and my husband. 20 mins wait no worms and a waste of gas.

Took dog here to get shots, super fast and easy. Everyone was very friendly. It is narrow, so if your dog is skeptical about being in close proximity of other dogs and has the tendency to snap, I would put a muzzle on. We took a family members pit and did so just as a precaution, but he was fine. Was in and out in 15 min or less. Very affordable as well.

This place is incredibly inhumane. They keep multiple animals in small cages and the vaccines aren't backed up by professional vets. They're also deleting/blocking anyone who tries to mention this on their Instagram.

I love y’all my sons godmother actually told me about y’all before getting our pety’all definitely saved me a vet visit or emergency hospital visit which we know are expensive I received a puppy of 4 weeks old and had everything prepared for her arrival that was expensive as well but we really wanted her after her arrival all was going well until it came to her potty timeshe was eating fine but just stopped pooping for 2 days so on the 3rd day I called different clinics and they all said take her to the hospital as I was preparing my kids to get taking care of by my sister I decided to call EL GRANERO and let them know what was going on I asked them if they could possibly help find a solution they said yes so I brought her in after some pumpkin seed and some upset stomach medication I’m happy to say she recovered that same day and is now 4 months old and thrivingThank you guys so much have definitely been recommended

they r very nice regardless if theres dozens of ppl waiting they dont rush.. lots of cute clothes n variety of things u can find.. dog tags/collars, clothes, birds, fish, hamsters & reptiles sheesh a lil zoo over there 😳 😁😃 however my babies were good after their shots

BAD!! All bad!! Please stay away from getting your pet vaccinated here! There a scam! More expensive than any other they are not legit those shots are NOT valid anywhere. If you are trying to take your pet anywhere they require shots like traveling grooming etc. don’t come here they are not valid who knows wat they giving in those shots !

All the times i been have been great until February 27 2023 at around 4. I took my sick cockatiel in the shop who had a medical emergency. I been having him for a year and me and him were so close. The vets was aggressive as heck to him and when he gave me the cockatiel, he stood frozen breathing heavily and he died. Basically they put him down without medication it's there fault tho they where going to provide me with medication but it was to late and the vet said it's my fault for not going earlier. We have cremated the bird and will remain in our hearts forever. I feel bad how my tweety died painfully but now he's resting. Terrible vet service.
