Always a great place to shop at only bad thing I can say is parking lot inside the whole commerce shopping center is super dark at night they need to fix the lights asap it is very dangerous and sketchy especially rn in the holidays ppl breaking in cars or robbing ppl all over los angeles come on city has the money fix that problem for the customers.

Can be messy at times. Sometimes, products are open and have missing items. I find open containers of drinks laying around. The clothing can be better organized. Lines are long for checkout. Usually, the self checkout is faster.

Just wanted to say thank you to the crew who got my chair. There was an issue with my order and Ama and her team was able to reassure me it would show up tomorrow. Lo and behold the extra chair (out of 2 chairs I ordered) was there. Thank you Ama for handling my chair debacle and bringing peace to the world. Also, there may be an issue with the phone lines because I couldn’t connect to any of the departments over the phone (it could just be busy because of holidays), and hope it helps if there’s a technical issue. Thank you Ama!

Last Black Friday I made a purchase in which I did not have a delivery option at home and I decided to go pick it up at this store three days after, they had already canceled it, without prior notice on the day I made the purchase. They didn’t gave the option of date and time to go and bring it and they didn't mind canceling it

My wife and I have been shopping at Target for many years we enjoy shopping at Target for deal and they have everything for the home and also including a CVS pharmacy in the Target and also Starbucks after you finish shopping you can get refreshing drinks at Starbucks.

The store is clean and well stocked. Check out is easy when shopping in person. I don't like their online services at all. They never notified me that my order was ready. The employees ignored me as I did at the pickup desk. I had to go over and ask for help. My order wasn't ready, 10 hours later.The customers are not happy people. Nobody smiles. Watch out for the under cover handicap parking cops!

It's just ridiculous to have everything locked. It takes a while for an employee to open up a secured location. I couldn't even compare products bc the associate would have to open another section and she seemed annoyed. I just walked away. I'm not coming back. Perhaps target should rethink this strategy. You are loosing costumers.

I went to this target and since it was my first time, it took me awhile to find the items but eventually did and was about to pay until i got stopped by security. i got accused of stealing and told me i looked “suspicious?” (just because how i dress and look). i tried to explain myself by saying i have money to pay, showed it and handed my backpack over to further prove my innocence and mentioned they can also check the cameras. i cooperated yet still got my items snatched from my hands and was told to leave immediately. this is just embarrassing and sad how they will profile you and will not admit their mistakes when wrong.

Been shopping here for years and I think the soap section where the tide and Downey are is now a mess I waited for more than 15 min for a damn employee to show up to unlock the glass I understand the glass is for protection but what if us customers are in a rush for soap or have things to do …. I asked an employee if he can please open and he said he wasn’t in charge of that department /: so unprofessional he could’ve called it over for another associate it wasn’t just me but other customers waiting for the glass to be open …. This target needs better employee service so disappointed….

The cashier wasn't so smart. I had to pay 61.07 dollar. I gave 101.10 and she was confused. She said that 100$ would do and only took that and gave back 38.93$. I went home with a bag full of change.

Honestly I thought the bathrooms in Point Loma were disgusting but damn this one topped the cake graffiti on all stalls, no soap and it smelt like the sewer was open in the women’s restroom luckily the family restroom had soap. The store manager needs to get it together. Then I went to Starbucks to get a drink, the girl that was back there, I’m sure she was having it rough but girl do not be grabbing food with your bare hands when you dropped it.

I applied for a job here and got rejected. They never gave a reason why when they should have, and I was completely qualified. This was for a Store Executive INTERN. Here was the response I got:"Thank you for your interest in joining the Target team! We know that every career decision is an important one, and really appreciate that you took the time to consider a career with us and apply for the role of Store Executive Intern (Store Leadership Intern) – San Gabriel Valley - East Los Angeles, California (Starting June 2023).We wanted to let you know, however, that the hiring team has not selected you for further consideration for this role.Though we’re unable to provide specific feedback regarding your candidacy, please know that we value you as a candidate..."Really? You value me when you rejected me for a job? Who do you think you are? You people are lucky that I don't make you a "target," if you know what I mean! And what's with being unable to provide specific feedback? NO. You *must* give feedback when I specifically asked for it! If you don't receive feedback, then you won't know if you made any mistakes or not in your application. These people frankly should have something pretty disastrous happen to them. Maybe it will become a reality. They have been warned.

I visited this sore recently and was blown away when I went to use the family restroom. Graffiti everywhere!! I have never seen a Target in such poor condition. Everything is locked up in here. Sad state of affairs.
