Im so upset with Walmart policy when it comes to ink cartridges. I bought a hp remanufactured one that’s compatible with my hp computer obviously but the ink cartridge that I had bought was defective. I tried to do an even exchange they said no. I asked for my money back they said no they couldn’t. Only if the cartridge box is open they can but if I opened the plastic bag it’s in they cant exchange or return my money back. Which to me it makes no sense because the cartridge I bought was for my printer. I asked someone and looked it up online and it’s not the first time I ever buy ink for my printer . With that being said theres no way for me to know if an ink cartridge is defective till I actually try it out . Anyway moral of the story is I had to buy another ink cartridge today the actual brand named one not a remanufactured one compatible to hp. I had to double spend for no reason . I really feel like they did not want to help me because they were short staffed and wanted to go to lunch that’s why they were in a rush and blowing me off . I honestly feel like this Walmart is all over the place in general. I was so upset I left the ink cartridge with the box there at customer service because I can’t put no use to a defective ink cartridge I just bought yesterday . I would’ve posted a picture of it but I told her she can keep it since I got so upset .

‼️This is the Worst Walmart I've been to by Far...‼️The Parking Lot was Filthy with Graffiti & Trash Everywhere...There customer service was terribleas soon as i walked in the old Lady at the Door called loss Prevention to follow me around...There loss Prevention undercover Was so obvious-following me around the store as if i was going to steal something.(very upsetting) They even had the security gaurd waiting at the Exit...He even followed me outside to my vehicle even after i Made my purchase🤑💳💵💶💸The worst part about this store was there customer service,laziest Employees ever Some were standing around outside some where acting like they were putting baskets away.It's as if all employees had nothing better to do, when there was a Ton of trash they could've been picking up in the Parking lot.Very unprofessional...

We absolutely love this place. At first I thought they were closed but very nice. The food was beyond amazing. So delicious. The owner is the chef. Bravo. If I could give them 10 stars I would. I definitely recommend this place.

This Walmart is disgusting. I went shopping for some fresh produce and found rotten black red potatoes instead. Then I go check out the chicken tenderloins and found the were expiring today. I tried telling an associate but as always they want to cut you off before you can even finish what you're saying because they don't want to hear anything you have to say. I wouldn't recommend buying any food from any Walmart because they don't check their food on expiration dates or freshness. I even found rotten watermelon at the south Rialto Walmart supercenter another time. You buy food from Walmart you're gonna end up getting sick and probably end up in the hospital.

Very clean and organized! I was pleasantly surprised when I went inside. The last time I had been here, I thought it would be closing soon. Now, it's well stocked. There are plenty of workers to help the lines move quickly. The produce section was full! Overall, it was a huge improvement from earlier this year.

I bought a 2 chicken sandwiches by the cash register and one of them was not fully cooked from the middle. I saw it and threw up after seeing it wasn't fully cooked. Need to make sure y'all "Walmart" cook it all the way people can get sic

Wow… This is a great store, I could not believe everything they have at this location, they have a deli, they have a bakery, they also have beer and wine. Not only do they have the usual stuff that every other Walmart has they also have fresh meat, everything from crab legs two salmon to whole tilapia and so much more, it is pretty crazy when you can go for your standard flip-flops and wind up buying all of your groceries at the same place, and let’s not forget they also sell televisions and bedding and bicycles and so much more.Spend local,Shop local,Buy local.

Clean store and friendly staff. Shelves were well stocked, parking was not to bad. Has produce and mostly good selection for food stuffs. Shopping carts are on the older side, our had a wobble on the front wheel. All in all a decent shopping experience.

This Walmart has everything you can possibly need. Customer service is okay. Bathrooms are clean and the shelves are always stocked. We recently tried their Marketside Pepperoni and three meat pizzas and they were absolutely delicious!! The pepperoni XL was $6 and the three meat was $8 and they are huge! Totally worth it. We will definitely be buying these pizzas more often!!

This place is horrible. I had to Wait almost One hour for them just to come and open the things that were locked up. No one showed up and I seen some works just walking around with their phones and not helping.

Lazy. They kept announcing store closing time and had bigger count down than a NYE party. Yet not a single cashier working. Everyone had to patiently wait in self check out line while apprx 8-9 employees "jaw-jacked" about either being exhausted from not doing squat except "customer watching" all day the impending rain or what social gathering they had planned after work...and forget about someone responding to the service call to come help us with items in the locked display case.

Heidi at customer service has the grossest attitude and makes your experience unpleasant. Not only has she made my visit to Walmart unpleasant but I’ve witnessed her doing the same to a bunch of other customers. Like why is it soooo hard for you to refund peoples money? Walmart itself is okay. But pickup is ridiculous sometimes, long waits & they sometimes don't answer the call for pickup. Saw that they tend to overwork their pickup employees at times. Had one associate working one night for 5+ orders ahead.

Today I got my oil changed. The lady who did the intake was so much better. Her customer service as improved. Seth and the cashier lady with the blue hair were on point. The guy at the front door let people know there are no money orders. Today was a good day at This Walmart.

Wow. The Walmart Bakery does it again. Absolute magic. Thank you so much. From the marble cake to the Bavarian filling. The writing was beautiful. The placement of the sprinkles. I love all Walmarts. It's the employees that can be so rude! It's not my fault you hate your job! I ALWAYS find what I need there. I just wish they had an anger management program so employees can be more polite. Yes, I understand some customers make it hard, but don't take it out on all of your customers!

Her name tag said "Rita."As if it's not bad enough that you have to "self checkout," then they want to examine your work. 😡Note to Walmart: You don't pay me to check my own products. I am not a thief! Stop treating me like one!

I know alot of people don't like walmart but I find just about everything I need and it's way cheaper than other places! Example, whipping cream at Walmart is $4.68 and at staters it's $7.99 it's worth the gas to me!

It’s always packed and the lines are always long… But yesterday it was quick. There was a bunch of workers everywhere in the way tho pacing around doing nothing. But it’s Walmart so it’s expected. Lots of crazies go there also… But it wasn’t too bad yesterday given the fact it’s the holiday season.
