The extra disrespect of the fruit stocker. I was so mad I didn’t even get her name but didn’t make it out the door before I called the store and left a very angry message with Alana (?). I hope I got that right. Thank you and I hope you address how your stockers talk to customers because it only takes one bad experience to let that news spread. This smart and final defiantly lost my business. Never have I been talked down to someone that I went out of my way to be respectful too.

This is the best Smart & final I've ever been to I guess that's where they call it extra. I wish they had a store like this in Las Vegas Nevada.

Positive update, had a bit of an issue,Got contacted by mgmt (awesome accountability), super apologetic, as am I for misunderstanding an unintentional mistake, and I will continue to drive over 30 miles to this location even moreso now after the pleasant correspondence. Great customer relations and awesome.

I really like Smart & Final. They have decent prices and a pretty great selection of items. The manager does specials some nights by giving ALL SHOPPERS 1/2 off of their items. It's pretty cool! It's never crowded there and the quality of their produce is fantastic!!! Love it! The cashiers are always nice, friendly and helpful. I even left my wallet on the counter one morning and they had it for me the next day when I remembered where I had left it! Thank you Darren! Anyway...if you haven't shopped there, give it a try. I think you'll be pleasantly surprised!!!

This is a great store! Huge and lots of variety. Groceries and dry goods. Bulk as well as standard size. Super nice staff and a very clean place with lots of parking. Open till 10pm. They deliver with door dash and will bring it out to your car. ADA friendly parking and wide aisles.

We like this Smart & Final Extra.Employees are always friendly & helpful.I really like their ribs, brisket, pork butt, and chuck roast.Great prices and it's always fresh.Also love that they have a bunch of bulk items that I can grab without having to go to Costco.Like yogurts, cheeses, cream cheese, sour cream, bread, bagels, and so much more...I like their produce, but sometimes I have found a bunch of old and spoiled stuff.They really need to rotate and pick out old produce more often.Other than that I like to shop @ this location.

Well I went to see what kind of candy or snacks I could get for my daught birthday party, for her class. Found some really good stuff like different kinds of candy,crackers, chips, and juice. They really do have a great selection for party events needs like plates, utensils, napkins, cups, and containers also its been hard finding 24 packs of Pepsi and there I find the 36 pack so it even better also the store doesn't seem as crowded like other stores.

I was on a hunt for a particular item sold by Smart & Final which everyone was out of. I am handicapped and require the use of the electric shopping cart. The only S & F that had the item I was looking for was the store in Redlands. I called to check availability and they had the item BUT this store DOESN'T have any electric shopping carts. I spoke to the manager Amanda, who apologized for the lack of carts. She told me to come by and she would bring the item out to my car. She took care of the problem with grace and a smile. 110%👍Manager Amanda, thank you so much!

This visit was much better than the previous one! The employees were very friendly and helpful. The meat stocker was very knowledgeable about the questions I had about various cuts of meat. The produce assistant made that I got the freshest product available. The checker wasn't put off that I mistakenly forgot to add the item # of the bulk product I got. Great visit, time efficient too.

This is a great store. Helpful and cheerful staff. Great product variety and prices. Carts are nice and new. Produce is fresh and very affordable. Surprising that they are willing to offer so much when other stores charge admission (membership), and provide far less. My family is giving up our large store membership since this store opened close to home.

Love this store! It is close to my home, so it's convenient for me. The weekly ad prices are competitive and I find lots of great deals here. The employees are friendly and helpful. The parking lot is VERY well lit at night. And the store is always clean, cool & well-stocked.

This has become my number one shopping spot in the area for groceries I would normally go to a few different store's but ever since I started going here that has changed. Because of convenience, nice selection of products at great prices it makes it easy. I really like the quality of the first street brand of products. There fresh rotisserie chickens are pretty bomb as well.

The location was cleaner than most. I came in on a Thursday, which is the day after the new deals start, so some of the produce was not restocked yet, I suppose. Quality of produce was looked of good quality. I didn't see any workers while I was there, but I didn't need any help since I already new what I wanted and I nee where the location was. Parking is more than adaquate and was also clean. Prices are affordable. If you are one that likes to only shop at one location verses going around town for the best deals. You can get what you need here with average cost.

This store is well stocked with a huge selection. You can get bulk and large quantity packs, but you can also pick up normal grocery items. They have done a great job packing in such a large variety of items. Their produce department is very impressive and well stocked. Prices are pretty competitive on most items.

There were 2 employees that had outstanding customer service. LaShay was the manager on duty and she knew her job. She had a great attitude and was so friendly. Another associate there as well was a young man. I didn't get his name for being so young and possessing that type of customer service. I was impressed. Thank you both!!!

Love this place because of their killer frozen food selection. Everything you could possibly need. I go there just for the deep fried mushrooms. They have great deals on meat also.

For my first time visiting Smart and final it was clean and looked good. The associate that was working in the aisles greeted me asking me how I was doing. I really appreciated that and I would definitely come again and recommend this store to others :)

Nice and clean and courteous. However there wasnt a lot of varied items to buy due to the virus. I needed heavy duty paper plates. They only had certain kinds. I only was able to get half of what i needed for Christmas.

I went there yesterday to look for steaks and beef meat that is on sale, but there was none. It was around 6 pm. We were told that they had a shipment of meat that needed to be processed and that the kind of beef I wanted to buy was there. I was told to go back to the store early today and that the items would be available. I went there at 7:30 a.m. I did not see what I was told would be there, so I ask the girl that was doing an inventory on the meat department, she went to the back to check and told me they did not have any and that most likely the girl that told me to go early was confused. What a waste of time. If you are not going to have a product, do not advertise on sale it makes people angry and waste our time.

Really enjoyed shopping here for my first time. Just moved into town. I was used to shopping at a Smart & Final and was afraid to shop at another grocery store. But thank God that you guys are right down the street. Feeling more at home quicker. Clean, easy to find items, and very helpful cashier. Thank you!

Just bought 12 white corns for $1.92(great deal) and they were all in good fresh condition. By far the best deal/discount on corn out there right now. The most ive bought before was 4 for a $1 at another market so this was a must!
