I read the bad reviews and do not believe any of them. They have treated my babies wonderful. As far as the prices going up that is nonsense. I took my puppy for over 6 years until she passed and always paid the same unless she had ticks which was only one time. Some people just find things to complain about

Reasonably priced, conveniently located, and then some! Pico, my goofy, crazy 15-pound Chug (Chihuahua/pug), hates baths and nail trims. I normally took him for nail trims, and everyone at Pets Choice did a great job. I didn't know how they managed to make him chill out, but they did. He sent me to the ER last summer (true story!), most likely to get back at me because I bathed him, so I decided to just have the pros handle him for baths. I was a bit afraid that he'd go into Pico Loco mode again, but to my surprise, he actually enjoyed his bath and was a perfect furry gentleman! What kind of witchcraft was this? LOL. Amazing. Not only he survived his bath, but he also hung out a little longer. He ran around here and there. He didn't want to leave the place. That was hilarious. He really liked being there. He got to make new friends with other people and pets. He also smelled really good, and his fur was so soft after the bath. He got a choice of either a bandanna or a bow to wear after the bath. I chose the former. He was so happy and relaxed afterwards. Really pawesome folks here, I'm telling you!

I've taken my dog here twice and I have to say each time they do a great job. I have a 70 pound pit-bull and the ladies there handled my princess with so much care and ease. My dog felt instantly comfortable with the groomers which made me feel better leaving her. The turn around time was a couple hours which was perfect for running errands. All the groomers were friendly and made the process easy for new customers. The prices are reasonable and the quality of work is more than what you paid. Im so glad to have a place that can consistently keep my dog clean and healthy.

Took my 1 yr old grand puppy because my daughter was a ball of nerves since he is so hyper and barks at everyone and everything.. The young gal took him from my arms and the rest is history, he did so good! I FaceTimed my daughter and she cried. They were excellent with Kylo! My daughter was still traumatized as was Kylo from the last place we took him.. It was clearly the energy and negative attitude and comments the owner displayed. Kylo picked up on that but now he has a home where we hope will become his new grooming family! Thank you guys so much.

We take our Shibas here regularly as they can be a bit difficult. Staff is always super nice and friendly. Dogs always come back well groomed and even get little cute handkerchiefs at the end of it. Definently recommend this place!

Today was Boomer’s first time there. He has a lot of hair and that can make it harder for some groomers but they did a great job. They left him looking super sharp. The staff is very friendly and the place looked clean. Will definitely be coming back.

I have been coming here for the past 9 years or so. My dogs are so calm and happy with them. They wouldn't let me even brush them let alone bathe and everything else. They are quick, clean and very courteous. And their prices are more than reasonable. I recommend Pets Choice to all my friends and family.

My mother found a dog in the street. His fur was a mess so we took him in to get groomed. I explained to the lady before I got there over the phone that he was a mess. Originally she said 40 to $50. When I got there she said 70 and when I pick him up she said 90. Make sure to ask for exact price before you leave your dog there. The lady was also giving me dirty looks like i was the one the had neglected the dog. Overall bad experience but the grooming itself was good quality.

My husband and I have been taking our 2 dogs for 9yrs here. Our pets love coming here. The staff is friendly, and give good advice regarding grooming, skin needs. We lost our one dog to old age related illness. We're taking our new pet after neuter recovery period . Highly recommend this place for grooming needs.

Best groomer for your pet. Professional and friendly staff. They did very well to my lil Pekingese, loved it!!! Can’t stop telling people how good they are, grooming my lil Pekingese. Went there 2-3x. First, second time was a good experience. Third time the owner added fees that weren’t paid in the first 2 visits. She claimed the dog was wild and needed an assistant to groom her. Really? That’s BS.She was getting too pricey and not enough availability for grooming. Will be definitely going elsewhere. Plus my dogs nails were not clipped and I did pay for that service.

Love this place. I have a 2 year old chihuahua who has NEVER let me cut his nails, and has been rejected all over the place like pet co & pet smart. I took him in with hope that they would have patience for his screaming and bad attitude. (He is an amazing and sweet dog- just has a phobia of nail trims! No idea why.)Anyways, about a week ago I took him in. It took a lot of restraint for them to get them all trimmed, but they did it!! I couldn’t believe it lol. They were really good to him. I love that they have a window so I can see the whole time how they treat my dog. They never hurt him, or did any other type of harm.. They understood that dogs with trouble can take patience and a little extra assistance.They did miss one nail, but I totally understand and don’t put that against them at all..Thank you ladies who did this for my Peanut!! I will keep coming back to you guys. You’re all wonderful. (sorry! lol)They were also fast, and let me do a walk in. Whole process was like 10 mins. 10$ for a nail trim only. Great price. I wish I could give this place 1000 stars. Seriously, it meant a lot that they were able to get his nails done. They were way too long.

Poor customer service! They refused to cut my little chihuahua's nails. They put an oversized muzzle on her. My poor dog was so scared! I recommend to try another shop! Don't waste your time here! I took my dog to another shop and they took great care of my dog!

This groomer tacks on extra charges. Every time I took my dog the price goes up. Last time my husband picked up our dog and she charged extra $20 for colonge and massage..Really??!! I never asked for that! Going to Foxy Fur now. Much better!

I paid $80.00 for them to nick my puppy in her leg and pull the inside of her ear hair out with a pair of forceps..She cried and tried to pull away, from the owner that groomed her. She may have alot of experience, but I'm never taking my puppy back there.
