Worse Costumer service experience, Employees don’t have Respect for clients. They don’t want to double check sales since they tent to scan your items multiple times and when you check multiple items for them to boil them they don’t want to , “ because if they remove something from your transaction it messes up their Box” The store is so unorganized and things all over the floor. The Register is so messy and employees rather be on their phone then to clean their area or help customers on floor or at check out.

The older woman manager double scans some of my items to charge me twice and the cashier's were trying to give me change from their donation boxes set up on the cash register, that's where all the donations are going? This place went from good to bad in this so called upgrade...

First time in this store. Excellent customer service!Arlene was very helpful in finding what I needed and was very patient with me while I waited to resolve an issue with my credit card. Im not sure if Arlene is the store manager, but she sure acts like it. Great experience!

Place was clean and well organized. Employees were fast, efficient, and very helpful. Only downside was that most of the products in the store were more than a dollar. I'd estimate only about 20% of the products in the store were actually a dollar. However the products that were more than a dollar were still good deals. I'm just a MAJOR penny pincher lol. Overall a good experience at a good store. Would recommend stopping by. 4.5 stars

I love the workers and how they always try to help you with your coupons. They're always very kind at least at the register. The people out on the floor can sometimes be rude but that's just because people have been rude to them all day and I fully understand that. Don't blame the poor cashier for the register a piece of technology malfunctioning! It is not their fault and they will try to help you as much as they can

This place is horrible. It has no respect for the elderly and doesn't know how to treat them right. Neither can they understand Spanish, making it harder for people from a different country. My grandma went in this exact store, losing her wallet in the same store. She then goes back after realizing she lost it, and told the cashier's if they have seen it. They then told her that they have never seen a wallet. This is scamming elderly.

This place is horrible and has 0 respect for the elderly. The cashiers are so disrespectful it’s disgusting. My grandma came in to ask a question and they immediately ignored her because she spoke spanish. She needed help and they treated her like she wasn’t a customer. She kept resisting to help and gave her the nastiest responses. My grandma came out upset and crying because the only thing she wanted to ask for was her missing wallet that she lost IN THAT SAME STORE. 100% don’t recommend buying from here.

Pricing is great! Great location! Landscaping is needed. Great customer service and cleanliness!! Does need public restrooms. Shelves are constantly stocked, but does need more gardening items such as potting soil and selection of flower pots

Wowww what a unexpected surprise finding this place while looking for the Gas station half a block north of it. After I got my gasoline and started south down Rancho again to get back to the freeway I knew from years past this would be a Good stop to make, and I wasn't disappointed. They have a Clean store with a very good selection of snacks and drinks which I was looking for and I won't forget to stop by again next time I'm in Colton. I only would like to see more of these stores around is about the only thing I can say against them.

Will not shop there again worst customer service. First at this store. No one to help !! One kid cashing out customers. I’m trying to find a Tv antenna after 20 min. I found them and suddenly a lady walks up to me and says you can’t be up here. I ask for help then and I apologized and said I didn’t know I could come here and pic out the antenna. She was Rude! . No customer service at all ! Store was a mess every isle has stuff on the floor no one around organizing and putting things back in there place. Only the young kid working at the register. Never shopping there again !

Hard to get around due to boxes stacked in narrow aisles. Can't take carts outside so very limited on the number of things you can purchase in one trip. 6 of 8 sale items rang up at regular price. Friendly staff.

Every once in a while can find great deals. Friendly staff. Not sure if I like being asked to leave my belongings in the front to shop. Considering the cashier walks away from the register leaving my belongings open to being stolen.

This store, to me, reminds me of a mini Walmart. It has a little of everything. The store is pretty clean, the employees seemed to be friendly. They do need help there 🤔 I'm looking for a job.. 🙂

The employees are rude I asked a simple question about items I was looking for the lady ignored me like I didn't even say anything so I asked someone else he couldn't answer the question I definitely will not be going back to that location ever again

One thing that i allway's buy here is the Martinellis 100% pure apple juice,other places i have gone to you pay at least $2 on up, they also have the Sparkling Cider it tastes just like drinking apple soda.

Very small selection of items here. There are several homeless men and women in the store and out front. The owner of this store needs to do an undercover Boss episode and see it for their selves.
