I’ve heard about this place on TikTok. The groomer before them absolutely didn’t try with my dog. This place showed him so much patience and kindness. I am making them my Furever groomer. They’re excellent. Thank you so much to the staff and Ivan!

Best customer service! Noticed my fur baby had ticks so I called in for a flea and tick shower service, so professional took me in right away due to a cancelled appointment and found out my pup was infested! They recommended some great products and left my baby girl a lot better now she is tick free and looks so cute with her new haircut! Thank you so much! 🙏🏽💕 Will definitely be coming back!

Wanted to try something new and found animal kingdom, decided to bring my dog here and thinking I was going to like the outcome, I was proved wrong. When I came home fromPicking him up his ears were dirty and only some of his nails were clipped. Took him to petsmart since I knew if I would’ve took him back to animal kingdom I was most likely going to wait, and petsmart groomers confirmed that his ears and nails weren’t up to standard like I figured. Also forgot to mention when I picked him up the groomer was eating her lunch and commented that she forgot to clean his ears so with those same fingers she was eating lunch with she proceeded toClean his ears . This is unsanitary and could have caused him an infection . This is frustrating bc I wanted to like this place

I can't even say enough good about this place! I was so happy with their professionalism just upon booking my appointment I almost didn't care how my pups looked 🤣. I was BEYOND pleasantly surprised when I got home to see my girls! They did an AMAZING job on my little ones haircut. (My other dog just got a bath) we will DEFINITELY be back! Thank you guys so much!!

I took my two dogs here and i absolutely hated it. I specifically said that I wanted my first small dog to be short all over, they didn't shave part of her tail at all and it overall looked pretty bad. For my second dog, I said I wanted to be short all over and to make the little pom-pom on his tail smaller. They didn't even shave most of his tail so now he looks like he's got a adult toy on his tail. He also came home with his nails cut too short, which he's now in pain, and with little nicks on his face. He's been absolutely traumatized by this experience and I will never bring my dogs back here again 0/10

Came here once before and the service was better then. The staff here today seem a bit unprofessional. Honestly no reason for having appointments since it’s just to hold a spot & it’s not guaranteed they’re going to take care of your pet at their appointment time. They take more pets on then they’re prepared for because they’re not going to take care of your pet at your appointment time, which is what staff told me that his appointment was just to hold a spot for him, he wasn’t going to be taken care of at his appointment time, it was 11:30 when I got my dog & I brought him around 8:50, 10 min before his appointment time and they still had a dog that had been there since 8am by the time I left with my dog. Reception told me 2 hours, during those 2 hours I seen them all come out to get fruit from a lady that pulled up to the business. I came in to see if he was done after it had been some time after 2 hours and they said it was going to be another hour because they needed to bathe him and all they did was give him his nail trim. They said they do all the dogs nail trims first together and then their baths, which makes no sense if they have different appointment times. They said it took some time for his nail trim because he was a bit difficult which I understand, that’s not the problem, but 2 hours just for a nail trim to be done and still waiting for him to be bathed. They said they made a mistake of telling me 2 hours, it should’ve been 3, but to be waiting that long and have my dog waiting as well. Why take on more dogs than you can handle at a given time, especially with a breed like my dog that does not do well in kennels because of anxiousness. Please have consideration of your customers both human & dog alike. Todays visit caused them to lose a customer and my first 5 star review that I will now be deleting. Id say it says a lot that I’d rather pay more somewhere else than have to deal with this business any more.

This is our pet’s ever first grooming since we had her for 16 years!! Because she was so small, we didn’t think it was necessary. Noticing how she would lay on the tile floor as opposed to her pet bed due to the excessive heat, I realized maybe she needs a grooming. Wow, she’s more energetic and she ate a whole chicken leg w/o the bones after her grooming . Thank you to the Animal Kingdom staff for their tireless efforts

We brought our 14 1/2 yr old Corgi Shepherd to them for his first grooming! Yes, we brushed him daily, but what a difference! Perfect little puppy paws, clean-smelling, cooler and shiny fur and he seemed so happy to be there when picked up! They did an amazing job! I love how knowledgeable the head lady was and the system of texting to book and confirm the appointment was simple!

I've been coming here since I got my Huskies, they set the bar high for me. My babies come out happy and smelling wonderful. I tried one other place once and definitely not the same results, my huskies weren't as clean or taken care off. They really care about their doggie clients!!!

My dogs needed a touch up and that's exactly what they got! They got a bath and I also asked if they could trim their face and paws (since their hair grows very fast). I was pleasantly surprised that they also received a sanitary trim and that should last them until their future grooming appointment. I think Michael was their groomer and he did a great job! We will definitely be returning. Thank you for the amazing service! :)

It was my puppy’s first grooming experience and he loved it! They are really nice people and very patient! You can tell they love what they do and love dogs! My pup was a little wiggly and didn’t like the trimming of his face but they were so patient with him. I highly recommend! Thank you Animal Kingdom.

This was my first time coming to this groomer and it definitely not be the last! I had been meaning to try this place for a while now and decided to try it out when my usual groomer was unavailable and I gotta say I am so glad that happened! They made my boy look amazing! I have never seen his fur look so white and feel so soft! They took pictures of him and I could tell he felt comfortable there with how relaxed his posture and face looks, this will be the groomer I take him to from now on that's for sure! Would highly recommend to everyone I know, already some of my extended family have taken their dogs here and intend to switch groomers to animal kingdom as well!

I've only been here a handful of times with my wife to get my dog's nails done. They are very friendly and take very good care of our dog. When I compare them to banfield in the pet smart place, it's about a bazillion times better here. They do not try to charge you a ludicrous amount. They also don't act scared of your pet. Im convinced that my dog used to not like getting his nails trimmed because the "professionals" at banfield made him scared and anxious. I highly recommend animal kingdom.

I've brought my dogs here and they did a wonderful job! My dogs shed so much I've taken them to many groomers before but end up still sheding tons. No so much anymore now that I've taken him to this place and they're so friendly!

Michael and staff are wonderful and took great care of my Siberian Husky Sadie. They worked with her physical limitations and groomed her while she was on the floor. They all knew she couldn't stand very long on a table. I will be bringing Sadie back to Animal Kingdom Grooming! On the US side, it is owned and ran by Bible believing ppl!! Thank you to Michael and staff! You're love and patience for animals shows!☝😇🙏

I absolutely love this place! I have taken my dog about four times and they always leave him so clean and fluffy. One of my other dogs does not like going to the groomers and they always do there best with him when he goes. I will always bring my pets here and I will recommend this place.
