I used to go here all the time. I like this store except for the fact that they didn't want to hire me cause apparently I don't meet their requirements. What requirements does a minimum wage job want? 🤣🤣 but whatever. I still recommend this store cause it is a great store and I go there all the time.

I went to this 99 cent store a few days ago and the cashier was not okay the cashier was yelling at my Mexican mom because she asked for bags and she told the cashier to pack the products and she said “you should be packing the YOUR food.we demanded a manager immediately the racist as cashier was talking to a white person about my mom.The manager did not do anything about the situation.

The employees are very nice first of all. No hate to them whatsoever BUT the food at this store is horrendous. Mold everywhere. Bought some wine glasses and found pieces of glass sprinkled into the glasses. They've had these coffee tables on the shelves displayed for months with no way to purchase them. Display only. Just take them down. Don't display stuff that people can't buy, you know? Just not a good store.

It was passed 8:10am and they literally had over 15 people outside waiting for them to open up with out a sign outside their door advising that it was closed when their store hours are 8am-9pm

I love taking the kids here for coloring books and painting materials. U would be surprised the things u can get at a 99 cent store now days. They sure came up on so many brands.

This is a decent 99 store, there is a wide selection of very edible fruits and veggies and on occassion one is delighted by some unexpected delicacy in the refridererator case such as the smoked butter I found afew weeks ago. They have a Lotta stuff I couldn't get cheaper anywhere else that pertain to the kitchen areas of the world. Good customer service. 99 or Im outta my mind!!

Next time I visit this store, which will be VERY soon, I will be delighted to take some pictures. Whomever is managing this store, I applaud you! Your store is not only the cleanest and most comfortable of the chain I have visited, but your employees are kind and contentious. My cashier excused himself and QUICKLY got so.e hand sanitizer because he had ran out.Thank you for doing it right! I live less then a mile from a 99 but I will be driving the extra 6 miles and doing so frequently!

This particular store on Mt.Vernon. The manager had the price marked wrong. On 2 different end caps for the batteries. Thn wouldnt sell them at tht price. Her name was Susan I think. I go to the 99 cent store by the mall.on E st or in the shopping center by walmart. Yeah it wasnt the price. It was the fact that she was rude about it.

Always shop here the only down side is the people outside asking to buy them something or for some change. I do understand and everything but don't come up to my car especially when I have my babies and try to open my door to "help" then ask for money cause you where helping you know. But I do love the things I found at this 99 inside the store that is LOL

Although I like the store when I was 99 Cent Only you can really find anything for 99 cents anymore so I consider that false advertisement they need to change their name I would assume but who knows just a little insight LOL

There is a friendly atmosphere as soon as you come threw the doors. The store is well lit and as usual this store is clean and well organized. They have great merchandise. I really love shopping there.Good job .99 cent store you are awesome.

I love 99 cent only stores but the manager at this place screams unprofessional! Everytime I come in, he's either talking down to employees or giving someone an attitude. Today, he was in the front area of the store literally on his phone on a personal call being loud as ever. I just feel bad for who ever has to take him seriously as a boss.

I can usually find what I need.Lines are horribly long. Some cashiers have no customer service qualifications at all. So today is the 3rd of Aug 2017, I just came from store...I was WOWed by the appearance,it was clean neat, i still didnt get a "how are you?" but it was very nice and clean,the line was actually small,thank you for listening.

The store is a great place filled with shelves with merchandise for all needs. However management has made poor decisions and placing management over its employees and customers. From the manager Jose who look completely lost to the manager with a blonde and black roots, stubby who is sour with life. She gives off an unwelcomed, facial expressions, vibe, and rudeness to the customers. At one point we got into an argument so she waist and slammed one of my rock stars causing it to burst and make a disaster in my bag with my merchandise. Your customers deserve better service if you want us to continue shopping there!!!

My son needed to use the restroom so we had to ask twice for the code to the bathroom and both times someone was supposed to be coming. No one came. While we were waiting there we heard a few people in the employee room next to the restroom I heard people in there. I knocked and asked if they could open the door for my son so he could use the restroom and no one answered it also got quiet in the room. Moments later the door opened and a man by the name of Ivan walked out in regular clothing. I asked him if he heard me knocking and he said, "yep" when I said why weren't you able to open the restroom he said, "i don't know" and I said well that's rude you weren't allowing a child to use the restroom for your own selfish reasons. Be then said, "I don't give a f**k" and continued walking to the front of the store. Clearly, this worker has NO customer service guidelines, and needs to be retrained again with the proper procedure on handling a customer. Very unprofessional of ALL the employees to leave a CHILD waiting to use the restroom. My basket of items was left right at the door, and I DO NOT plan on returning.
