I came in tonight and got robbed by the cashier. I paid for Medicine and a rock star used my points and got the rock star for free. He gave me 75 cents back. Check your receipt check your change these people are thieves What should my change be from a 20?Based off of my receipt.

You have to make sure you get the correct change back. When the late night clerk is working and get a receipt. He has a bad habit of giving back incorrect coin change. And this not allegedly. I've brought this to his attention numerous times. He plays dumb when he gets caught.

The owner is not very friendly. I don't think I'll ever come back to this 7-11. In addition to that the coffee I purchased was kind of cold and old for a $1.69 for the smallest cup?I would have given this owner half a star or no star if there was such a thing.

This is the worst store ever. Their employees run scams. They ripped off my daughter with bogus amazon cards. We paid and it didn't work. Went to store and they said pretty much not my problem. Told her to call number on back of card. Turn out to be scammers from India. Telling my daughter to get an Xbox card. I really didn't want to complain but this happened to me a few times with different pre pay cards I bought there. So I stopped going. But my daughter insisted on getting a card there. They are horrible owners and service

I have NEVER had a confrontation with any type of employee before, but this location needs to hire better employees with basic customer skills and tell them to leave that attitude at home. Never coming back to this location because other than the place looking dirty, they handle food with LONG acrylic nails which is against the food guidelines.

WORSE store ever! Took money off of my card after I cancelled everything and then lied about it! I saw the notification on my bank app that showed me. They had an attitude with me since I walked through the door. Will be reporting this place ASAP! They need to either get shut down or get all new workers!

It's 7-11 what more can I say lol some of the staff is great, some just average. I'm giving it 5 stars though because it's convenient and has saved my butt a few times on something I needed fast. Decent selection of beverages and can't believe how cheap slurpees still are. Staff has always been friendly to my kids. You do get some shady characters that hangout in front (which the manager is usually pretty good about making them leave) but this Is Colton so 🤷‍♀️

Today I was accused of stealing a candy by the cashier that does her eyebrows as if she wakes up dreaming of the mountains. I left making her feel real stupid when i dumped my purse on the counter because she said she watched me on the camera. She needs to get her eyes checked so she can see the camera better AND FIX HER EYEBROWS.

The casher, Harry, was obviously high on something. I had to explain the same thing 3 time and he still messed up on the oder. I asked for 2 of the 5 for 4, for my girlfriend and me. I received 1 of them and a big bite, but when I asked about it, he seamed lost and confused. I had to speak slowly just to get my point across. I ended up just paying for what he gave me and just leaving. I don't recommend going here if the employees remain drug addicts.

We are were loyal customers of this 7 Eleven. With the COVID pandemic levels on the rise again, we’ve had deliveries from the Colton store that has ripped us off a couple of times. Money is tight for everyone but that does not give license unfair treatment (I.e., charging for items not delivered or delivering outdated items and more). No more business from us. My green is going elsewhere. No more 7 Eleven for us.

If you so much as walk by the beer section which they have a barricade blocking so you can only come from one direction, the cashier will leave the desk to come stare at you from 3 feet away. I'm a black male.
