I’m not one to leave poor reviews unless it just needs to happen. Unfortunately this store is way overpriced and 2 of the 4 items I picked up were way out of date (the cream cheese would have put me in the hospital I’m sure). Unfortunately I didn’t check the date on my drinks and I’m now drinking an extremely old margarita that is beyond flat. I wouldn’t be so upset if I hadn’t dropped $70 on 4 items. Pass if you can and go to Placerville or nearby.

Prices are exorbitant, even for a small town..I mean, unbelievably high. Shame, I'm a local and would shop there more often. Example an item is 13.99 in Cool and 26.99 here.

I like to stop here when I get a chance - just to help support them... there's always somebody friendly behind the counter. Cold drinks, fishing tackle and there's tons of other kinda random stuff in this store!

This place is in shambles. Product and supplies littered all over the floor, things covered in dust. Prices were outrageous. For a couple bags of ice, some candies, a mayonnaise and a bottle of bug spray nearly came out the $75. Even the kid working there said he'd never shop there and recommended Holidays in the town of Cool. Will never stop here again.

A week ago i took a motorcycle ride from Sacramento to Coloma with my little 9 years old son we stopped there for little refreshments to boosted our energy with drinks and some snacks, we were surprised how much stuff they carry in middle of nowhere , my son even found a cute ceramic owl for a very resealable price, the girl at the cashier was super mega cute and double wrapped it as well. Highly recommended

The guys who work here so helpful and friendly. Yes, prices are higher, but being that it’s the only store around, it makes sense. It’s convientent and not to mention drinks are ICE COLD everytime!

It's convenient place because not another store around other then chevron gas station but I'd recommend chevron gas station before this place.#1 they over price everything by double literally NO JOKE.#2 so desperate for workers that they will hire tweekers from over the hill near by.# 3 they close & open when they wantHow do I know this? I've lived here for 12 years now lol

The ice was cold.... That's about it. The guy behind the counter was less friendly than larch from the Adams family. Lotto was cash only, understood, but asking me three times with cash on hand was a bit excessive.Place is probably in business cuz there is nothing else around. Even locals were complaining about Mr personality.They have a lot of river/camping items but the prices are higher than you would expect.We decided to drive to placerville., 20 minutes away rather than deal w this guy again.

The owner harassed, yelled at and threatened by elderly mother all because my truck broke down in the EMPTY parking lot and she had gone there to meet the tow truck for me. I had called him earlier and told him exactly when the tow truck would be there - she had nothing to do with it! And while I’m on the subject everything in the store is overpriced and expired! Will NOT be shopping here ever again even though I’m just a round the corner.

Just a minor ding for prices--there is no competition around for miles but it's better for local economy anyways. They do carry a lot--almost everything. I stop by sometimes when visiting family.
