They do what I pay them to do, my pool looks great. I trust them. They answer my questions on demand. I call they answer, and that means a lot to me. It would be 5stars but my system was left on service mode a couple times with panel door wide open. I wasn’t sure what to do. But we’re all human. Like I said, my pool looks great!

The best pool company we have had. They take time to keep our pool looking great. The use new ideas to keep dust from settling in areas so we aren't having to sweep our pool daily. Friendly and informative when we have questions. Very responsive to calls or text messages when we have questions.

Francisco is a licensed Pentair pool technician and has fixed my pool twice. First a pool light, and recently the pump. He did a good job, and everything works great, now. He was flexible with times he could be there, so I could leave our gate unlocked and put our dogs in the kennel. I am thankful to have “The Pool Store” and Francisco in Coalinga, for pool services.

I was told I needed a new pool sweep from two different companies. The Pool store came out and told me it could be fixed. I was thinking I had to pay $500-800 and The Pool Store fixed it for $175. Very honest business. You don’t find that much anymore. They came out fast and completed the job and I am one happy customer!! I will never give my pool business to anyone else! Nate does an outstanding job cleaning my pool and answering any questions that I might have. If he runs into any problems he immediately calls his boss Francisco and between the two of them they fix the problem. Nate is very polite when I am observing him cleaning my pool and while I am talking to him.

The pool store has been servicing my pool for about 5 yrs now, Fransisco is quick to come out if there is any issues after hours, he has replaced my pool pump, pool sweep and fixed my pool light! I have a field behind my house which usually means more filter cleaning, he always lets me know if there are any issues and he is always there to take care of them. He is a very nice guy and I highly recommend his service.
