The food is excellent, many choices. The service is normal. Some workers provide a great experience and some don't. I went for order and pick up. That has always been good for me. Never dined inside yet It's a little run down not in great shape. Looks o.k. for lunch maybe, Only one handi/cap space and parking is tight. But again food is excellent.Features: Masked entry posted, for COVID but not enforced for those who are aware of restrictions not enforced at this very moment.

Every meal has been spectacular. The meals are ample and tasty. The service is pretty good, and the staff is friendly. The only reason I am giving it four stars instead of five is that when the chef is chopping meat (which was the entire time we were there for lunch last time) it is so noisy that conversation was impossible. Great food. Maybe there are times of day that he is chopping more than others, so maybe we were just there at a bad time. The only other negative thing is that beverages come in a can rather than from a fountain. So no refills. But that's a small thing.

If dive bars had taco shop equivalents, this would be it. These are good, cheap tacos in the middle of nowhere. They leave you asking yourself, " How did I get here?", but regardless, you are happy you are there.

This place is BOMB! Honestly i was so happy when I found out Sergio was going to open up a Taco shop. I love their Asada tacos. I know some people complain about them being messy when it's to go, but that's why I always ask for them on a plate. Legit you won't be disappointed! Their wet burritos and quesadillas are amazing as well.

One of the few places in town that make shrimp tacos. The green avocado sauce is so so so so good…. I could drink it.The carne asada tacos are seasoned perfectly. Love this place

Walked in and place looks as if it was some kind of storage building with boxes of stuff everywhere. I got my some asada fries and thought the meat was dry and didn't have very much flavor . The wife got her a wet burrito and hated it sauce was like water and had no flavor at all would not recommend this place nor will we be returning🤷‍♂️

OMG the food here is the best so far for Mexican food. Of course Mexican food is a little played out here but Sergio's is at the top for me here in Coalinga,Ca. Because we are new here and the new managers of the Cambridge Inn on Cambridge Ave. Sergio is a very nice person as well. Prices have gone up but the food is worth it.

I would have given them 5 stars because the food is awesome and the customer service from 1 employee and every now and then 2 is great, but every time I go and order tacos the wait for them is so long that they are not even hot anymore when I get them. I’m not saying they have to burn me, I’m saying they should be warm enough that I don’t have to put them in the microwave as soon as I get home. And this is only when the young guy makes my tacos. The other guy made various orders for 4 different customers and this young guy wasn’t even done with mine. It’s not like I ordered 50 tacos of everything they served. Sheesh! The other guy made way more than the 8 tacos I ordered! The young guy doesn’t cut or clean the meat properly. He leaves the skin on the meat for the tacos de cabeza, chops the meat 3 or 4 times leaving big chunks. He seems obligated to be there, like he’s related to the owner(s). He needs to speed it up a bit and pay attention to the customer’s requests, once he does I’ll change my review.

First time visiting Sergio's Taqueria i went in during rush hour which high School students were out for lunch went in ordered my Food order was made fast within 5 minutes cashier was very polite and friendly i mentioned it was my first time coming she welcomed me and said she hopes to see me more often food was delicious service was great prices are great and i was in and out quickly can't wait to try more of there food items.
