Dg is very unorganized, very rude employees, a lot of empty shelves, don’t buy eggs here, cheaper milk though. Also who puts breakables at the end of the aisle in a metal hanging shelve. Not very smart since the aisles are small as heck. Management is not on their game anymore since James is not there anymore. They lost a great manager. Also donations are exactly what they are donations, stop punishing your employees for not getting a certain amount of donations. Ughh if there was another store in town that was cheaper I would go there but there’s not. 😡😡

This Dollar General is at very convenient place! They have plenty of supplies and items. But the customer service or cashiers are not showing compassion or much enthusiasm at their job no more. In fact, they really seem to hate their job. They no longer welcome their customers or ask if they found everything okay and don’t tell them to have a good day. The manager of this store needs to be more picky on who they hire!

This particular Dollar General was larger and had more products and options than any other Dollar General I have been to. It was a great shopping experience, even though we were only stopping through the town on a road trip to pick up a few snacks & drinks while stretching our legs. I hope to find another Dollar General like this Large one with more products, options and variety closer to my home.

Couldn’t lift anything heavy after my surgery, and a worker smaller than me lifted a case of water bottles to scan when I couldn’t and I’m super thankful for her !

Usually the store I go to when in need of something at a slightly lower price BUT 90% of the time it’s a waste of time, shelves are empty for weeks on things I need. Like the Flinstone gummies, the area they are located was empty for over a month! Asked an employees about that and the answer I always got was, “there’s an order coming on Saturday. Maybe they’ll be there...” I gave up looking for them so not sure if they are finally in stock. Oh and 3 employees look like they HATE their jobs. A tall young female, I think her name is Wendy, she wears glasses and sometimes wears bright red lipstick. The tallest young male, Terry, and another young female that doesn’t wear a name tag and doesn’t really speak. She’s short, no make up, a key holder... Terrible customer service with these three. I have more to say, but I’ll take it up to Mike, district manager, instead.

I'm disabled,,, And everyone is so very helpful to me... They lift all the heavy stuff for me and will even unload it to my car for me.... Always a Good Experience !!!!!

What can I say the workers are very helpful and friendly, not a time goes by that I shop there were all the staff are smiling and someone greets ms with hello! I always look forward to shopping there and it is the first store I go to when. I need something!!!

I Think that Dollar General is The Best Place to Shop in Coalinga. I believe this because it Has the Best Prices, the Best Customer Service, and if the Product that I purchased there wasn't Satisfactory For ANY Reason I am always able to Return it No Questions Asked

This is not like a 99 cent store because not everything is $1 but they do have quite a bit to choose from. They have a lot to choose from, I have plenty of snacks, clothing, any seasonal thing for holidays and alcohol.

I definitely recommend signing up for the digital coupons, great savings. And enter your phone number each checkout and it finds all available and applicable discounts and coupons.

There is no where else to shop. Not much choices in clothes . The prices are high on the clothing line . If u want a deal go out of town and shop at Wal Mart.
