The room is quite spacious and clean. The mattress is comfortable, and the blanket is clean and warm, making the temperature perfect for sleeping. Overall, it was very clean and comfortable.During breakfast, the staff member Maria was friendly, and the food was warm and clean. The pancake-making machine was particularly fun, and my child loved it. The pancake was also excellent.Arriving late at night, I didn't know much about the surroundings, but in the morning, I saw a magnificent view of almond trees in front. If I pass by here again, it's a place I'd like to stay. The price, including free breakfast, is quite attractive.

I'm really happy with my experience at this BW. The hotel itself was clean and updated, and the rooms were spacious and well kept. The only grip I have with the rooms is that the bathroom doesn't have a fan. Also, there's a second faucet outside the bathroom that has drinkable water which is nice. The area felt super safe and the hotel itself felt safe too. Types of people that stayed here seemed to be families. Staff was helpful and professional. Will definitely stay again!

Room was very clean and staff is very friendly and helpful I have no complaints about that. However the the only reason I've rated this a 1 star is due to the MATTRESSES! My family and I were unable to get a good nights rest especially after new years eve. The bed felt super springy and hard/uncomfortable and our king room smelled musty, I'm assuming due to the rain a day prior. The beds could use at least a pillow top cover to help this or get NEW Mattresses. Our stay other than the lack of sleep was great. At check in and out the front desk staff was very kind and accommodating. I also appreciate the manager on duty for calling a 2 days ahead and asking me about one of the rooms I had reserved not being available. Thank you so much about that!Breakfast was very good! I love that they had biscuits and gravy available. That was one of the best parts of it.Noteworthy details: NEEDS BETTER MATTRESSES']

A little hidden gem on I5 . The rooms are great. Staff is great. Full bar ,complimentary breakfast in the am. Many options to choose from. Biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage, pancakes, fruit, cereal, yogurt, oatmeal, juices, and coffee. Happened to be staying a night that they were offering lasagna ,salad, and toast dinner for a very reasonable price. Definitely recommend this beautiful hotel. Dog friendly rooms and Best Western rewards are a plus.

Great hotel, nicest Best Western I've stayed, very clean, you can tell staff takes pride in their jobs. Big rooms, great breakfast included, lobby very clean. I've stayed at hotels twice the price, including Harris Ranch and I think this is nicer. Off the beaten path but well worth it. Cassandra & Maria are the best, you can really tell they love their jobs 💯Safety: I've stayed here a few times and felt very safe💯 Great rooms!

Nice Best Western in the City of Coalinga, CA. Clean, well kept, friendly-accomodating staff, pool, good breakfast food, and a sports bar. I called about 9am requesting a late check out which was not accommodated, which is unusual and was disappointing especially since Coalinga is literally in the middle of nowhere and i kinda expected that at least some sort of a later check out would of been accomodated, even half an hour, and of every Best Western I ever stayed at, this has never been an issue. Oh well though, overall a good experience, and the Gym is a really good one!!

Easily the best BW Plus I've stayed at. Huge rooms, comfy bed, quiet, better than normal continental breakfast (they had chorizo, beans, eggs, sausage, pancakes, tortillas, oatmeal, etc. when I stayed). Friendly staff, quick check in, and lots of plug-ins in the room too! Only downside is you can't walk anywhere if you wanted to go out as it's located on the outskirts of Coalinga. Also, please fix your credit card system - this is the only place my credit card has ever been declined (on two separate occasions too), kinda frustrating.

Very clean everywhere with up to date everything. The breakfast was great, the common areas were sparkling, and everything in the room (including the bed) was comfortable, clean, and couldn’t have been better. Exceedingly helpful and kind staff who went WAY above and beyond for us when we were in a rough situation. They extended us tons of courtesies to do all they could to be helpful when we were having a very bad day. I’m very picky with cleanliness and I felt totally comfortable with everything here. We’re so thankful to this kind and generous staff who clearly take pride in their work and are so good at what they do.

Great staff, large clean quiet room with comfy bed, good price. The room did have a slight odor as if the carpet was new. The big drawback was no dining close by. Ended up driving back into town for fast food. Which wasn’t what we wanted after a long drive & arriving at 8:00pm. Maybe they should think about stocking quality & quantityMicrowaveable foods for us weary travelers. Breakfast was standard, eggs meh, oatmeal was pretty good, much better than packaged instant.Would we stay again? Hmmm. If there was better dining options definitely.

stayed for one night for new years eve / day. The entire hotel was clean, the room was amazing, we stayed in a double bed with a couch room and it was super nice. Not a single trace of anyone that might have had the room before. Shower pressure was great. Breakfast was delicious and did not taste generic, I only wish they would have stayed open an hour longer. We were able to sleep in until 10:30am when housekeeping did a soft knock and check out was at 11.Great experience for only ONE DAY. Also the night auditor that helped me get my replacement key was very pleasant to talk to and made conversation as well, which I appreciated as it made it feel friendlier. Thank you for the stay!

For being in the middle of nowhere, it's a really nice newer hotel. It's around farmland, so if you want to avoid the crickets, get a room on the upper levels. Mattresses could be better, but they are encased in a zippered protector, which is nice. A pillow top mattress cover could help the comfort. They need new pillows. We missed breakfast, so I can't comment on that.

Best hotel in Coalinga. Bed was super comfy and the room was very clean. A perfect spot to rest and reset while driving through California. They allow pets (only an additional small cleaning fee) and were extremely accommodating and nice! Very friendly staff, good service, and a continental breakfast from 5-8am. Highly recommended!

This is an awesome brand new (or like brand new) in Coalinga with easy access off of the I-5 freeway. The room was huge and super clean. The check-in staff was really friendly and helpful, getting me the best price available, which was through membership with Best Western Hotels. This Best Western hotel also had the BEST breakfast of the three BWs I stayed in.Highly highly recommend!

One word: AWSOME!A few more: New and fresh! So nice for both and longer stays, everything was nice, if I had to say something negative it would not even be about the hotel, but that the area is not that interesting. We needed a plays to stay on our way from Arizona to SF and so glad we chose this. The pool was to cold for me, but for those that are not as chicken as me "It was nice and warm".Rooms: So big! The bed was nice. It even had a sofa and coffee table, and extra seating for guest. Office space, TV that could be rotated from the sofa to the bed. The bathroom was fresh.Nearby activities: Not much to do close by.Safety: Even though its a prison close by it seemed very secure.Walkability: Not much within walking distance.Food & drinks: Breakfast was nice, I loved the pancake machine!

🎯 The perfect stop between Las Vegas and San Francisco. 🎯We were looking for a place which is quiet and not directly located at I10 when we found this perfect location. Our room, which was big enough for the 4 family members was to the back of the building, looking over green fields. The room and the bathroom were clean and in good conditions The 2 queen size beds were in good shape to. As Coalinga is close by, you have a variety of restaurants. The breakfast, which is included in the price, offers food in a range from healthy to standard American breakfast. So there’s a choice for every age and every favor. The stuff was very friendly too.

The best hotel in Coalinga and one of the cleanest hotels that I have stayed at. It appears it was newly built with a pleasing decor. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was good.Nearby activities: National Park.

Stayed here for business a few times, and it is a good hotel. For the most part, it’s a solid choice. Clean rooms, relatively quiet location, staff is very friendly (Christina at the front desk was very helpful) and decent amenities. Only complaints are no hot tub (pool is cold) and breakfast is so so. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay and will be back!
