Soo in a beautiful area.. Place could be so much nicer if someone maintained it better. Need to hire landscapers or get out the lawn mower. The site for the night was good, easy pull through. Laundry could be cleaned better as well. $10 for one wash & dry load did a good job. Was so quite slept great!Safety: Cameras posted everywhere

Wonderful place to live. Fabian is an excellent manager and everyone else who works here is pleasant as well. All tenants create a community feeling and are all very helpful. I am military stationed on NAS Lemoore. I live full time RV due to having to move every 3 years. I chose this place because of what I thought would be the most cost effective. Electricity cost (long term stayers pay electric) seems to offset the long term site cost efficiency. Paying over 30 cents a kWh is very taxing and almost 3x the amount of what power companies in the area charge. If the owner would consider getting closer to regular electric costs, I would update this 5 stars all day long and recommend to all other military as well. I will wait until summer to see how much running AC offsets some of the other camps in the area rates.

We were on a long trip from southern California to the north and selected Almond Tree Oasis RV Park for an overnight stay. The park was conveniently located close to I-5, but there was not much freeway noise. The park was clean, and spots were easy to access, and the management was very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend as a good overnight spot.

Overnight stay, driving thru, arrived around 6pm.Pros: Excellent location right off the Interstate, next to gas stations with subway and other restaurants inside. Good rate for 1 night, around $65. Pull thrus, well lit, large spaces, FHU, quiet. Clean showers, men's bath house/women's bath house, great water pressure, laundry ($3.50 wash/1.50dry) uses digital system for laundry, I believe least amount to transfer to account was $10.Cons: the bath house in the back - the doors did not lock/use code, wide open, front bathhouse one of the men's showers wasn't working, laundry room closes at 9pm, one washer wasn't working. We were only able to get one of pur 2 loads done in the time we had from getting in & the laundry room closing.General info: our GPS took us down the first road between the 2 gas stations & you can not get thru on that road. Once you turn left at the gas station, stay straight to the back, you will see the correct entrance on the right. We were so exhausted I forgot to take any pictures. Seems like alot of long term residents. Everyone was quiet & respectful. No issues.Would stay again, if driving thru!

This RV park is nothing fancy but was quiet, clean, easy to get a space even arriving after office hours and had all that I needed for an overnight stop, including a dog enclosure long enough to throw a ball in for my dogs. Also, the price was reasonable. As I'm getting older it's harder to push through drives in one day and I appreciate finding places to stay overnight with my trailer to split the trip. I'll definitely come again.

We are full time RV’ers and have been since 2015. We are in the area due to work and have stayed at Almond Tree Oasis RV park quite a bit in the last couple of years. There are not a lot of RV parks in the area to choose from and we were a bit worried about staying at a ‘transition’ RV park on the interstate. In our time here, we have never had any issues. The RV park has turned out to be far quieter than we expected it to be given its proximity to the interstate. We have never had any issue with people messing with our stuff. We don’t see shady people wandering around and the RVs that are here don’t look like garbage. The quality of RVs that are in an RV park are a good indicator of what the park is like IMO. Dingy, never cleaned 30 year old RVs that don’t look like they could ever be moved is a very bad sign. There is none of that here. When we first stayed here a few years ago, there were some RVs that were very close to that category, but it was only a couple. Over time, they moved on or upgraded (and I am guessing they were grandfathered in) and now, even the older RVs are in good shape. The park is well maintained. It is kept clean. Our only complaints are the occasional dog poop around our RV (we don’t have dogs), the sewage drains are too tall and the spaces are a bit narrow. Those are pretty minor though. We have Starlink, so no experience with the wifi. The laundry machines are out of commission right now and have been for a bit longer than we would have expected, but they worked well enough before they started the rebuild of the laundry room. We don’t use the bathroom and showers, so can’t comment there. The pool is a salt water pool and not heated, it feels great when it is 110 degrees out but it is closed during the cold months. Spots are gravel with paved roads around the park. The power grid in the park seems pretty solid (we use a lot of power for our behemoth). I think that we have lost power 2 or 3 times and it is always due to someone running into a power pole on Jayne or utility work in the area. South Glenn Avenue is paved, but pretty rough. You only have to drive about 250 yards on the road to get to the RV park from Jayne Avenue. This road is a public road though, so the state / county should have responsibility for it.Don’t plan to buy gas for vehicles at this location. There are two gas stations next to the RV park, but they are consistently the highest priced stations by a lot for quite a distance in any direction. Nearest grocery store is in Coalinga which is about 12 miles. There is also a smaller one in Huron which is about the same distance in the opposite direction. They have propane available at the RV park.

This would not be my first choice of a place to stay. The spots were extremely small and the one dog park was mostly mud and very little grass. The worst part was Wi-Fi was only for 30 minutes and then you got kicked off. Basically all they want you to use the Wi-Fi for us to check your email.

We pulled in late and usually RV parks leave open spaces with a number and info on a packet. We grabbed what we thought was an available space, our mistake we found out in the morning was a reserved space. The front desk was giving us dirty looks and was rude about it. We apologized and still got reprimanded. WiFi we paid for was worthless. I got a bad vibe from the whole place we will never be back.

I stayed here for just about three years for a construction project nearby. I got to know the staff and management team well. They would do anything to help me and even on the last day the showed up with the air compressor to fill up my low tires. Things to improve on would be better internet. Since this is next to a truck stop it can get loud sometimes. But overall a safe place to stay.Safety: The place is safe due to it's remoteness but there are Semi's near by so when you walk to the gas station you need to be mindful that there are many trucks around.Food & drinks: There is a Subway and Baha Fresh in the truck stop next door.

I wish I could go lower than one star. My husband stayed here last spring for a couple months. One of their employees weed-wacked right next to his pickup and did thousands of dollars in damage. The manager took photos, we got a quote and sent it to them immediately and we were told they would file with their insurance. We've got the run around since (it's been almost 9 months). The owner refuses to do the right thing - morally and professionally. We also had a friends tools get stolen out of his truck at the same park and he was told their cameras weren't working so there was nothing they could do. Would rather stay in a Walmart parking lot.

More care of the grounds to be taken, i.e weeding and mowing. We hope things improve as we like the easy location off the highway.Noteworthy details: Located next to filling station.

I am giving one star, I wish I could give no stars, the reason is because she is judging my RV because there is a patch on it due to a previous fire before I bought it. My RV is a diamond in the rough at the moment. We are still working on the outside of our RV but being judged on how she looks is wrong and very judgmental. I stayed for 3 nights and was planning to stay several weeks in advance. I wasn’t asking the owner to stay monthly just 3 days a week but she said no because of the year of my RV, and the way she looks. My RV is 110 not 240. If you don’t want people using the 110 then why do you have it?? My RV passed inspection with DMV, it’s registered and up to date on her tags. I have insurance, too. I feel that my RV was judged by her looks. Pros: the pool is amazing, staff are awesome Cons: judging looks of RV. But anyhow the staff that work there are awesome. My review is a little late but I wanted to really think about what I wanted to say in this review. I also wanted to point out there are RVs older than mine in this park. I am trying to figure if this has to do with the Good Sam’s membership or if it’s just the owner of this RV park. Stay blessed.

2023 update- nothing has chged still a great place to stay ! !12/21- Still a great place to stay, and the pool is all cleaned up😁Great place to stop off I-5 for the nite.Easy acess to I-5, Staff is very friendly and helpful. Sites are graveled, all pull thru's, driving area is all paved. Park was quiet and had street lites ! They have a pool ,but it needed cleaning. There are some full timers but I didn't see really any super trashy areas. Wifi was slow. I would come back here again . There are some fast food places near by and fuel also.

Quiet enough place, however one load of laundry was $8! $5 for the wash and a $1.50 for each 9 minute dry.6:30 p.m. before closing time a really nice older couple drove by asking where the management was because the office closed early and they needed a last-minute spot..They said they had called a couple times and left a message earlier and had not gotten a response. Sadly they drove away because they couldn't be assured that one of the Open spaces was really available.

You know for most people this is an Overnight Rest area. Yes there are full timers but except for a few we saw most were fairly tidy. I notice almost any park nowadays have them. The site was reasonab,y level, clean and the utilities worked! I did notice a lack of Cable TV if you need that, you can pick up a lot of OTA TV in the Valley. The Utility Posts were in Good Shape, which is unusual anymore. We were parked close to the Treatment plant but there were no smells. We were in spaces 68/69 and it was Quiet, no freeway or truck noise.Only issue is if you want a descent meal your driving to Coalinga or Harris Ranch both about 10 miles. Otherwise your eating Gas Station food. ( Hot Dogs on a roller, LOL). Get Fuel in Santa Nella (lots of stations) or further South 10 miles at EZ Trip Travel Center ($6.10 vs. $4.30) this place and Harris Ranch are $1.50 more than most on I-5 total rip off, But not the RV parks fault!Only Spoke to the staff by telephone, seemed Very plesent and helpful. Online check in was fantastic.I found this place because Santa Nella RV was sold out on on the week after July 4th. This will now be my I-5 go to rest stop.Use Good Sam for a discount. I think they also take AAA

Upon checking in the person behind the desk was more interested what was streaming on their device then greeting and helping us. Even though check-in is all online a simple 'welcome' would be nice. The sites are narrow. You really don't have enough room for your slides without encroaching on your neighbour. The sites are mostly gravel with hardly any grass at all. There was really no grass anywhere except by the office so that's where all the dogs went to do their business. It was really a sad looking park for the price. Water, power, and wifi was all ok. The sewer however was a foot off the ground. WHY would anyone design something like this? Just makes it hard to flush everything out. The roads inside are easily navigable. This is one good example of don't believe in all advertisements.

We will be ever thankful to everyone at Almond Tree Oasis RV park while we stayed a week back in November 2022. First off Jen at the front desk was amazing and helped us every step of the way to get us back on the road. We had made arrangements for one night back a week before. However, on travel day from Northern CA to Almond Tree we had our New ProPride 3P $3,500 Hitch snap and break after 6 months towing our trailer. The company was no help AT ALL and going into Bakersfield to Camping World to look for a hitch was a complete joke and complete waste of time.We just used Amazon to order a new hitch. The park was clean, easy in and out, friendly and it was always enjoyable to interact with all their employees. We appreciate Jen and Fabio keeping an eye out for our deliveries. And delivering them to our site. We needed propane and Fabio came over and took the tank and brought them back. WOW, that was over the top service. He was always so busy doing something to help out and keep the park nice.Everything in our site worked perfectly and we were near the laundry facility too. Laundry room clean and up to date. Large Dumpsters handy and easy to get into. Highway noise was on the low side for us. Slept fine and felt safe. The office at the front is tiny but its amazing how many little things they have to offer in that shop.We also watched many nice sunsets through the Almond Orchard trees in our view out the window. In the end we received 2 hitches from amazon. We only ordered ONE. Jen helped us get the extra one back to the UPS driver. I did stay in touch with her after we left to make sure the extra hitch was eventually picked up. It was.Seriously folks this place really really tries to make your stay a good one. Many stop in for a night but we stayed a week and we feel blessed to have found such a nice group of people who run this RV park. And who wanted to genuinely help us out. So now we know when going up or down the 5 on our travels (RV fulltime) we will for sure make this a stop.

Tired on I5 so this was the only option. Reception seemed put-out that we arrived without a reservation!! Park is a bit scruffy..mostly long stay....we were given a pitch next to a huge trailer that had it's slideouts overhanging our pitch and an incredible collection of stuff everywhere. We couldn't use the picnic table or sit out. The "neighbours" had very noisy kids and a very loud foul mouthed father. Pool was dirty and bathrooms just about ok. 5am the trucks from the next door truckstop fired up and sleep was over

Stayed one night march 29th. The young woman in the office, , I felt was surly. She just didn’t seem interested in providing any service.. We had reserved the day before. Most sites were unkept with weeds and some grass, the laundromat was closed, the bathrooms smelled like raw sewage, one shower in the women’s washroom had no hot water, the pool was shut down for the season. All for the cost of $63.00US. It would have been nice to have an off season price, considering there was no pool or laundromat and the sites were unkept. Most of the sites seemed to be occupied with long term renters. There was a good sam club sign at the side of the campground. If this is the type of rv campground they endorse, I won’t be looking to stay at any of their campgrounds. On a good note I saw a long, narrow fenced dog area.

This was a perfect overnight stop for the i5 break. I made the reservation over the phone while en route - the man was kind and helpful. We arrived well after dark. Site numbers are painted (faintly) on the driveway so the map he left for us with our spot and route drawn in on it was very helpful for finding our spot.Everything I noticed was pull-through but there could be some exceptions that I didn't spot. Some mature trees throughout but not a ton of shade in summer. Picnic tables at each site. Gravel pads. Hook-ups easy. Two pools (seasonal). I didn't look inside the north building but the laundry, bathrooms, and showers in the south building were updated, clean, and smelled fresh. There are recycling and trash dumpsters at each pool/restroom house (not shown on map). There is a man-gate between the property and Valero for easy snack runs.We stayed in site 54. I would call it the SE corner of the property based on i5 running N-S but the map says SW. At any rate, furthest from the gas station. I asked for that based on other reviews. I did not, however, see one single big rig in the lot by the adjacent gas station. In fact, I did not observe any trucks fueling at the truck portion of it (an old Shell station) so maybe it is closed. Still, surprised no trucks sleeping there. Our night was QUIET. I didn't set an alarm because I am a light sleeper and wake early but I overslept 1 hr beyond my norm. There are pistachio and orange orchards on two sides and it sits about .25 mile from i5; just far enough for the freeway noise to be a tame hum.Others have complained of horrible smells from the sewer plant next door. We were parked right next to it and our sensitive smellers didn't catch a whiff. Driving out, the two ponds I could see looked empty but satellite images show empty ponds and one active but I didn't see that one. Maybe it's ag water? Don't know. It was winter when we were here...it might be much different in the heat. The whole valley tends to be stinky sometimes due to fertilizers, feed lots, etc. There appeared to be quite a few longer-stay setups but everything was neat, tidy, minimalist, and quiet so maybe they are not permanent. Either way, seems to be well-managed and peaceful.

This place was great for what I needed. Passing through and needed a reset after boondocking. Staff were so nice and helpful. Filled the propane tanks, large newer front load washer and dryers, pool, clean bathrooms and showers! Easy to navigate with large trailers. Huge dumpster for trash and recycling. Full hookups. They even have a little store that sells random stuff you probably need! Didn’t even hear the freeway noise.
