I have always had issues w this Walmart.Employees just stand around and judge people by their cover and act like police. Now I see LP so he is doing his job..and they still just look around and are rude to people if u disturb their steak out. Specifically one shorter lady with glasses.. light complected..been there forever in front end. Her customer service skills are the worst. Now she got a hold of a walkie talkie and keys..watch out!I get it .it's annoying when people steal .but one thing I learned working at a high end grocery store store for years..ur looking at the wrong mexican.. the nicest friendliest jaguar driving customers are the ones that get u good..do it right.surprisingly today was ok..Walmart police was not around. I'm always in there and sometimes I get followed into bathroom..lol and the things I see..I'm like ..the thief just walked out behind that person that looks just like u. And laughing to top it off. Shape up guys...humble ur selves...the Lord will show u who is who.

Clean. The people aren’t excited to help. The fruits and veggies look as though somebody picked them up and took a bite before putting them back down. They do have self checkout though and the aisles are organized.

Pharmacy is wonderful, the staff really cares, the Shelves are neatly faced and the Associates are nice and helpful. I’ve made it my store, plus shopping online is great too

Had a terrible experience. Selene and Ana have very bad customer service skills. Been coming here for years and haven’t experienced suck lack of skill. They are pretty lazy and want the easiest way out. They definitely need some training.

Don’t know what’s going on with this store, we shop there very often and never had any issues. Staff is usually very friendly, at least during the day, can’t say this about evening staff. My dad went in at 10:50pm and an associate stopped him at the door saying they are closed. Walmarts business hours say until 11pm. It doesn’t say last patron in at 10:30pm or before. All he needed was eggs and toilet paper. I could understand if it was 10:59pm. Management get your staff on board. Very disappointing.

Update the last few times I've been to the store it's been very clean very organized very easy to shop and pay and get out they also carry two items I can't get anywhere else Land O'Lakes honey butter and a type of carbonated sugar-free beverage that isn't available at Vons or Ralph's

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS STORE IT'S ALWAYS SO WELL ORGANIZED N FULLY STOCKED. MOST OF ALL I LOVE THE PRICES N THE FRIENDLINESS BY STAFF. I'VE COME HERE NOT JUST TO GROCERY SHOP BUT TO CASH N DEPOSIT CHECKS AS WELL. I USE ONLINE BANKING WITH CHIME N ITS FREE TO DEPOSIT. ACTUALLY NO I'M WRONG I BELIEVE THERE WAS A 3.95$ FEE BUT IT WAS WORTH IT AS ADRIAN WAS SUPER FRIENDLY N HELPFUL.

Placed a pickup order here and received not one but TWO items in the same order that were past expiration date. Cookie dough that had expired the day before I picked up the order (which means it was on the shelf for MONTHS) and a $20 Swanson Instant Pot Roast Kit that had squishy, half-liquified rotten brown vegetables in a vacuum sealed pouch that was inflated from the gasses. 🤮 If you shop here, CHECK EXPIRATION DATES!!

I like this Walmart because is around the corner from my house, only down part is that everything is locked and the ringer doesn’t even work and most of the times is hard to find someone to help or if employees see you waiting, they won’t even bother to ask you if someone has help already. Other than that I like the store because is always clean.

Horrible customer service at the Walmart pickup center. I have had many issues with various Walmarts whileDoor Dashing but this has to be the worst so far. I waited 30+ minutes waiting to get a hold of someone and then when I do they leave me on hold after giving her the order names for the rest of my wait. I waited an hour and other cars that showed up later had their orders fulfilled before I was helped then finally the worker got the names for my order again then still fulfilled later orders. I approached the worker and she ignored me multiple times before she decided to address my concerns then tells me “I know I know I know” which is a nice way of telling someone I don’t want to hear it like something a child would say to their parent. Still I gave her the benefit of the doubt. When she finally delivered my food I try talking to her in a calm manner explaining I’m not angry I understand issues they may have I’d just like communication because my time is money. She tries shutting me up again saying “I know” over and over again while I’m talking to her. Terrible service.. After all the issues with Walmart Pickup this was the last straw for me personally. Never again. 1/3/2022 9pm

Very convenient... lots of self check outs. Store is well stocked and clean however employees are not too helpful, lacking in great customer service... don't ask for change for a $20. They don't carry certain foods the other sites do. Overall great to go to get in and out quickly.

Cole is extremely rude, unprofessional, & passive aggressive. He also stands around doing nothing in the front while the checkouts are full. Just mean mugging & giving stink eye , awkward.

I placed my very first curbside pick up today. It was super easy and very convenient, two items were out of stock, but I did get an email letting me before I went to get my order. I checked in and not even 2 minutes later Crystal came out with my stuff and placed the items inside my vehicle for me. Thank you Crystal for making it fast and easy!!

Stock seemed to be maintained well. Overall store was clean. Children that were there were a bit unruly. Only one family though. Been to this store about dozen times. Have not been subjected to children acting badly.There is one small complaint. Could use a butcher at night! But know there are noit enough customers that time of day too warrant. Would recommend this store to friends and family for everyday consumables.

Rotten veggies and fruit with outrages prices. Not even worth shopping at. Slow cashiers 3 people 20 minutes. When I get up there rude as hell. I have been here three times and the workers have been rude all three times. The floor assoiciates are nice the cahiers aare not.

I love using this store for pick up when I order from the app. The staff who come out with my groceries are always so polite and explain subsitutions if needed. Silver has excellent customer service skills and he makes you feel like he cares that you were pleased with the items that were brought out to you. Even though I offered him a tip for working so hard, he always refuses as its walmart policy. Thank you Walmart workers for working so hard during these uncertain times.

The costumer service is very good but when you pay on self-check out the machines are not very good, sometimes they don't scan or scan too slow that u keep scanning the item next thing you know the machine out of the sudden already scan the item x the times you passed the item, it all at once. One time I saw how the machine got stuck and didn't give the costumer the change back, so we had to wait more time for help to arrive to open the machine and give the money to the costumer. They have more self-check out machines than cashiers on registers and that slows the check out process a lot. I like this Walmart, but wish they work on having a better check out process, Like better machines and more cashiers on registers.

Open spaces and well defined lines/arrows for shoppers to follow in order to maintain proper social distance. Excellent supply and inventory of goods considering the scarce resources that we face nowadays. Excellent customer service as well.

I WENT IN THERE TO SHOP FOR A WEEKS WORTH OF GROCERIES, OK NO PROBLEM.. I PUT ALL MY STUFF ON THE COUNTER TO CHECK OUT ,ONLY TO FIND OUT THEY HAD NO BAGS ....MY ANXIETY WENT THRU THE ROOF ... I REALLY FELT LIKE LEAVING ALL THAT STUFF THERE ...THEY SHOULD'VE HAD SOME KIND OF NOTICE SAYING "NO BAGS" I WOULDN'T HAVE GOTTEN THAT MUCH STUFF 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄

This is a Neighborhood Market so it does not have everything most walmart's do but it is pretty convenient for a quick run for a missing ingredient to your recipe or booze, etc. The staff is hit or miss, they are either very nice, or sometimes not polite at all. I've had an issue there before with an employee who did not accept my coupon which was clearly the correct one for the product. I had the issue resolved with a manager as a result but it was an issue I have not forgotten.

Great selection of food and booze all at Walmart prices. As supermarkets go this is a great addition. I used self checkout and at this store you must get bags from the gal who runs the self checkout , just figure out how many you need and pay for them during your checkout, finish and show your receipt to the woman and get your bags.

Never ever going back. Why was every single isle being re-stocked at the same time?? That and with the Hispanics bringing their entire families with them to shop It felt like an obstacle course! Can't we do something about that. I wouldn't mind being singled out as a senior and shop on just one day a week as long as I could do so safely.
