I only come here for the pharmacy and my prescriptions. They are understaffed, overworkered, and it shows. They rush you like you're an inconvenience and have irregular closing times for lunch, when it's stated differently through their automated phone messages.Within 1 minute of being at the counter, I spoke to three different staff members because they were rotating between two windows/customers, one person to release my prescription to me, another to tell me the side effects, and another to answer my questions. I gave up trying to get any answers to my questions because they certainly weren't listening.

Wow, the customer service at Walgreens on Cesar Chavez st is by far the worst. Woman at the drive through is insanely rude and this is the second time encountering her and she yells. Is this how all patients are treated? Disgusting behavior. I do not recommend Walgreens pharmacy in this location.

This store sis awful. Who in their right minds would stock all the back injury products on the bottom shelf? There is nobody to help reach them, and people with back injuries can’t usually bend down. Ridiculous!

I came into this store for the first time and they are the worst staff ever. I had my service dog and just cause he’s a small breed she just assumed it was a regular dog. And even if he was the way she addressed me was completely rude. She made a whole scene and disrespectful. She said “dogs are not allowed at all.” I’ve never experienced something like this in any Walgreens and I always take my dog. Never coming here again for sure.

This is for the employee named Michelle.She was very courteous and professional and knowledgeable about their photo printing machine, compared to other stores of this type she went Way beyond to help me print some pictures of my wife on hospice.I was hoping to get my electronic receipt and a review but I didn't so I want to make sure I left a review here thank you Michelle!

As a rewards member I used to shop here for snacks and google/apple cards. On one occasion I purchased a 200 google play card. Raining day gave the clerk 200 in 20s, she checked every single bill as if they were fake, being safe no prob however she puts the bills into the reg then decided to take them out again for another inspection. I politely told her if she wants to look at 20s all day no problem but give me my recipe please so I can get home out this rain.. now the pharmacy, this is where the biggest problem is, if you receive controlled meds they will do everything in their power to belittle you, discourage you from filling with them, this includes disrespectful behavior, filling half and telling you , you will need another script to get the rest, canceling your script without notifying you, and flat out lying saying it's not in stock and can't be ordered. One time they moved my date 50 days ahead then only filled half.. I wind up in the hospital for 3 days. Should there be a class action lawsuit, myself and my Dr. Can testify to Walgreens unnecessary drama and games. I no longer shop at Walgreens

If i could give negative stars for this location I would. When going to this walgreens I never know if they will even be open that day and when they are it takes 30minutes to an hour just to pick up the prescription. It takes them way too long to fill a prescription even when it's a refill, had the doctor send over a new prescription recently and after a week it was still under review. Called 2 times before the pharmacist filled it 9 days after receiving the prescription. Unfortunately I have noticed the service at all Walgreens decline.

I love going to Walgreens in Coachella. The store is always so organized and clean and staff are always so friendly and helpful. A huge shout out to Christine the Manager and Dina for immidiately greeting me upon arrival and being so friendly and helpful. They assisted on helping me find my products and items. Also the cashier Maria was super nice and asked me if I wanted to redeem points upon checkout to help me save some money. I hivhly recommend this store. They staff is very knowledgeable.

I had bathroom emergency, and they refused to open the bathroom for me; to top it off the salesperson did not show any sympathy. All the other Walgreens allow customers to use their restrooms.

Really bad service, specially the drive thru staff, went to pick up a prescription for my 1 yr. old daughter and got in line at 5:45pm since they told me it was going to be ready at 5:30 pm and got to the window at 6:00pm sharp and they close the window because it was closing time already. Bad bad service

Terrible experience!!! I will not recommend this location. I had an item sent there from FedEx to pick up and Dina was very rude. She should not work in a customer service environment. I was not able to get my package even after I got FedEx to call their location. Not helpful at all!

Horrible customer service at the pharmacy. Pharmacy is advertised as open on weekends, but they are actually closed. They need to update operational hours as some people depend on the medication.

Bad customer service in pharmacy department they dont have medicine ready on time and then I called and asked to speak to a manager and all they did was put me on hold ....medicine should of being ready today it was ordered since yesterday and now they told me it won't be ready till tomorrow and all this girl at the pharmacy said that she was closing in 30 min....

Horrible horrible service if I could give it 1 star I would. I ordered an online pick up chose drive thru was there for awhile because girl did not know how to get my order then proceeded to say I didn’t pay for an online pick up order? I’ll be reporting them to higher channels .

The website says it opens at 8. You show up at 8:04 and these worker rudely tell you it's not open till 9 and "it's only 8:04". Do me a favor and put the public opening hour not the senior.
