Disgusting the overpricing of items!!! I think they prey on people that have food stamps and want to be in a demographic kind of grocery store. So they really don't care that they're getting overcharged because the rest of us are paying for it!!!! It was $7 I'm not getting for some fried potato skins that were frozen. That's one example of just the over pricing of this store!! It's still a corporation people you're not sending the money back to your hometown so don't spend american-made food stamp funding here!!!!!!!

I loved the customer service I received. I was doing some shopping. I had to use the bathroom and the young lady that helped me, Sarah, was absolutely the sweetest. I want to tell Sarah how she blessed me with her Outgoing Awesome customer service. I have to tell you she's an amazing employee of Smart n Final. She made me feel like I mattered. I would recommend this store to everyone. Thank you Smart n Final for such great customer service. Thank you Sarah!

This is my new go-to store.I've been here a half dozen times in the last few months the staff is always been helpful and friendly.But this past Saturday I called the store to confirm they had a product I needed for a recipe I spoke with a young senorita by the name of Jennifer and another young senorita who I will refer to as Madame x.Both of these young ladies were friendly and helpful and courteous and mad Max who I met personally was also beautiful!

Why is it every time I come here I am overcharged. Every single time. TodayI bought 8 avocados at .99 cents each, and I was charged for 8 lettuces at 1.99 each. No other store does this with such frequency. Why??????

No longer like coming here. Everytime I go to this particular Smart & Final I end up being ethnically profiled which is ridiculous considering where this is located. Wish the staff was as kind as the first year it opened.My last interaction is my last as the cashier thought I was going to rob and had four security guards close by, even going as far as yelling "clear" when I reached down to grab my card, not a knife. I'm sick of this as I have enough of people discriminating me based on the color of my skin in establishments.

Whoever it is doing this ratings doesn't have a clue what is he talking about the stars are not for the stores or walking places at ground level and I like to be very honest and the smart and final destination grunt a quality service for the past few years the quality on the service has been decreasing

I have been married and lived in Coachella since 1980 .I do a lot of grocery shopping, I have shopped at a lot of stores Smart & Final in Coachella is by far the best .Their employees are hard working very helpful all have a great attitude. Their produce is great ,good prices and very fresh .The store is very clean and very neat everything is easy to find .

I tried to pay with my phone but their system is outdated. This is one of the newest stores in the valley. It would be nice to have this service, what a disappointment. Most Newer stores have to where you can pay with your phone.

One of the workers was so rude, she dropped my sprite and i went to get another one and she had an attitude over that. Who's gonna want a shaken up soda? She was even rude to the other workers. I believe her name was Estella.

Discrimination against homeless folk! I couldn't believe itIf you're homeless your not allowed in the store. Security will follow you around even if your doing nothing wrong. I can't believe management goes along with this!
