I was looking for Traeger turkey blend pallets at 6:30pm on a Wednesday evening by the time arrived to the store it had just locked its doors but Ryan saw me and let me in to get my pallets and was nice as well as the cashier Priscilla. I am blown away with the service and the kindness. Neither of them knew me and could have easily said sorry we are closed but instead they helped me. Saved my Christmas dinner since I live in Blythe which is an hour and a half drive away. I’ll gladly be back to shop here again

It is such a pleasure to walk into the store and be greeted by the employees in such a warm and sincere manner. I called to see if they had a sump pump in stock, and there was one in the store. I told them I was on my way to get the sump pump, and they had it waiting for me at the counter . Very kind people.

ACE Hardware (Coachella) had the item I needed in stock and at a good price. However, I found it hard to find the item and although there were a lot of employees around, I was never greeted, or asked if I needed any assistance. A few of the employees looked to be engaged in personal conversations with friends who came in the store.Still overall a positive experience.

ACE is definitely the place, there were two female associates that helped me this morning. One with nutt and bolts & rubber gloves. And the other at the counter with my purchase. Both very professional kind and courteous. One knew stock very well and assisted me with my needs. And the other with my purchase. Highly recommend anyone that needs hardware, great experience . Thank you so much.

They have Milwaukee toos here 👀👀 so that's a plus. They also carry most plumbing material here so always nice to pick things up here instead of driving all the way to homedepot.

one of the most pleasant shopping experiences I've EVER experienced. as soon as you walk in, you're greeted, they ask you if you need help. i drove 15 miles to get my item they held for me. the store was impeccably clean and smelled good. BTW, the price of my plant caddy was $5 cheaper than Home depot. I believe in shopping at small mom and pop ran stores. 2 thumbs way up!!!!!

I stopped in there because I was looking for some unusual hardware pieces that you would not find easily in the big box stores. I was greeted at the door and guided by two store specialists to the various departments for the items I wanted. very friendly and knowledgeable help through the whole visit. I will visit again. there's something to be said for the local guys vs those cavernous, speed-rack shelved big-boxes. thanks you guys!

Our water heater burner went out last night. So of course today we're on the mission to find a replacement part. We entered the store and Giovanni helped us. He showed us what they had there in stock and turns out the part needs to be ordered which would arrive on Monday. He also explain the part is returnable if it didn't work. He also went out of his way to check their website to see if another Ace in the area had the part where were looking for. he also check Lowe's website and home depot's to see if they had the part we needed. Giovanni had great customer service not only did he try to help but went out of his way to help us find the part we needed. I give Ace hardware in Coachella five-star for the customer service that I received from Giovanni.

Came in for a few air filters Since my apartment complex will only give me one per quarter website said they were in stock however they were not but it's kind gentleman named Josh assisted me in finding the correct ones online and insured me if they were in for I could get a refund and he was absolutely correct they are the right size

Went into my local Ace store in Coachella, Ca. looking for a locking door knob and dead bolt. They had a good amount of choices and good prices. My only negative remark is that I thought it's a pretty small store. What I happen to be looking for was one of the bigger areas. I know it hasn't been long since opening, so I hope product items will expand. I would like to make this my one and only place I need to go for all my household repair items.

I went in to this Ace hardware store for the first time today. I've lived here in Coachella Valley since 1991. This is the best Ace in the whole valley. well stocked with new and hard to find items. super super friendly and knowledgeable staff. the best and their prices are lower that palm desert and palm springs. try them or make them your "go to" hardware store.

They are open all week long. Unlike the other local hardware businesses. They welcomed me right away and pionted me in the right direction. Everyone was very helpful. They had eveything l needed. I am grateful for this establishment in my loved city of Coachella!

Expensive. I didn't understand why they have a bunch of pvc glue that's for 6inch pipe and they don't sell 6inch pipe and it's in with 1inch to 1/2 pipe section. So no wonder I got the wrong glue the 1st time and had to go back to find the only 1 kind for that sections pipe in the 12 different kinds for pipe they don't sell.
