Today, I went to the Coachella location to order a cake. The lady there informed me that the baker was on a 10-minute break, so I left. When I returned after 45 minutes, there were two other customers also trying to place cake orders, and we were all told the baker was on lunch break. Later, the lady informed me the baker was in the restroom and asked me to wait for about 5 minutes. However, I waited for over 30 minutes with no sight of the baker. It felt like the baker was on break the entire time I was there, exceeding an hour. I questioned the duration of their breaks there then I spoke to the manager at the time to express my dissatisfaction with the service, but she didn't seem concerned when I told her about the issues.

It's a nice store... Sometimes the lines are a little long but I am always able to get what I need when I go here. The store is always clean and in nice order and the employees are friendly and helpful.

It has good deals on the veggie side and fruits but lacks the quality of the products. If you want to get lucky the only time you can go is in the morning. Restocking often and removing the bad products would make it sooo much better and easier to shop.

When this store initially opened the service and quality of products were excellent. However, as the years have passed I have noticed a decline in costumer service and quality of food. Today I purchased masa for tamales and the dough was swimming in fat (visible liquid). The texture was not smooth. It was masa preparada.

Prices are not that bad. It's actually a good place. I recommend the aguas and jugos de fruta. Just make sure Margarita makes them, otherwise it'll be a loss lol

That Cardenas Store had sad people.cashiers.emplores. confused deals.like this buy two cheese for 4.per that deal confusion two fresco or two cotijA or buy fresco get on enchilado.or buy two fresco and you got uno enchilado you nAme..then sad cashier don't know what can't read that paper Said.don't like service.for now on will go 4foodless

When I was still working for the local school district, up until retirement October of 2019. Cardenas was always a reliable source for good Mexican food@ a good price. I always have had and continue to have a great customer experience, at any Cardenas I've shopped at . Whether to pickup a great 👍 😃 fast meal,or when shopping for groceries. Thank You all for doing such a great job Cardenas Employees!!!

The store is clean and organized however, every time I shop there, there are only 3 registers open (one if them is the 10 item only) and you're having to wait in line longer than other places. It also wouldn't hurt for the employees to smile and greet you and make you feel welcome and that you "shouldn't" be shopping anywhere else.

Walked in to the store and it was extremely hot. I'm not an expert but I do know that the store needs to be cool so the produce doesn't go bad. Waited in line to pay and the person in front of me had a bag of ice, by the time he finish paying the bag had alot of water

Worst store!!!The owner should really updateThere cash registers , pastrys and juice area have the Worst customer service, I asked for something and the lady tried to sale me what she wanted., I explained to her I wasn't going to pay for something I didn't order . They don't even speak English at all they should really change there staff to bilingual. Very disappointed. AGAIN TO THE OWNERS PLZ INVEST IN NEW REGISTER THEY ARE VERY SLOW .

BEST place to get your flour or corn tortillas!! They have very good sales on meats, vegetables and the BEST bakery!! ALSO have really good food in the kitchen like burritos, tamales, ECT.I LOVE THIS PLACE!

I really like this little market because it makes me feel at home I'm able to find almost everything I need when cooking and Atlantic Mexican food I really like the fact that they have a lot of choices you can pick from they also have fresh fruit that you could buy and Mexican treats also have lots of spices and herbs I like the fresh fruit and also love the fresh fruit drinks that they make my favorite is the watermelon one they also have a bakery and they sell food that's been cooked already in the kitchen area they also have other services like for cashing checks or even haven't loan office that is inside the store but that is not part of the store it's a different company but beware about that loan place because they do have a tendency of suing you if you don't pay back it happened to a cousin so if you don't know if you're going to be having reliable income I suggest you do not get a loan from that loan company just a heads up but when it comes to the store I have no complaints

Panaderia is awesome and very help full and amazing juices. However the service in the rest of the grocery part of the store can use alot of help especially at check out time.. long lines and not enough cashiers open .. I've been here may times and at different times from morning to late at night and all Its always the same thing.. The front of house managers always chatting and not fast enough.. I rather drive down the street and bag my own groceries if u know what I mean..

The general rate that was given is worth it! prices are good but the lanes to pay are really long and customer services needs to improve. The cashiers need to do their job right instead of talking with their comadres. To make it worst the shorty baldy security thinks he is Rambo walking with his gun paper spray and taste gun. DUDE YOUR SECURITY NOT A COP. Please let the people do their groceries and check their bags for mothing.

Expensive. Very expensive. Prices are not clearly marked and weigh machines at the fruits/veg section are maked to show low weights. If you are not careful at check out you will end up paying alot more. The pineapple showed 2 lbs. At check out showed 6lbs.This store is a scam.

I was there right when it opened it was nice and clean but only had 1 cashier the reason I went early is to be out quickly not around so many people cause I have a cold and I still had to stand in line and wait around it would be nice if the can at lease have 3 cashiers in the morning

Your prices are a little pricey, but it's worth it when you buy the carnitas because they are soooooo good! However, your cashiers need to take a class in customer service, and being rude to customers is a no no!

Terrible website, not useful. I wanted to check if they sell banana bread mix and don't have the option to look for a product. Only describes the different departments which for a consumer is irrelevant. I want to be able to see what's available for me.

If could give them zero stars I would. This place is horrible and has incredibly distracted and disrespectful staff. I can not stress enough that you should NOT go to this store. THIS PLACE IS NOT KIND TO THE ELDERLY.

This is always a GREAT place to do your grocery shopping. I've been to the one in El Centro and the one on Hwy 111. Never disappointed 👍

They will never open another cash register when needed. I've had to line up all the way from the veggie aisle only to see an an employee (seemingly higher up personal) slowly sweeping by the long line of clients.show some consideration for your clients. Drop the broom and help us out. I've also had employees also bump into me because they're so enthralled in their phone while walking in the aisles. Terrible, fix it.
