My recent visits to ALDI have been consistently disappointing due to issues with the self-checkout machines. On each occasion, all machines were either locked up or already had items scanned into them. The absence of clear signage or communication about the machines being card-only resulted in confusion and wasted time.I witnessed a customer struggle to check out, scanning items twice due to misinformation from an employee. Improved communication and clear signage about the card-only policy are essential to enhance the overall customer experience.

The products are dollar tree quality. Not many options and their generic brand isn't good at all. I bought some cured meats but when I open the pack it smelled like it had gone bad.I also went to take a drink at their water fountain and there was a broken cr@#k pipe left between the water fountains, Probably left behind by one of the many homeless people walking around that area. But to just imagine somebody cutting themselves on that thing trying to get a drink of water.Will never go back there again zero stars. You're better off going to Cardenas, food 4 less, wal mart or smart and final. It's just not worth it.

I love Aldi for how affordable and accessible it is but the staff at this location is kind of rude. They hardly acknowledge you and when I asked if they sold gift cards because I wanted to buy one, the girl at the register said no, even though as we were leaving we saw gift cards were literally on display. Staff just makes it seem its a burden to check you out (even though that's literally the job you signed up for). You don't have to kiss your customers butts but you can have decency to acknowledge them and not lie to them.

This store location was out of several items I usually purchase. Missing grocery carts at the entrance. Not very clean as compared to other locations.

It's great, it's a bit bigger than the Aldi in La Quinta and Palm Desert but still the same prices. I'm happy to have one closer to home. All the negative reviews from people who haven't been or aren't used to the quarter to use the cart system are funny.

The store is great an all but the staff friendliness is not there . Staff where clearly too busy with items to help the customers. Nobody at check out. When I asked to please be checked out .staff basically looked at me with like I was the worst person in planet earth 🌏. Rocio at check out was extremely rude and full of attitude. When I asked if she can help me place my items in the Aldi recycling bag I had just bought. She gave me a smirk and threw my items in the cart smashing the fruits I had just purchased. She clearly hates working at Aldis . She should give the opportunity to work at Aldis to someone who would appreciate their customers.

I 💕 this 🆕 Aldi it's an Awesome 😎 store. It has Self Checkout 🛒 and the mobile pickup is Amazing 😍 I would definitely be 🔙 it's better that La Quinta and Palm Springs 🌴 Thanks for be and eco-friendly company!

Today was my first time going to the store in Coachella. The store was not cold. The produce was not cold. This is not safe. I never went to another Aldi's store that did not have proper air conditioning.

Haven't gone there yet but I heard that it's cheap (maybe since they just opened). Also there are so many people boycotting the store for some reason and others saying that they have horrible customer service. Maybe it will get better as time goes by but for now I'll keep it at 2 stars. Will update once I visit the store.
