Usually, in and out pretty quick. Nice store. Has a lot of choices. The cashier wasn't really that friendly last time I was there. Why I don't know because I'm always friendly and easygoing. I've only been 2 to 3 times. It's ok. I just go to get a few things, and I'm out.

The store is decent, but the grooming department staff needs improvement.I've been there 3 different times with 3 different groomers and they always butcher my dog's haircut.I'll go back for supplies but not for grooming.

I found a stray dog & took her in to be scanned for a microchip to see if I could find the owner. I was greeted by one of the groomers who notified management immediately. Everyone was so kind & I was given lots of helpful info about the breed as well as the next steps to take. They provided great customer service.

I love to bring my dog on a small walk here. I buy all his food and treats here because it is closer to my house. I also like the rewards program. I'm always getting $10 off my $100 purchase which helps. I also love their sales buy 2 get the 3rd snack for free. The staff is nice and they always respond to my random conversations even though they are very busy. Recently they have been running out of betta fish but hopefully, they get some more.

Their grooming salon is wonderful to deal with. I take my pups here and they're a handful when I bathe them but each time the staff is great when dealing with them. Highly recommended!

I mean I understand I live in your help is very valued and appreciated by others don't let a care and ruin it for you town so I get it people are very frustrating but if you could just work on it we aren't the people that made you mad so you need to keep the attitude towards them not towards the people who are coming and trying to get your help but again I've worked in our town too I get it but still you could try a little harder to work on it attitudes are created for the day in the moment not for the person

My Pittie loves getting pampered there! I noticed when she got in the car her eye was red & irritated, probably from soap, it happens. So I called. They immediately jumped to help her & got me an appointment see the vet, meanwhile they flushed her eye & sent her home with a care package. 100% will continue to go back!

Went to the store for some pet stuff. And I noticed the poor cats in the adoption center were laying in the litter boxes. I’m guessing they didn't want to sleep on cold metal floor of the cages. It was sad. The store it self having cat beds couldn’t put any in for the cats?

A lot of items, food to toys for your pet. They even had a cute Chinchilla that they were refreshing its water. Cost of a leashes was $15 to $33... a bit pricey. I went to check out dog leashes. But friend had issue with her purchase $12.99 toy. A whole row of them on shelf. Receipt showed $19.99 charge instead?** Told cashier when returning item was charged $19.99 when price was $12.99 Turned out items were stored in two areas. One under $19.99 other $12.99.Doing a refund to get different toy cashier tried to refund the $12.99 instead of $19.99I caught her right before the transaction completed. My friend couldn't hear clear due to wearing a mask. Buying a $9.99 toy meant $10.00 credit. Female tried to credit as if item paid was $12.99 what we thought it cost when $19.99 was charged earlier.WHAT!!! Fact check.

I bought 2 rectangular Cat Scratchers becuz I have 5 cats. If you get one side all scratched up you can turn it around & use the other side too...And I bought a Clear Head Non- Scratch for one of my cats that have a wound, he won't leave alone...Cashier Very Polite, Fast Service, Clean Store...And I Donated $10.00 towards the Animals...

If I could give them zero stars I would. I took my dogs there today to get their haircut. One of my dogs needed to go to the bathroom, a number 2 to be more specific, and because she had to go to the bathroom they stopped her haircut halfway through and called me to come pick her up. I told the lady my dog just has to go to the bathroom did you take her out to go, she said no I don't have the time. When I got there my other dog was also only halfway cut and I was met by a manager with his arms crossed acting like a tough guy trying to make me pay for half of a haircut. I posted pictures of both of my dogs with their half haircuts PetSmart still wanted me to pay for, check them out for yourself. Then they had the audacity to ask me if I wanted to reschedule, are you serious? And guess what my dog's did as soon as we got outside, they dropped a big deuce on the grass and they were fine. I for one will never go to PetSmart again.

After a bad experience over a year ago I decided to give their grooming another chance. I brought my pup in and had them see a picture of what I wanted. Jodi was the name of the girl we spoke to. She said since her ears had knots they’d have to be left a little shorter. I was unable to get an appointment and it had been 5 weeks since her last grooming appointment and washed her right before Christmas time. She was not matted. She had one maybe two knots in the ear. When I went to pick her up they completely shaved her ears. I have never had anyone shave my pups ears even after she went months without a groom due to a surgery. Now she looks goofy, at least make the rest of the cut even out. If her intention was to shave the ears I should’ve been made aware not told it just be “a little shorter”

My kids & I love to go to petsmart for them is to look at all the different animals & fish. I go for my more minor things for my dogs. Petsmart does not carry any of the specialty type items my dogs eat or need. We bought our Rottweilers’ Kong collars here & they work great.

I had a great experience with ordering online and being able to pick up the item at this location. It was ready in a couple of hours and they emailed me when I was able to pick it up. The employees were kind and I hardly had to wait any time to get my item. It was exactly what I ordered online. I would recommend the online shopping and picking up at this location.

We took our molly there and was she a lot to handle. But the employees that work there were able to calm Molly and give her the full treatment she looked amazing when they were done. We were very pleased and recommend petsmart to all our friends.

I never write reviews! But I would advise people to not book grooming appointments at the Herndon and Willow location in clovis! A groomer cut one of my dog's nails very close to his paw. It was partially severed and is bloody and very uncomfortable for him to stand on. It's so sad! He is a dachshund 10 years old and 15 lb. He is very calm and sweet and I have no idea how a groomer could be so careless. What's worse is I didn't notice the injury until later that evening. He didn't seem to be putting his foot down right and I went to investigate. He would not let me have his paw and it took me a while to encourage him to let me see. What is so awful is that no one bothered to tell me that my dog shrieked and that there was an incident with clippers. But, the groomer did not want to take responsibility. And none of the other groomers felt it was their responsibility to check to see what may have occurred. That's what's horrifying! There is no way he did not scream and holler after being maimed like that. I went into PetSmart and spoke with the PetSmart manager they refunded the nail clipping and that was all that was extended to us. I am still so sick about it I couldn't even argue because I couldn't believe that, that was the extent of his offer. He did indicate, if I needed to take him to a vet because of this injury they would cover that cost. But, I still paid for his bath. I understand that he received his bath without any injury. However he was injured while the service itself was taking place! I don't understand why the whole thing would not have been refunded. But even if it was I cannot take my dog back there again. I am just so horrified to know that that kind of pain could happen to my pet and no one would inquire or investigate to why that would happen. It shows a lack of concern for the well-being of our pets and family! I have always taken my dog to the Shaw and Helm location. They have always done a wonderful job and I am so sad that I made the decision to take him to this location
