Garden area: The gentleman who is the cashier in the garden department is always very upbeat and helpful. Actually, the entire garden area staff are eagerly helpful. Area is a nice respite from the main store, which is always crowded with pallets of inventory, and staff heads down with no customer contact. Maybe stock main store NOT at peak shopping hours and staff smile and offer help like garden department.

I will never go to self checkout again. I was going in self checkout. Mind you I'm disabled. I had my helper doing my check out. This older lady comes in behind me almost knocking me over. She said she has to do all pet items. I have never heard of that. So she pulls out all my pet items and scanned them. I said that has never been done before. She said it's been happening for years. Its the 2nd time she has done this to me. I'm not good on my feet and no use of my hands. Thats why i have a helper. I have used self checkout so many times and have never had that happen. It only happens when she's there. She also hovers. I DONT STEAL! I Know alot of associates and they are great. But she has no customer service and no care for handicapped. If I would have fallen it would have been all bad.

The only reason I’m rating this store a 4/5 is because of Michael. He is an outstanding employee who takes concerns seriously, some of the best customer service. The only thing stopping a complete 5/5 is some employees. They should take line cutting more seriously, especially nearing the holidays. She said she didn’t know they cut, but I yelled out that they were cutting. Even if it weren’t for me, it’s Walmart’s employees’ responsibility to double check and make sure these things don’t happen, without a customer having to correct them for the store. Please make sure your employees are more self aware and take better actions, like Michael.

Having to wait to get a prescription filled while the entire pharmacy staff has an hour and a half lunch break is discouraging. If you require an hour and a half lunch break, have half the staff at a time would be reasonable and a responsible practice. Not having the pharmacy open during business hours is poor service.

I found they had a poor selection of tablecloths. They used to have a good selection. I didn't find the type of container I was looking for. I did, however, find a new coat for my daughter. Also, the staff I interacted with were helpful and friendly.

What a joke, you have to make a bunch of separate purchases depending on the department, the clothing isles are disheveled and unorganized, the staff stocking shelves are in the way and just don’t care and other staff members are just disgustingly unprofessional, I overheard two employees loudly and I mean very loudly bashing a teammate because they had to help the person learn their system. What a joke.

I went for tire service and was told at 2pm they can't accept anymore work but they close at 6pm which means there only good until lunch time.Don't bring your vehicle here for maintenance, go to Costco or big O tires or some mom an pop.Thanks to Renee the department supervisor for turning me away, I wasted a Sunday driving around on a donut spare.I have to go for medical service all the way to sf.Walmart is garbage and the service reflects leadership.I Went to Costco and got sorted out within reasonable timeframe And they close at the same time.

Good prices and of good and average quality products. This Wal-Mart has an average inventory. It is well organized. Definitely will continue to buy.

Never disappoints. Usually I can find whatever I'm looking for at a good price. The Windsor WM is a lot bigger & better stocked than the one in CLK. Got some really good after Christmas deals. All the WMs need to teach the cashiers how to use the United Health card for purchases. Cashiers have no idea how to accept the UHC as payment. Usually they have to call a manager for assistance.

This Walmart is not a super Walmart but it does have. A few fresh vegetables to choose from some frozen meats very limited but the employees are all super friendly and for the most part helpful. It's convenient there because they have a photo printing section as well as the tire Auto section. Not sure if every Walmart has the tire and automotive workers but it's pretty resourceful

The video I just saw is unacceptable. Lopaka the store lead needs to be fired. You don’t treat anyone let alone an older women the way he did. He exemplified nothing but racist behavior and rudeness throughout the entire video. The lady only wanted to check out a few items and he says she needs to check out dog food at the front. I have never in my life heard anything like this and I have checked out cat and dog food many times without anyone saying something about a made up policy. People are going to keep on leaving reviews until this matter is resolved.

Friendly staff guy in electronics department was knowledgeable about phone chargers. Saw a stray dog running through the store once...only at Walmart. "People of Walmart" are there too. Try after 12:00am if you dare lol

Pharmacy was rude and would not tell me when they could order my medication and said they would not call me when it came in. All they said was they were only filling antibiotics that day. So everybody else who were not getting antibiotics didnt matter

With the recent upgrade to include curbside and delivery I've found myself shopping here a lot more for their exclusive deals. 3 stars because it's a corporation

Remain consistent on your policies, train your employees to Q-TIP, and quit taking it personally. Once lopaka mother was mentioned he refused service, he was trying to be snarky and when she came back with it he got in his feelings and no longer represented Walmart in the best way. Do not call customers hun in a degrogatory way. Don’t offer for her to walk out and steal because you don’t want her to get her items because his feelings got hurt. This is shameful. There’s proof of the made up rule not being following in this store. Do better Walmart.

If there was a zero button that’s what I would pick! I have never ever in my 20 years of grocery and retail have ever came across a store manager that does not want to do his job! Asked him politely to help my aunt that is a non profit for animals and the store manager completely ignored her when she came in to talk to him won’t return any of my calls! Me being a Walmart employee myself not in that state of course that works for HR have had to handle it myself. I would advise anyone that is elderly to talk with someone else besides the store manager. Hopefully home office will make sure he does his job from now on. You can’t handle your job then step down. Period

Great prices, underwhelming customer care, needs pricing consistency.There may be no less expensive place than Walmart for food and non-food items. But customer care leaves a lot to be desired. One exception was this week when Robin at the self checkout lane had an open terminal but it was card-use only not cash. she went through about eight people in line to find someone who could use a card to checkout. The employees seem to really get along with each other but that camaraderie doesn't transition over to the customers. Lastly there is some inconsistency in pricing. I took in an empty propane tank to exchange for a full tank for a neighbor. The price for this exchange has been 14.82 and is posted as such. When I paid for the exchange they charged me 14.92. I went to ask about the difference and they said the price went up to 14.92. I told them that the sign posted was different. They said they would take care of it. About three weeks later I took in an empty propane tank for a different neighbor but the posted price hadn't been changed and I was still charged 14.92. see pic.

Yes I’m here from the viral video. No one deserves to be treated like that especially when they are spending their hard earned money. Harassing that older woman like that truly was disgusting to watch and as a “team lead” I would’ve expected LOPAKA to handle that better. Professionalism totally out the window. Since when are you not allowed to go through self check out for pet items? He even admitted to watching her on previous occasions. Seems like racial profiling to me… There is a way to handle people/situations and that was not it! Do better Walmart.

Lopaka needs to be fired for racial profiling. He could have handled the situation with that lady way better then he did. Then to tell her to steal it so he can get her 86 from the store is absolutely wrong.

I just watched a video that made me sick. A woman who feeds stray animals was treated like a criminal by Lopaka. Insolent and rude ..insinuated she was stealing .. disgusting profiling and attitude. Shame on Walmart and that store for allowing such an incapable employee to have a leadership position . He needs to be terminated.
