En Las carniceria muy deliciosa camarones! Fresh fresh fresh sooo good. Just about every thing you need is right here. Also tamales are nice and hot. Very sweet staff, they are always helpful. If you need veggies they have a vast selection to choose from, stuff you may not find at other markets.

Upon my entrance store looks dark poor lighting lots of lights out. There produce is all wilted old moldy and dry. Lots of merchandise laying around the store not worked. Empty Boxes thrown on top of merchandise. Dirty shelving and displays I would give 1 out of 10 in cleanliness

Excellent selection of food and spices! The best tamales in Lake County! Love this place and can't wait to enjoy what their authentic Mexican prepared foods will do to my taste buds!

This store is hit and miss. I've been treated extremely well, and I've been treated like I am inconveniencing them. Their vegetables are not of the best quality at times. Unfortunately they do not marinate their meat prior to order. If you request they marinate they will advise you its an extra dollar per pound. They add an extra pound of marinade and charge you for the extra pound as well as an extra dollar per pound. Less than 5lbs total but i was charged nearly 74$.Overall I appreciate this store because it's one of a kind for the area however needs major improvement

Great prices, good meat and seafood options, has everything you need for cooking authentic Mexican dishes at a great price . There's also a taqueria attached and a produce section. Also seen an area where people can send and receive money.

Super Chavez Meat Market is absolutely phenomenal. If they don't have it they can get it but chances are they have it. The last time I bought beef there it was better than any other Market beef in town by a long shot. I also suggest the ranch chicken. It's a whole chicken including the head and the feet. It tastes like chicken is supposed to taste.

I enjoy shopping @ Chavez Market because they have an actual Meat Dept with a butcher always available who is friendly & helpful. They have a great selection of meat, poultry & chicken plus other specialties including baked goods, hot food selections. You just need to visit this place to appreciate it.

I ordered two chicken tamales today and they are not even chicken tamales it is mozzarella wrapped in their Mazda absolutely gross and disgusting has no flavor and not what I ordered will never go there again ever
