Worst experience I ever had at the pharmacy. I love the front cashiers. They’re the best, but the pharmacy is the worst experience I ever had there. GAMAL is a manager there and is super disrespectful. Who likes to yell at the customers. And this guy is a manager. I asked him politely to write his name on a piece of paper. He ignored me, so I had to ask him again. He slammed the paper on the table, wrote it in big letters, and refused to give me the number so I can file a complaint I had to get it from one of the nice ladies at the front desk. I already called and filed a complaint against him

These 2 new pharmacists one is the oriental lady and the other a Indie lady are rude inconsiderate and so very unprofessional due to the fact that they think they they have the right to judge the customer/patient and they have the right to decide whether to give you your medication and they play God with your prescription. They are there to serve the customers and fill prescriptions for the community NOTTO JUDGE AND ACT SUPERIOR TO THE PUBLIC!!!their attitudes and unprofessionalism are pretty disgusting

I have been in the drive thru pharmacy line for over 30 minutes. InMI'm the second car in line. Ludicrous! This is my last time here. Morans is SO MUCH BETTER!!

The gals that work there are so very sweet and helpful so helpful especially Kristi she really knew her stuff . She was so very knowledgeable!. I also appreciate the sales associate Pena she also helped me get my long eyelashes lol

Such a hastle dealing with this pharmacy. Even speaking with the pharmacist is like talking to a tree. I am going to transfer my MANY prescriptions to another pharmacy & will NO LONGER shop here for anything.

I'm new to the area and a new customer to Rite Aid. This pharmacy is busier than most I've been to however, on my first visit to this pharmacy and store I found the staff courteous, helpful, professional and I experienced the same when I called the pharmacy later the same day.

I have been trying to reach the pharmacy via phone over the last 3 days. Today I called the main number, they told me the pharmacy has 2 open lines, and he told me to hold on while he let them know they had a call waiting. I literally sat on hold for over an hour. I am now about to get in my car to drive 20 minutes one way to ask a question about my prescription that would take less than 30 seconds on the phone!! And that they were supposed to call me about. Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. No business should be allowed to get away with not answering their phones.

Horrible customer service with phones. Tried to fill my script over the phone for almost an hour and no answer, when they did answer they hung straight up. Then repeated to call the store asking for a manager and was forgotten on hold for atleast 15 minutes. Freaking ridiculous! There’s always 3 or more workers in front and at least 3 in the pharmacy there’s no excuse of why you can’t pick up the phone!!

I called Friday to report a prescription mistake and after 37 minutes on hold and stuck in te recording loop someone picked up the phone.. I said "I've been on hold ..." the employee interupted me by saying they were very busy.. I tried to explain that a prescription mistake had been made and that my husband needed the correct prescription filled and that it was critical for his illness. She rudely cut me off again so I asked her name and she said rudly "I'm a pharmacy employee" I asked for her supervisor and she said "Lou." Some one mumbled something and she quickly said "No. That's just a floater!" And put me on hold and back in the recording loop until pharmacy closed. Rude and unprofessional. BTW the perscription in question was not for pain nor was it a controlled substance. It was to stabilize a very serious illness.

Continuing saga about prescription not ready.Pharmacy recieved the order befor 10 am Wednesday. Arrived at 12:30. I was told it will not be ready until after 2 pm. Went to rite sid pharmacy at 3:30 . Then i was told that the medicine had to be orders ( cough medicine by the way.. had to be ordered) . I went back to the pharmacy now Thursday at 12 30 . Medication was not filled. Staff asked me to come back between 1 and 2 pm. I called this time they said it was not ready. The staff stated it will be ready latter on today. I asked what time does " ready latter on today mean"? Staff said 4:30. That is 30 hrs and 30 min. That is absolutely rediculous. This does not count waiting 26 hours for an antibioticmedication order monday afternoon and was ready wed at 1230 . Keep you all updated.

Have been getting my prescriptions filled here for many years and never a problem. Staff is helpful, knowledgeable and efficient and my prescriptions are always ready when they say they will be.Thank you for the great service!

I've enjoyed my visits there. The pharmacy has a younger female that is very helpful and just a doll i didnt get her name. They always keep the store clean and there is usually cute little things you can't find elsewhere.

The phone is never answered!! I tried every option to try and reach someone to ask about a prescription. Ended up driving 1hr round trip to find out I couldn't get it refilled for another week. In person pharmacy staff has been nice. Not answering the phone doesn't eliminate a person to take care of, you will still have to deal with them eventually. Answer the phone!! Please!

This pharmacy has super unfriendly staff. I also have waited over 4 hours for a medicine in which I never received. They state they are busy and are low on staff. I'm sorry they need to get their priorities straight this is a horrible mess.

Very poor costumer service. Prescription was to be ready by 7pm Monday. Not ready tried to call Monday am never answered the phone at noon called the store they transferred me to pharmacy was told to check back after 3pm that they were so busy after 3 got my meds no apology just so busy

Horrible service, always out of our medications, takes weeks for them to order re-occurring prescriptions and we run out every single month. I want to switch pharmacies but they won't answer their phones... ever.

If you want to have the worst customer service then this is the pharmacy for you. I have had SEVERAL experiences where I was treated rudely or just outright ignored. I contacted corporate, and received an apology phone call, but nothing changed. However, because they made the effort to address my concern, I gave them another chance. I waited at the counter while the pharmacy tech ignored the customers to have a personal conversation with a friend. Finally, another customer asked her to help me. I dealt with it, because I have been going to them for years (it has only been bad for about a year now). Last night I went to pick up my prescription, which I had been notified by phone that it was ready. My medication was not ready so I asked "what do I need to do next" and the pharmacist came over and said "this is a window for drop off and pick up only. If you have questions you need to call." I said that I was there to pick up and she repeated herself and walked away. The staff appears to be hanging out and act like you are an inconvenience when they have to wait on you. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED! ONE STAR IS TOO MANY.

Since when are illnesses resulting in prescriptions limited to Monday through Friday only? Why are you closed on Saturdays and Sundays? I can see maybe reduced hours on the weekends, but 0 hours? My daughter, a Type I diabetic, needed an anti nausea medicine for acute ketosis and was not able to obtain, thus resulting in an ambulance ride to the ER. Thus being said, your not the only pharmacy that has adopted this scheduling...sad, sad, sad.

I've been trying for an hour to get someone in the pharmacy to answer the phone so I can ask them if my doctor's office called in my prescription. I shouldn't have to drive over there to ask a question when simply answering the phone would suffice.

I went to Rite Aid on 1/1/2021 to send Western Union to my girlfriends lawyer...i called them gave them all the information...i noticed the person on the phone kept calling me Mr Rider and i corrected hom at least 4 or 5 times ..i even got him to spell my ne and when i hung up was convinced he now had my name right...wrong!!!The next dayi get a call from her lawyer saying that he didn't receive the money because they had misspelled his nameI thought easy fix..ha ha haI called Western Union told them of the mistake and was instructed to go back to where i purchased it and call and make the correction..when i arrived at the store i called and they said that id have to call back in 30 minutes which i did to be told to call back in 20 minutes,hen i called back was told to make a change id have to resend it.Now all i needed wasmy refund so i could resend itWhen i went to get the refund they couldnt refund the money because my name was also misspelled..anyway it took 6 days to get a compitent person to get my refund.The moral of this is send gift cards

Walmart is way faster. They never have my order ready when promised. They love to say 20 minutes and take way longer. When I bring in a new script I am told 1 hour or more.even when no one is there in line. I know they can fill one in less then five minites. They did it once. Most of the staff is very rude. I switched to Walmart and could not belive how much faster they were. I'll never go back!

Well shiver my timbers mighty rite aid does have an ice cream cone shop inside and it's so so good any flavor you want and as much as you want and it's so satisfying when you really want some ice cream Forrest Gump prefers vanilla ice cream cones and he really loves their Dr peppers this is what I learned just today I have to retract they do have ice cream cones.gide.max.

Aside from the store being great... The EMPLOYEES found and held my purse that I had randomly set down and forgotten!! Not only did they return it, only after inquiring who I was (to make sure the name matched the id), it was returned with Money, Keys, and my Wallet still inside and. Thank you all!!

I phoned Rite Aid as instructed, they said, "Come and we will fill your Rx." I went in to fill the Rx..."We don't have that medication. We will have to order it." Then..."Our delivery didn't show up. Go to Walmart".

That guy Anthonys a star !!!!!best customer service I’ve seen so far . he is the nicest person every time I go to rite aid he welcomes us and makes sure we find what we are looking for . He used to work at walmart .
