Always has a good selection and pricing. I can't in good conscience give this place a 5 though. You'll never see any worker happy. First sign they don't care about their employees. Besides that, this place is another example of passing the buck when it has to do anything with community. Let's ignore the homeless outside and pretend they don't exist.

Such an amazing place! It had great prices, tons of different available purchases, found stuff I had never bought before. Cooked, when I got home " yummy " to the core!!

Grocery outlet save the Day it was time for the super bowl and I didn't have a thing to eat go to The bargain market and it was I got 5 bags of food for under $100 thanks again grocery outlet

This has to be the worst grocery store I have ever been inside of. The whole place feels grungy and dark. The layout makes little sense and the staff seem completely uninterested.Get better/more lighting; clean the floor; train your staff; and update the layout! The prices are decent but I'm happy paying a little more for the other stores in the shopping center just so I don't have to go in here!

Always a decent experience and the night staff extremely helpful well mannered and friendly. The employees almost make you feel as if your walkin into cheers where everyone knows your name..., VERY VERY COMMUNITY CENTERED as well as excelling in customer service - it's why I prefer to do my shopping there.

It's a nice clean store. The prices are reasonable. The staff most of the time pays attention to the customer. Which is nice. The only thing is if you buy something they have this week. You can't seem to find it ever again. Lol. I know that's what keeps the cost down. So if you like something different that they have, buy more than one. I recommend the Grocery Outlet in Clearlake.

Great prices on most items and eclectic foods not found anywhere else with a great wine and beer selection.This was my previous review and it was five stars. Recently however, I have found wine and beer that were price tagged incorrectly. In one case (when I did not catch it) I was over charged by over $9. When I brought this to managements attention, they only corrected the price tag and allowed me to pay the incorrect price on one item even though I had purchased three. In other words, management felt it was okay to rip me off for the other two items.There are still good values in the store so I will be back but beware of mispriced items.

For the past week or week and a half ALL THE EMPLOYEES I AM USED TO BEING SO HELPFUL AND EFFICIENT ARE MISSING IN ACTION & THE STORE IS NEAR TO DYSFUNCTION. BUNCH OF NEW YOUNG KIDS WHO JUST TOTALLY MISS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PART OF THEIR JOB. I DONT KNOW WHATS GOING ON BUT IF IT CONTINUES ILL GO SHOP SAFEWAY LIKE I DID BEFORE OUTLET CAME HERE!!!! & I WILL LET EVERYONE I KNOW. FEELS LIKE NOBODYS THERE FOR THE CUSTOMQER NOW

This is the GO to shop at in Lake County. They offer a wider variety than the others, and are very customer friendly. Great customer service. The public is allowed to use the restroom which is a blessing to tourists, children and elderly.

This is a great store, the manager is the greatest, some of the employees are pretty scuffed and lazy, especially the frozen food worker.

One of the staff made me check my backpack in at the office and would not let me shop until I surrendered it. After doing so, and my shopping being finished, it took another half-hour for one of the employees to release my backpack back to me.

Better then the Lakeport Grocery Outlet in my opinion. More options, cleaner, and customer service has always been great! Only negative is the location = homeless hangout, dirty outside and in the cart area. Other then that, I'm happy with it.

I shop Grocery Outlet when my pantry needs a refill and my fridge is empty.When I'm out of cleaning products or need a kitchen gadget, tools for my garden, bulbs to plant or gifts for loved ones, Grocery Outlet has it all at reduced prices, good quality and so many products to choose from. The staff is friendly and helpful, checkout is quick and easy, it's shopping made easy!

Grocery Outlet is my favorite grocery store. They have great prices and they carry items that other grocery stores don't. The cashier's are very friendly and helpful. Sometimes they may not have or carry everything on my list but that's ok there are several grocery stores in town and I don't mind getting said items elsewhere. I give Grocery Outlet in Clearlake CA the highest rating because they truly deserve it.

I love Grocery Outlet as they have what I need about 90% of the time. Lots of good fresh produce and organic products. I'd love to see more gluten free products as I can't eat wheat, rye and barely...or soy unless it's fermented. I love the savings as I can afford to have a little beef or lamb in occasion on my limited income.

Owner is stuck up.. Judgemental, and thinks she is better than all. Food is affordable, even if it is stuff you've never heard of. Store is semi-clean. Employees are experienced enough in customer service to make up for the owners shortcomings.

Our local Grocery Outlet is great! They always have what you need, and they always have things you just never expected you need, until you shop there. The lines are short, the employees are helpful, and we're lucky to have the store in our community.

I am from Petaluma and love shopping at Grocery Outlet. I walked into this grocery outlet and noticed; all the staff working; stocking shelves, opening boxes etc. Someone dropped a glass item and 3 people showed up to clean it! I was so impressed with the staff, that I asked to speak to the manager and told him how impressed I was with his staff! EXCELLENT STORE!

I am glad this store isn't taking returns. It scares me to think someone could return something right now and bring covid 19 into the store and possibly infect the staff. I feel safe seeing them cleaning all the time and they are so friendly to offer us wipes and hand sanatizer. I was also surprised how fast this store recovered after the rush a few months ago. Today we purchased a great meal for father's day for the 5 of us for under $22. Keep up the great work!!
