This dollar tree was nicely organized and easy to navigate. Me and my husband were up visiting my father in law and it helped to get a few last minute items here. But the best part of our trip to the dollar tree was the cashier Aaron. He was so nice to us and made our visit so much better.

Every single time you go inside it WILL be packed. They WILL always have 3 to 4 employees working but only one of them will be doing anything. It would be 5 stars mainly because it's the dollar tree and everyone loves it. But the works at this specific store are very unwilling to help. Maybe 1 or 2.

Love this store so much and I was just discussing how I would love to work there as they've got awesome stock and the seasonal products are phenomenal! My house would be so decked out each holiday as I'd probably be spending a ton each pay period! Go Clearlake Dollar 🎄 Tree!!

It’s always hit or miss with the employees. Sometimes the cashiers won’t even speak to you which is rude. Most workers just stand around and act like their doing something. It’s not hard to be nice to others and it’s not hard to get your job done. I worked here, it’s not a hard job, it’s SUPER EASY! Ever since I left it seems like everything has been sinking for them and it’s sad to see.

The Dollar Store in Clearlake is a great place to shop! Every item is $1 or less.The store is generally clean and the employees are friendly and helpful!I am always delighted at checkout when my total is half as much as I had expected!

Good, clean and fairly well stocked store. I have issues with the checkout. When the open a new register, they don't come over for the next person in line. Also, cashier's don't use the register lights consistently, so you can just ignore whether they are on or off.

Is a great store, with a Manager who has a Negative Attitude, Other than that you can get a lot of good stuff, and is more cheaper than: Safeway, it sure is, it sure is!

I appreciate the people that are working at this Dollar Tree. They have always been nice and friendly too me, even when they look tired. When I ask, they let me know where I can find the items I am looking for (if they have them). I can get a lot of different types of items like food, cleaning supplies, bathroom supplies and more plus I save a lot of money by shopping at the Dollar Tree.

Clean, mostly stocked, compared to other dollar trees I've been too. But last few times they've been wiped out of all birthday decorations. Only negative, is when the homeless are hanging around outside the front door or parking areas.

It takes a long time to check out no matter the time of day. The manager is outside smoking all day employees standing around or locked up in the office and lines are backed up to the back wall

It is doing a lot better on the quality and quantity of merchandise. A lot more name brands. If things continue the way that they are going. It will be a great place to shop in 6 months. I will also change my rating to 5 stars.

While visiting family in Clearlake, we stopped here.I have never been in a more filthy establishment in my entire life.This place needs a good cleaning or employees that care enough to take pride in their workplace.I would not recommend this place even to save a dollar!

I put one star so I could get on the board, so to speak. As you Can see by this post at what time it posts that the dollar store does not close at 9 it closes at 8:45 I think that's bad form and i think that's bad customer service and we needed 2 things and could have run in and run out - alas I was shut out!

Well stocked. Love the Dollar tree, they all carry (pretty much) the same things! If you're looking for high-end products, go elsewhere. But for $1 value for $1 spent, this is the place!

Bad...l am disabled..12 BACK SURGERIES 1 KNEE REPLACEMENT...I CAME IN FRIDAY FEBRUARY15. 2019 and only two young ladies working there and you can't take the carts out of the store..so l had to go in and out four times to my car to load it and to boot the Girl wanted me to stand at the end of the line again to buy water that wasn't seen on THEIR shelf due to lack of company staff to RESTOCK THEIR SHELVES....WON'T SEE ME GOING BACK THERE ANYTIME SOON!!!

I was checking out when the cashier told me they were out of bags. She ask if I wanted to purchase a shopping bag for $1. I said no(which I would have to purchase 3 for all my items) and asked if there was a buggy I could use that goes outside? she stated "no". I said then someone needs to figure out how to get this to my car she stated "we are not allowed to help customers outside to their car". then she pointed to the floor and said "you can use one of those boxes, although, I doubt any of your stuff will fit " . I was so Furious I looked at the little cashew that had no respect for a customer and said , "you keep it" and I walked out of the store. Whatever happened to customer service and the customer is always right. The Dollar Tree need to have a training course for new employees on work etiquettecy.

I love coming to Dollar Tree because there are people that work there that is so sweet and kind to me when ever I come in there, so if I had to make a choice of going to anyone of there Dollar Tree's store's it would be this one hand's down and that is real talk.

In late December 2015 I had the worst experience of my life in this store with a rude, arrogant, and pompous female manager. In all of my 73 years, I have never ever been treated so rudely by a store employee. I was up next at the register. The line was very long and there was only one register open. I forgot to look for pancake syrup when I pulled the pancake mix off the shelf. So rather than leave my position in line to retrieve the syrup (if they had it in stock), I asked the manager for a courtesy. And when I explained that I didn't want to lose my position in line, she said in a very haughty way "So now I'm doing your shopping for you." Then when she brought the syrup she put her arm out ala Billy Graham and thanked the customer for being so patient--as if it's my fault the line is long. I did nothing wrong that day and the manager should be fired.

I was waiting for my mother in law to come to the line with two more things and I had told the cashier I had two more items coming. As he proceeded to scan four things he is rushing me to have my mom hurry as he said I was hoping up the line. When I simply said there is one person with one item n there is one other cashier with a open lane lan the guy continues to be rude and wants to fight. And tells me to come back at 9 cause that's when he gets off. The guys hase short comb over hair with glasses and looks like he ready for church. His name is David

Whenever I'm hungry I always go to dollar tree if I have a few bucks to spend. I also like going here when I have to get my school things for projects or if I need a notebook, pencils, ect for school.I also get my make up from here if I can. I got a bunch of make up supplies when I was getting ready for my school dance and I loved the colors. A lot of the things are sucky but I love Dollar Tree <3.
