Bought a parakeet today. The store owner handled taking the bird out of the cage without causing it to be scared. I appreciate that. The store has a good selection for tanks stuff as well. We we're able to get supplies for frog moss as well. I would recommend to come to this store for the knowledge the owner has and how helpful they are. Thank you very much.

I not going to lie the owner or Worker made me feel unwelcome, but maybe he was too busy I idk however I have never been back. I had just moved to the area and I was looking for a place to buy my pet supplies.

my absolute favorite store, the owner is one of the nicest people i’ve met and always shows extreme care for his animals; i’ve walked in before while he was in the back cleaning fish tanks! super clean and organized, a steady supply and really invitingi’ve bought all my fish from here and they’re super happy and healthy

I like the small town feel, yet animals feel not properly cared about, birds, seem board and cramped, understood they don't have much room, yet they have much to big of a bird for those cages. Fish are healthy though, and they are good for what they can afford.

1. This pet store is so unorganized I bought a guinea pig from this store when I asked them how old she was they didn't know, and when i asked them how long she was in the store they didn't know that answer either. Turns out my guinea pig was pregnant. They said they did not know, and were not willing to compensate at all.... in fact they were very rude.2. The store smells horribly, probably because they dont clean the cages often enough.3. They told us to feed our Guinea pig pellets, as opposed to what they really need, which is hay.4. They do not care about the animals5. Items are way over priced. A 40 dollar cage there costs 25 on the internet

Have been shopping Walmart for my dog food. Now, even the BEST brands they carry are PRETTY MUCH GARBAGE! I am on a fixed income and have to watch my finances ....your (Diamond) Brand dog food ,(very good ingredients) , was more than TWICE as much as I usually paid!!However, I think it has lasted me ALMOST 3 TIMES AS LONG as the other dogfood!+ an employee carried it out to the car for me!! (its way HEAVIER than the other stuff!The old adage: "you get what you pay for" still holds true....

So unfriendly. I have 4 animal's. Asking questions about the vaccine clinic...he so did not care. I went somewhere else it's done. Oh and I'm hearing impaired asking for my service dog..not friendly.

This place is disgusting. I would never buy anything for my pets from there. The tanks are filthy and stink there’s no lights for the lizards and it’s so stressed out and in bad heath it’s tail fell off. He blames the power outage
