No good. Pharmacy: slower than others. Pharmacy pickup is expected to be slow at times but this is on a level of its own. I was warned not to use this location because of how unorganized it can be and some other things but I insisted, seeing they had my client’s meds available whereas our regular location would be out for a day or two. I regret it. 1st and last.

I'm surprised this place has 2 star reviews, this is the worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. Extremely incompetent ride rude staff. Taking my business to another pharmacy.Sherman is great though, he should get hired at a pharmacy that deserves him.

!!!HIRE SECURITY FOR ALL WALGREENS LOCATIONS!!!As a former employee, I strongly advise against considering employment or patronizing this establishment. The safety conditions are alarmingly inadequate for both staff and customers, marked by a disturbing prevalence of racism and a high frequency of robberies.During my time working here, as a person of color, I endured numerous instances of racial slurs, including extremely vulgar derogatory terms. Customers went so far as to threaten me with bodily harm solely based on my ethnicity. I witnessed black customers being unfairly targeted and harassed, with some employees or customers subjecting them to racial profiling or baseless accusations of theft.Despite the escalating security concerns, management has failed to implement effective safety measures. The absence of security personnel, mixed with the store's history of aggressive shoplifters and even store lootings, creates a dangerous work environment. In one instance, I had to defend myself (5ft woman) against a would-be robber(6'4 man), highlighting the lack of protection for employees, particularly given the store's notoriety as a target for criminal activities.The situation has reached a point where individuals from distant locations, such as Vallejo, Stockton, and Oakland, specifically target the store for robberies. Recently, a looting incident occurred, resulting in the physical assault of an employee and the theft of another employee's phone.Unfortunately, this pattern reflects the overall ethos of the workplace, where employees are undervalued and mistreated for minimal compensation. Management's response to security concerns has been inadequate, ranging from indifference to outright negligence. For those seeking employment or convenience, I strongly caution against involvement with this establishment, as it unequivocally fails to provide a safe environment for both employees and customers.!!!HIRE SECURITY FOR ALL WALGREENS LOCATIONS!!!

We went to get out passport photo taken this morning at Walgreens in Clayton Center approximately 1020am today and were met by rude staff. 1 staff even had a sarcastic remark. We left at once after verbalizing our displeasure and disappointment at their rude customer service. Never going back here again.

Pharmacy keeps picking up the phone and putting me on hold without saying anything. Haven’t spoken to a person after waiting nearly 15 minutes on hold so far. CVS and Safeway actually pick up their phones, if you have the option to go there!

Stephanie who worked there Saturday, July 23rd 2022 around 5:55ish P.M. screamed and yelled at me at the pharmacy when I had just been released from the ER. I was admitted to the ER with excruciating pain due to an ulcer. The ER medications were going to wear off then I would be back in excruciating pain. I cannot believe the inhumane person Stephanie is. She would not listen to me at all. She would not even hear me out. All she did was scream and yell at me that I can’t get my prescription, because it was almost 6:00 P.M and they close at 6:00 P.M. It was NOT even 6:00 P.M. when we arrived there waiting. I had already called the pharmacy to let them know I would be coming right before 6:00 P.M. They verified my prescription and said it’s ready to go, and to come in for pickup. I was just released from the ER diagnosed with an ulcer. I tried to explain to Stephanie that we had called the pharmacy already and told them we were on our way. She would not listen to me at all. She kept yelling at me behind the pharmacy glass window. Then Stephanie came out yelling at me again. I got so upset at the inhumane heart of hers so I yelled back. I will NEVER EVER EVER go to another Walgreens in my lifetime! I will make sure my family and friends never go to a Walgreens ever again. They lost our business because of Stephanie!

Stephanie came to the pharmacy screaming and insulting my wife and I when we came to pick up her prescription. My wife just got release from the ER. We called them saying we were on our way. We got there at 5:58 P.M. exactly and they yelled at us. Stephanie was the rudest person we have ever met. We were trying to explain to her my wife just came from the ER and needs this prescription immediately. She kept yelling at us and would not listen to us. She needs to be fired! No one should EVER treat another human being like this ESPECIALLY when they are in need of their medication.

I had the worst experience here. What hurts about their staff, they are affected by the worker shortage.I needed to get a new vaccine card, but the ladies at the counter refused to help me. I didn’t get a new card for my booster because I though I could find it at home. I didn’t, and the doctor was ok with me writings the info at home if I found it. The lady at the counter, instead of politeness of please and thank you, I got the rudest encounter of my life. I had proof of my old vaccine card and I had the info at home. The ladies refused to write it down, kept raising her voice at me, and refused to get help until we raised our voices. They said I had to call the county, and drive all the way home to get my receipt, even though is the same store.Don’t get your vaccine here and loose your card like I did other wise you will be met by red tape.

Pharmacy has terrible service. Walked up to counter and told prescription not ready, but would be ready in 15 minutes. Came back 20 minutes later and told not ready yet and would be ready in 15 minutes. Very frustrating!

They don't deserve the one star I was forced to give!! Its ALWAYS an issue every single time. Today I spent my entire lunch hour in line just to be told nothing was thereThen an hour later here comes the text but now it says its delayed due to insurance. Wow. I call and wait on hold for 40 minutes and all of the sudden there is no problem. My daughter went in to get my pharmacy last week and they told her someone else picked it up. My Dr. Had to call and fix that debacle. The line is so long because every person in front of you is also having issues. In fairness they are polite just under trained. Johnathon is a peach...too bad he is only back up.

She really is an outgoing and friendly person that one would not expect at a drugstore in the evening!Shannon, I hope your bosses see this and give you a management position!Thanks for the great service you gave me and everyone else in line that day; I know it was tough on you, and I respect you for keeping your composure while maintaining professionalism. Just waited 45 mins in pharmacy line. No customers in front but only 1 person checking out customers at pharmacy. Is Walgreens so cheap they can't hire ANY floaters to help with customer service?

absolutely the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. Went to pick a prescription for a friend and they refused to help me said I have to come back even tho I was already in line waiting. Came back and they weren't even open on time. Im so happy I dont have to come here for myself. Definitely avoid this place if possible

Today I was shopping in Walgreens and the lady who works at the cosmetics was raising her voice at me and telling me not to read the box (don’t do like that) was what she said she follows me around the street very rude and racist I asked to speak to the manager about his unprofessional worker and explained to him the situation then he proceeded to tell me I needed to leave the store and threatened me that he will call the police, if anything I should call the police on them they sell cigarettes to people and they don’t card or ask for id horrible staff very rude and unprofessional poor customer service if I could give no stars I would.
