Nice, new, well laid out and well kinda pricy after getting pulled into their buy 1 get 1 50% off. But the trick is to go to the back and look for the leashes and harnesses that are clearance item, sometimes are just customer returns after they didn’t like the color and are brand new same as retail units up front. Also I will never buy “alternative” cowhide food chew as they only last about 10% as long.Hey does anybody remember when this used to be the fish store with a Koi pond?? Good ol days of Claremont right! 😊

Purchased some items for my pets. When I got home I price compared on Chewy, Target and Amazon. Unleashed was at least 50% higher on every item. Feel like I got ripped off. I will definitely use Chewy or Amazon from now on, it is worth the wait.

I ordered something online and it was ready when I got there within an hour. Staff was also very helpful and friendly when I needed help with 2 40 pound bags of cat litter. The young female store clerk gladly helped me to the car and loaded the bags in my trunk.

Had the pleasure of dealing with this locations worst employee named Leah, she single handed proved what a business shouldn’t hire when it comes to staff. Yes she orders Uber eats and baits the drivers with a tip that she removes later as she feels it’s a good tactic to eat unhealthy while at work.

For the most part, I enjoy going to this store. The staff in the evening is always very nice and helpful. Shout out to the evening staff at Unleashed! Selection is usually stocked and the staff are always knowledgeable of their products. The 4-star rating here would be a 5 if I was talking solely about the night staff.Unfortunately, this afternoon, however, the cashier—Michael—took it upon himself to pepper me with questions regarding how I am training my dog as well as asking me questions regarding where I’m having my dog trained, if I was a trainer, if the dog was mine, etc. Additionally, he assumed I was using a shock collar—I wasn’t—and continued to press me on it. I found this questioning and assuming to be inappropriate and distasteful.

The staff are so kind, get to know their customer's dogs by name, very cool! My only complaint is that the class and puppy play classes on their website is not updated and from three experiences, just plain wrong. Both stores I've been to have said they can't touch the schedule on the website. So call before you go :)

Smaller version of Petco but they had everything I was looking for including my dogs usual puppy food, lots of clearance toys and clothing and kitten adoptions. Employees were friendly and wasn't too busy on a weekday afternoon.

Every time we come here we have problems at checkout. Never want to price match the web site and give us the deals when buying certain products. Always say it's one or the other. Takes 10-15 at checkout just because they have to call someone over to override everything then they don't want to honor the deals they have having. Live right down the street from here. In more then 3 times a month spending $50-100 on cat and dog food and give us problems every time. Will no longer go here. This last visit I put every thing back on the counter and walked out. (They were having a deal on hills cat food, buy a bag and get a free pale of cat litter, price online for cat food was 24.99 vs the $28.99 in store. She wouldn't give the cat litter if we price matched. Said one or the other) umm... No that's not how it works sorryEdit. We went to the Petco in Montclair and was treated so much better. They actually we able to load my $5 reward that the unleashed girl said I didn't have and didn't believe me when I showed her my phone showing it was loaded. I don't know if she was having a bad day and decided to take it out on us but we will NOT be back to this location. We spend way too much money there to be treated like that. Even made donations to the cat area before. Never again

My furbaby had been throwing up and had diarrhea.....something didn't sit right with her. The salesperson suggest a pumpkin mix and a change up in her doggy treats. She confirmed my giving her steam rice and boiled chicken was good. My furbaby is doing much better! Thank you Unleashed!!!
